I have a newly constructed house, simply called the owner of the business and asked him to come outand take a look at the rough framing of the shower so that there is no problem when they come out to do thework, he began to explain how it should be and I said I would prefer he look at it since this is his expertise,he didn’t want to come out and I then said to him forget it,I’ll find someone else.

This company is top of the line. Truly great customer service. We ordered a new glass door for the quest bathroom and we also needed repair on our master bathroom glass door hinges. The owner Frank not only fixed it right away with new hinges but he also called us to tell us that his estimate was wrong & he would be charging us less $ money for the entire project than we anticipated. I dont usually write reviews for anybody. we are currently updating our home in Colts Neck. 40 years of abuse by 4 kids needed to be corrected now that everyone is out of the house. We have been living with contractors who say they are going to be there and never show up to finish but only to get checks. We needed Shower doors for our remodels and I Called Allied they showed up gave me a price and an estimate of time that we would get the doors. Frank showed up when he said he would, gave us good suggestions and delivered and installed a great product. Yes, he showed up when he said he would, and he installed when he said he would. Big commitments during the sale but ultimately the product did not hold. molding on two showers are coming off in less than a year with limited and proper use. Raised the issue to the company and they refused to correct the issue. They said “that part is not covered by warranty”. That is not indicated on any paperwork and in any event a quality provider would surely stand behind their product and install especially in less that a year. This company was about 30% higher than other options but we chose them thinking the quality of the product and install was superior. Recommend going with many of the less expensive, higher quality, and more stand up providers.

They did an awesome job from coming to giving an awesome estimate that was cheap! To installing it and cleaning up after themselves. The job was done within two hours and before leaving they gave us paperwork on how to clean the shower and they thoroughly showed us details inside and outside of the shower. We just rebuilt our 36 neo-angle shower stall. Before it was builder grade with a cheap framed glass enclosure. We loved the look of our marble subway tiles and wanted a clear view of the shower so we sprang for a thick glass frameless enclosure. We are THRILLED with the new look. I cant review the work because non was completed. I can say that an employee came to my home, took measurements, give me a quote which I agreed to knowing I was on a time crunch. Said he will be back within the week to make the cut. Never called me back until I left 2 messages and a text. Then stated my corners were too difficult and he couldnt do the job. I stated nothing changed from the day he came out to measure providing me with a price. His response was that he is just giving me a courtesy call declining the job. Note that I also wanted 2 mirrors he didnt even bring up. Possibly this company is too busy for small jobs. Nice guy...but if I didnt try numerous times to contact him, I fell he never would have called me back. Its not a courtesy call telling me you cant do the job after you came to my house and provided me a quote. Its common good business practice.

I needed 2 double glass panes for the cheap replacement windows in our recently purchased house. Frank was very prompt, did the measurements and promised to return within 2 weeks. 10 days later Frank was back and replaced the bad panes.
