We used to shop here for gift for family every birthday and holiday, but yesterday the owner decided to rudely yell at us because our dog peed on a planter next to the road that was put there by the city on the public sidewalk (not her own personal planter in front of the store). She could have told us nicely, but instead decided to be extremely rude. We would have never supported her local business if we knew unprofessional and rude the owner is. She lost our support.

Cute local store with fantastic customer service! Easy to find a needed gift or an adorable USA made outfit, including shoes and handbags. Something for everyone. Red Bluff and local merchants care about keeping downtown thriving.

My Favorite store, so much good stuff

Insanely overpriced and incredibly rude. I went in to ask how much a vintage painted small hutch in the window cost. The woman working there first said $299.95, then said she saw it was on sale for $225. Honestly $50 would have been a rip off, so I said thank you and as I was leaving she said, I went back there for nothing, and huffed. Unbelievable! Also a big sign greets you saying NOTHING is returnable.

We stop here every year on our way back to the NW. Really beautiful clothing, much American made, lots of natural fibers. I am 2X and find plenty of beautiful items. Sales rack back left is my first stop. Prices are high for me, but five years later I’m still wearing the clothing! Great staff too.

Okay I may be bias, but this is the best boutique in the North State! Tandra and her staff love what they do and it shows. The store has a great variety of quality clothes, shoes, kitchen, garden and home decor.

The COOLEST store! Great service, American made clothes, super cute ladies shoes and home decor... everything a girl needs for a fun shopping experience.

Absolutely atrocious customer service. For how overpriced the items in this store are, its unbelievable that they dont give refunds on their returns. Especially since the receipt I was given explicitly states returns or exchanges within 7 days of purchase. So if its returns for store-credit only, they really need to make that clear both to the customer at the time or purchase and in writing on the receipt. But a terrible return policy is one thing. What was infinitely worse was the rudeness of the woman who owns the store, as well as her manager, when asked about this. This is a small town. In a small town, theres an expectation of some level of respect for your patrons. This store does not believe in that. Theyre not trying to work with you to build a community, and they dont care if they were misleading. I will never come to this store again and I will be spreading the word to everyone I know to spend their money somewhere that actually cares about their customers.

I love this country store. It has all different things cloths shoes novelty items lotions soaps purses.
