Don’t normally do reviews and don’t participate in social media much but have give HYR a big thumbs up! I have been looking for a hard to find Honda all year. Came in earlier this year and felt comfortable with a price given and put a small deposit down.Would reach out couple of times for status and was kept informed by HYR on delivery status. I would inquire to other dealers and ask for quotes and given ridiculous high quotes. Not HYR. Once the unit arrived they honored the agreed priced, they did not BS me and tell me unit wasn’t arriving so they can sell it for a lot more. This guys were honest and I’m glad they do business the right way. Thank you HYR.

These guys are in it for long term relationships.I bought a new dirt bike from them a couple years ago and hadnt really thought about them until recently when I started looking for a new bike for my grandson. I checked around on pricing and with todays demand for anything off-road, dealer mark up was beyond crazy, except here. Kinda more typical otd pricing.I left them a deposit for my grandsons bike and a week later left another deposit on another new bike for myself.Everyone in this dealer is top notch. As long as my wife forces me to live in this state, I will only buy bikes from them.

I stopped by to simply ask some questions regarding my Scout Bobber that I recently purchased from a private party. Although I have not at the moment purchased a bike from them I would like to recognize Skyler McConahy. On my journey to purchase my first brand new Husky, Skyler took time out of many of his days to answer any questions I had. Not once did I ever feel like I was being pressured into a purchase. These guys ROCK! I have been stopping by for several months looking and dreaming of someday owning my own Indian Roadmaster. Robert would show me the features of the bike each time. Sometimes they would be barbecuing some burgers or tacos and I came for that. Test rode a few bikes too but never bought anything until one day I just stopped by and found the bike of my dreams. Roadmaster Classic. Bought it on the spot. All the people in this location are great.

I went here to check out some prices on equipment I need after purchasing a new mc. The young man in the parts dept was quite helpful. He showed me a couple of different options. One of which I certainly will be following up on. Overall my first visit to this location was positive. I believe that you will be happy with the way that you are treated here. They are friendly and helpful here, but can be understaffed. You might have to wait a while. After the wait, they are great.My experience is also that a lot is not stocked, so youll also have to wait for your parts, which is fine for a smaller shop.

I bought a new Yamaha R1 after 500 miles I was leaking oil out of the counter shaft seal behind the sprocket you can only guess how this made me feel. I called 4 dealerships in the Yamaha program every dealership gave me a different answer on the repair process. Some said they were going to have to pull the engine and Crack the Case others simply told me that I would have to drop off the bike before they could tell me what the repair process was. Because of the bad customer experience reviews I read on each one of these dealerships I was uncomfortable choosing one in my local area. I simply needed a straight answer. Yamaha corporate was unwilling to tell me what the repair process was so I decided to call HYR in Redlands and got the opportunity to speak with Zack in service. Zack went above and beyond in identifying the repair process, making sure they have the part on hand and scheduling an appointment for me so it could be done while I wait. His customer service and assurances put me at ease after 4 days of frustration. I am grateful for his concern and I am glad that I have found them. I will be taking my bike to them Saturday morning to get the repairs done. I look forward to meeting the team and seeing how this experience plays out, so far it has been great. They have showed concern for my situation, understanding for my needs and gave me all the information I needed to make my decision. I look forward to meeting Zack and his team in person. From the moment we walked in last December, we have had a great experience. Alex is awesome. Knowledgeable, professional and low key, which I like. I was initially considering a pre-owned sport touring bike, but JR gave us a deal we couldnt refuse on a brand new 2015 FJR1300ES. Between the two of them, our buying experience was so easy! Even though we had a couple of trades that were still titled out of state, they made it work for us.Since then Ive had my bike in for its first service. As expected, the service department is TOP NOTCH. My quote was right on, and everything was done on time. In addition, we stopped by to get a jacket and a couple of helmets and noticed the lock on one of the trunks had come apart. They took it in and fixed it on the spot - and didnt charge me a thing.And the parts department is no exception. Its refreshing to talk to people who know their products! We bought boots, 2 helmets, a jacket and a windscreen.Needless to say, but I will anyway, when we are in the market for bikes or accessories, and even when were not...we go to HYR. Thanks guys! I think my wife needs a bike...

I called HYR Redlands some months ago to get a quote on a job and they told me they would be able to bleed the front disk brake and add fluid on my plated 2008 200cc Chinese enduro for $120. I called recently to set up the appointment and he had to speak to his service manager - they told me that didn’t want to deal with It and told me I should take it to a “scooter store in Riverside” without giving me an actual referral. The bike is sentimental at this point and I just wanted the job done right. I have enough saved to buy an Indian but I won’t be buying it from HYR Redlands. This was not the level of premium service I had expected and HYR has a reputation for. I’ll give them another chance with small quick stuff, that’s about it. I told Quaid what happened and they said to bring it on by.

