The store is large yet also clean. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful. The woman working the register was especially sweet and went out of her way to make sure that I got the best discount for the things I bought. She was amazing! I really enjoy coming to this location.

This is one of the nicest Michaels I shop at. I only looked this time without buying, (unusual for me). They always have such nice seasonal decor, at very reasonable prices.

They didnt have a frame for my puzzle. The store doesnt sell the size I needed. It would have to be customized which was ridiculously high. Its just a puzzle. Disappointed

They have a large selection of all different craft and hobby materials. The staff is helpful but the guys more so that the gals. I have found on quite a few occasions the guys will help you find your item. The gals usually just point in the general direction then walk away. But if you know what you want this place probably has it

They have a good selection of craft supplies. I found a frame that was on sale for 50% off. I wanted to buy mylar tape with a chrome finish but they only had gold. Help was a little hard to find, but the clerk was very knowledgeable about their inventory.

When I tried to ask a worker for help or ask where something was, they just point to a location. No one assisted me but one man. Then one girl told me where to go for glue and it ended up being somewhere way different.

I like this Michaels, its a bigger store and they have a pretty good selection. Marking down 2 stars because they are always out of 40% of their product and the store is usually pretty trashed. Today it was decently clean compared to many other visits, but very little selection of colors of glitter, as usual. There were signs up direct you to buy the products online. I dont buy online because they are usually out of half the products I want there too so its not worth it to pay shipping for 1 or 2 items. Other areas of the store also looked like they were low and out of stock.

This store is usually great but I went about a week ago ( today is 10/24 ) and all their fall and Halloween stuff was gone! They said they werent getting anything else in this year. What kind of ish is that? October was maybe half way over and your out of stock and arent going to stock anymore this year. What about people who get paid in the middle of the month? Theyre just screwed? That really bothered me but they did have a sweet Christmas section already. :)

Prices dont seem to be adequately displayed, updated or even given when scanned at the machines in-isle sometimes. Ive had security follow me around after a loud, obvious call over the speaker for no reason. Although not approached beyond having their LP (loss prevention) people standing next to me for a while, the attitude of the check-out staff gave me more than enough reason to be offended.As far as stock, there isnt any complaints if you can determine their prices or dont care what youre spending which almost has to be the case at a place like this.

It will be fine experience but the lady who rang me up didnt even offer or give me a bag to carry my things in when I have for frames and three packs of cardstock which was weird but whatever

Had an issue at checkout when a few items didnt ring up accurately it took a few moments to get a manager to assist as my cashier was new however everyone was very apologetic and very friendly when fixing the issue due an incorrect signage that was left out. Big thanks to my cashier who not only complemented my shirt but as I mentioned is very new, handled the situation like a pro.

Couldnt find any type of figurines, which surprised me so was a bit disappointed.

It was fun! There was so many fun things there. Even just going there and walking around makes one happy. All sorts of art supplies from painting to tie-dye, to wood, jewelry and much much more. If youre bored, its a great place to walk around.

Love Michaels, they have great stuff . I would give them 5 stars but I only gave them 4 cuz I wish this store was a tad more affordable. But their sales are pretty great value.

They have a variety of things here from plants to prints. I usually go to the art section I draw myself and pick things up from time to time. Great place for kids stuff as well you can purchase dye for clothing, which I didnt remember there before. Great atmosphere, employees are great. Stroll through, you may find something you like. Great for some hobbyists.

Disappointed with One Technical issue regarding Online order in-store pick up. Order was not completely fulfilled due to inventory issue out of stock. After receiving confirmation notification all items ready for pick up.Fortunately the management Kyle was able to quickly assist to remedy the issue. His ability to correct the issue really helped me meet a cruicial deadline.

Had everything I needed plus other great craft ideas. Staff members were very helpful in finding an item I couldnt locate. Only thing I wasnt happy about was the coupon situation. It seemed none of my coupons were good for one reason or another. Everything seemed to be exempt for different varying reasons. Not a huge deal, cashier was still very nice.

Once upon a time I couldnt leave Michaels without spending at least fifty dollars. Not so with curbside. I set out to buy one three-dollar item and it took two days and incredible amounts of aggrevation. I got two emails from Michaels before the one confirming my order was ready; the first included a phone number to call for questions. I wanted to know how long I might need to wait since I really need this item and I was not previously familiar with the curbside pickup process. The number is simply a recording stating that all customer service is being done by live chat from the website. When I went to the website and clicked on chat, I was greeted by a robot. My question was not answered. Got confirmation my order was ready half an hour after the store closed. Went in the second day to retrieve my purchase. Waited in the line of cars going down the parking lot, then turned to be curbside when I was the third customer in line. The two associates serving everyone were both inside the store when I did this, and when they came out, one yelled at me that I needed to go to the end of the line, because apparently she assumed I had cut in line and not that I had been waiting the same as every other person there. I also didnt realize I was supposed to have called when I arrived at the store, which really seems like an excessive number of steps. First I have to order the item. Then I have to wait for the email, then I have to show up at the store, and THEN I have to call?? While I was waiting curbside Lady #2 gestured rudely at me for me to inch up, thrusting her palm forward several times, apparently to let other customers in alongside the curb behind me. Then Lady #1 brought me my purchase and just tossed it at me without saying anything like it was whatever. I felt so disrespected and dismissed. I will never buy from Michaels again.
