Terrible billing personnel. I have for years ALWAYS paid my bills in full and on time but they have frequently mis-recorded my payments and accused me of overdue and missed payments. I have on several occasions provided them with records of my processed checks matching all their invoices but they choose to ignore this information and continue to send me past due notices. They have not put forth any effort to appropriately resolve this issue and obviously really do not care about customer service. Do not use this company.

My office used Snow Mountain Spring Water to provide us with water for several years and had no problems - the water was good, service was dependable. However, about half a year ago we moved locations, and since then Snow Mountain has become completely unreliable in their service. We updated them on our change of address, so there was no confusion with where we were at, however our water deliveries just stopped. We would go over a month without a delivery (our deliveries were supposed to come every other week.) I called them three or four times to inquire about the issue - I was very polite, but did make sure to let them know that I had called about this multiple times and it was becoming a problem. Each time they were very apologetic and did send someone out to bring us new bottles of water that day, but they never actually fixed the problem and got us back on a regular delivery schedule. The only time we would actually get water was when I would call to ask why we werent being delivered to. Ive since cancelled our service with Snow Mountain - I couldnt continue to give them our money when they werent providing us with the service we were paying for. Their service got no better when I cancelled either - they missed two scheduled pickup dates to come take back the machine we were renting from them, leaving it cluttering up our office for two weeks past the originally scheduled pickup date. I am highly disappointed in the decline in service from what was once a reliable company, and I hope that they can provide better customer service in the future.

Snow mountain has been delivering our water for the past year. Their driver, Sean, is always on time and friendly. I use to have to call the other water company all the time to get water. Snow Mountain has great water and great delivery. The set up process with them was super easy. I recommend them to every one looking for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly deliveries to their home or office.I have to update my post. A little kid recently broke the handle to the cold water in my office. Well it was 108 F today! I called Snow Mountain and let them know the situation. They sent a guy to fix it today. I really appreciate that level of customer service. I try not to be a pain but when it is that hot my patients need water. Thanks Snow Mountain for the excellent service. Customer for life!

I have been useing snow mountain for 4 years now, they have always been wonderful to work with and I love the water! The prices are very fair and rental fees are low. They have on several occasions stayed late for my wife to swing in and grab up water on her way home from work. That kind of customer service is rare and greatly appreciated. Awesome people awesome company.

A+ water! My only complaint is that they give you bottles with BPA, you have to request BPA free.
