I talked to Travis. Upfront and honest man. I asked for suggestions and he gave me multiple options to fit within my budget. I got the Falken wildpeaks for my suv and I have to say its changed the dynamics of the vehicle in a good way. I amp happy with the service and will be returning soon to get wheels to complete my looks. Thanks guys!!

Got a nail stuck in one of my rear tires while driving home and was so annoyed about it due to the fact that theyre still fairly new. So I decided to go to this tire shop to get it plugged. Staff were friendly and was told there is an hour wait. Turns out the wait became 2 hours instead because its a Monday and theyre pretty busy that day. After 2 hours, I was told that they had fixed it and my tire was plugged so no more leaks. They did a fairly good job. No complaints. And I didnt had to pay which is kinda weird to me but grateful nonetheless.

They were so helpful. Had a nail in my tire and they fixed it even though it was closing time. Wonderful set of guys.

Where do i start, if you are looking for a lift do not come here. They just care about a quick buck. the cheap lift they installed is causing issues on my jeep. They have the nerve to blame me for not knowing different, i mean they should be the experts I work hard for my money and this place is a joke! if you work hard for your money find another place to lift your jeep and all your car needs. my track bar bolts fell after leaving this place and it had to get towed back! I should have had them remove it, they dont care about the little details so why would they care about larger details.RUN AWAY AND DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.OWNER CAN CALL ME AND WE CAN MEDIATE A DEAL BUT UNTIL THEN I AM TELLING EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for the work on my jeep, riding smooth and straight after the alignment. Travis is a good guy, much respect for the employees there and the work done, even going the extra mile with swapping over my tpms sensors when I told him I had some regular valve stems for the new rims. Bonus points for Its always sunny in philly playing in the waiting room.

I was on my way home from work and heard my tire making a thumping sound and my tire pressure gauge showed low pressure. I was on Redlands blvd and pulled into Redlands Tire Pros. Very disappointed with Redlands Tire Pros. We took our car to get serviced here and before leaving they gave us a print out saying that our car needed to have 4 of the engine mounts replaced which would cost about $1,000.00. When I heard that I was confused because our car is usually serviced by Toyota and they have never mentioned anything about the engine mounts. A few days later we took our car to get a second opinion and we were told that our engine mounts are in perfect condition and they dont need to be replaced. We had to pay to get a second opinion but it was worth it. I will not be taking my car here again due to this incident. Its unfortunate to have dishonest business such as this one in our communities.

This place rocks. Had everything done within less than an hour when they thought it would take longer, had product in stock. Eddie replaced tire so quickly and efficiently, couldnt believe it. Justin told me they had in stock, Zack confirmed and took order, he was the sales and service guy - super service and attitude. Cant say enough. For a first impression they knocked it out the park after calling and going about 10 other places, they did everything within less than an hour. I dont know if that will be your experience BUT their attitude and workmanship is TOP NOTCH. I will be back. 5 stars easy. Fantastic place. Plus - price beat all competitors by far. For the money and service and attitude, there is no place else.

I had a terrible experience here. I was overcharged by about $80 and no one corrected it like they were supposed to and then I got home to discover that someone who had access to my car stole almost everything from my armrest. Prescription sunglasses, emergency cash, my extra car key, all of it is gone. I had been a customer for two years before this but I’ll never return.

This was the third shop that I went to fix a small tire leak. The first two shops claimed to have found nails and patched and fixed the leak. Redlands Tire Pros found the leak and showed me before and after and also said there was no patches on the inside like the previous shops indicated. In addition, this shop has the shortest wait times and great customer service. This should have been my first stop. Highly recommended. I will be a return costumer.

Got there at opening to get two tires changed. They told us it would take half an hour to get the tires there so we waited. Waited an hour and a half for them to update us on the tires, they weren’t even there. Waited over 2 hours to get the tires changed while we were the only ones in the waiting room. It would not have been so bad if they were honest about how long it was going to take.

The guys here are great! Got me in and out for an oil change while my son had a minimum day at school.

Last thing anyone wants to deal with is a flat after a long day at work. My tire pressure indicator lit up while driving. Pulled over and noticed a nail in my tire. Having run flat tires I was able to drive to the shop. They were able to patch up my tire and Had me in and out and on the road impressively quick. Thank you

Zach and Travis were great! Zach answered all my multiple upon multiple questions. They gave me a great deal on my wheels and tires with leveling kit and alignment. These guys know what there doing and take pride in it. Everyone there was great even the gentlemen who worked on my truck who I did not get their names personally. Thank you all! Enthusiasm, precision and efficiency for any jobs they’re working on. This is feedback is based on 2018 C300 oil change process I observed.Walt is an awesome guy to work with.

Redlands Tire Pros provide professional and timely service. I have purchased several sets of tires here as well as come in for occasional maintenance. They always over quote the time it will take and are done surprisingly fast! I have shopped prices online and locally and Tire Pros are always very competitive.

My Jeep lift is falling apart. Do not come to this place I repeat do not come to this place! Stay as far away as possible!When they lifted my Jeep I drove 5 miles and they forgot a track bar bolt! Now only a few month later the lift is falling apart with cheap parts!If they say I have not been here like most places do I will upload all records. They need to make this right!

By far the best place to take your car. It’s the only shop I trust with my cars. You go in you see Travis and or Walt and immediately know you’re in good hands. They keep it simple and treat you right.

Good place the knowledge of some of the staff is great, there is a lil bit of a wait time though, but understandable since there are busy on the weekends.But overall great service, and thoughtful of the customer. Very satisfied. Got an estimate, checked with other shops for something comparable and the closest I got was $200 dollars more. I called and asked Travis to order the tires and let me know when he received them and could get me in and out as soon as possible. Travis called, I took my truck in and was out in 20 minutes with all 4 tires changed. He kept his word to the fullest and I am very satisfied.

Over the years I have been using them for tires and vehicle repairs. They are quick and helpful and I haven’t found much that they couldn’t fix in a timely manor. They have even been kind enough to provide a lift home when the repairs were going to take longer than I could afford to wait in their lobby. Prices are competitive and they are good folk to have helping you. They stand behind their work and I have never felt like I was being pushed into work I didn’t need to have done. It’s why I have kept going back to them when my vehicles have needed service or tires.

Great crew, did excellent job on rotating tires on my Corvette. The mechanic knew to pop the hatch and also the engine Hood when lifting the car off the ground. I like people who treat my car as if it was their own.

I was referred to this shop by the shop across the way. I wish I hadn’t!I am a New Jeep owner and am not familiar with Jeep Issues. My Jeep was overheating but I could only smell it and my gauge was not showing it getting hot. I took it in and walked to the movie theater at mountain grove, as I figured it would be all day long, if not longer.My Jeep was ready at 4.They could find nothing wrong. I even explained there was oil in my radiator fluid! How can you say you ran test and could not find anything wrong and yet you added fluid and said I was low. I check my fluid before I left my house and it was full as I had oil in it. I was charged for test ran and fluid added. Not even 2 days later I broke down due to my engine over heating. I couldn’t find a shop close as I broke down in Vail Colorado. It cost me $300 to get towed to Denver and $500 for a flight back to California for my daughter. I had to stay behind while I got charged another $180 at the dealership to tell me I need an oil cooler, $4200 at the dealership and $2400 at a small family shop. The dealership that I bought my Jeep from drove from California to Denver with the parts and installed and even drove my Jeep down to Pueblo to me. Why are there not more stand up people like this! I understand the need to charge for test, however the oil cooler is a known issue with jeeps even with mileage as low as 500 miles on a brand new Jeep.The majority of Jeep enthusiasts know the issue and so do many mechanics that are familiar with with this well known issue.If a customer with a Jeep comes in and tells you there is oil in the radiator.. recommend for them to take it to someone that knows the issues. Yes I was sent there by another shop I trusted, however I will not trust anymore recommendations from them.If the mechanic knew the issue, it would have saved me and my dealership a lot of money to have had it fixed. I’m now reading up on all known issues.. it’s upsetting to me that I had to pay all this money out of pocket when it could have been prevented especially after I mentioned I had oil in my radiator.. it was milky.. I trusted the mechanic when he said it was all good.. No I will not return to this shop nor recommend it to anyone.I also had three shops look at my Jeep in and around Denver that did not charge me a dime, as they told me it was out of their scope of work they do. They still checked it.

I wish I knew about this place a long time ago. Good tire options. Quality service. Reasonable prices. VERY busy, so plan accordingly. But its worth it. I prefer working on my cars myself, but when I cant, having a dependable shop like this around makes all the different.

A great place with great service! I had the pleasure of working with Gerrad, I only need 1 tire and was appreciative that he didnt try and sell my a whole set. They were professional and courteous. Also, the price really couldnt be beat.

I don’t even know where to begin. I came in to fix a leaky tire, there was a screw visible in the tire. I was told it would take about 45 minutes so I went for a walk and when I came back the tire was fixed and come to find out the stem was leaking. They serviced my tire and sent me on my way free of charge. Incredible service and now I know where to come the next time I need tires. Customer service is impeccable! Family car is safe now. Always friendly, top notch service, and they go out of their way to make sure you leave completely satisfied. For some reason my car never has an issue before 2pm lol, so Im always running in a few hours before they close amazingly they always manage to get my boy fixed and out the door by 5pm. I dont trust anyone else to work on my boy period.

I had damage on a run flat and drove it the shop. I was planning on just parking it and coming back in the morning as it was well after the shop closed. I noticed one of the guys at the shop outside and asked if it was OK to park it and come back in the morning. He actually said they would pull it inside for me and got the sales manager who took my information. They had the my vehicle ready in the morning for me to pick up. Took my brand new wheels and white wall tires there, they were very fast but put them on backwards the first time. Second time when I took them back so they could fix it they seemed agrivated and when I got them back the white walls were scuffed and the 2 out of 4 wheels were scratched along the brim severely and let me remind you these were brand new that I was going to put on my show car. The guy says he was experienced. Nope, he had not a clue. Very disappointed. I wouldnt recommend bringing your nice vehicle or rims to this shop.

Brakes were squeaking and I was convinced that I needed to have my brake pads changed. Thought that I might encounter the same old ROTORS NEED GRINDING OR REPLACING runaround. NOT THE CASE.They told me that my pads were fine and that the squeaking was coming from the break pads hanging over the edge of the rotor. Whoever installed the last ones put too large of pads on. They explained that these pads were fine and that they were only 50% worn. No need to change them. They changed my oil and cleaned up a few things I specifically asked for and I was out the door.Love these guys. Will go back for sure.