Great Customer service. Took my bike in for 5000 mile service. The experience was exceptional. The personnel were friendly. The store is well supplied. The waiting area was very nice. And the service was completed in the time that they told me.

Bought my first bike from here (Indian Scout Bobber). Besides oil change, I go to their maintenance department for everything else. They have aggressive tire prices, helpful service, and a beautiful lobby to look at the bikes I dont need while waiting for my tires to get out on. I usually go to Kevin for all my maintenance inquiries. He even drove an hour away just to get brake pads that they had out of stock and dealt with Indians warranty department to get my speedometer fixed. They also have a very helpful parts desk and a beautiful showroom floor. Never left here unsatisfied.

They are awesome!! it feels just like visiting family, The Manager is super cool and honest. Wes from the service department and his team are like a Mad Scientist lab. The parts team are always there to hook you up but it all starts from the friendly sale staff, Robert and others are awesome. Love that they have the Indian brand, would live to see more unique brands like Norton, Ural etc.

First time buying a bike but I had a great experience here. Rarely do I take time to leave reviews unless I really feel the experience was worth it. Staff was friendly and fun to be around. Never did I feel like I was being pressured to buy. I came and visited multiple times before I decided to make a purchase. Options and pricing were good. I loved working with the whole staff but shout out to David who sold me my bike, great guy and awesome to work with most of all if your a first time buyer.

When they say mom and pop, you envision a cordial treatment and honest customer service. After speaking with their staff and coming to good deal terms, then it becomes apparent they care about the customer. Many of us come jaded from past experiences but they work hard to show why they should be your place to shop. Piece of mind means something here. Very friendly group. Went for the demo ride on the 2019 Honda Goldwing. They let me take out both the manual and the automatic. Great ride. Dealership is not too big but they have a good selection of both new and used bikes.

This is a motorcycle dealer and service company. Everyone working here are riders. They have always been straight forward and fair with me. I go past several other dealers and service companies on my way to this place because of the positive way they treat me. They dont know me. Im just another customer but they do what they can to treat me right.

These guys are great. I had a slow leak on my Goldwing rear tire thanks to a nail I picked up. They were busy but were able to fit me in which was great as my bike is my main form of transportation. Price on the tire was really good too. Big shout out to Wes and the service team for helping me out. Salespeople are very knowledgeable and friendly too. I live in Riverside but I will take my bike to HYR for service from now on

I love the contrast between the old time warehouse feel and the long rows of sexy new bikes! How often do you get to shop for gear while walking on vintage hard wood floors? The staff is incredibly friendly and even offer you an ice cold bottle of water from one of the coolers by the parts desk. Plus the mechanics downstairs are very professional and well trained even though half of them look like they could moonlight as MMA fighters!

Dont let their size fool you. For a small local shop they have tackled some of the biggest tasks.Ive been doing business with HYR for about 2 years now.Purchased 2 bikes and have trusted them with almost 20k in maintenance. Never have I ever been disappointed.The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The maintenance depart even as close as we are are extremely professional.They do a great job at taking care of your needs. If they cant they are humble enough to refer you to whom can.I recommend to anyone to check them out. You will not be disappointed.

Bought two scooters from Honda Yamaha of Redlands and I gotta say, compared to other local dealers, they are much better. The first time buying I was so nervous to take it home and the OWNER actually threw the scooter on the bed of his truck and delivered it there and then. How awesome is that.

I went in to pick up some parts that I ordered and saw that they were having an Indian motorcycle test ride day. I talked to Ben about the Indians and he was very friendly and knowledgeable about them. Every time I go in there, the salesmen and parts guys are very friendly. You can definitely tell this is a place to bring your family to buy a motorcycle. If you’re in the market for a new Yamaha, Honda, Husquavarna, or Indian motorcycle, I strongly suggest you skip the hassle and pressure from the salesmen at the bigger dealers and go to HRY.

If youre looking to get a street bike tire the other bigger guys in San Bernardino tried to sell me a $300 tire that I didnt want and kept telling me how the tire that I had asked for wouldnt work very well for me and I wouldnt be happy here they said if u want it we will get it for u and half the price for Mount and balance Ill never go anywhere else. I should probably add that I absolutely love the tire that the big guy in San Bernardino told me I wouldnt like thank U Redlands Honda Yamaha you guys are the greatest

Small shop but has always done great by me. I have 3 bikes that get regular maintenance done here, wont take them anywhere else. Prices on tires are unbeatable and they always offer a military discount. They also have appointments on Saturdays and have never been late on delivery.

Small shop with huge customer service. Just purchased our first side-by-side, a Honda Pioneer, and they made it painless. We stopped by other huge warehouse type motorsport places, but no where was as nice or friendly. Well worth the drive from Sage. It was also nice to not get overcharged.

I just bought my second motorcycle from here. They did very good both times. I was hesitant about bringing in my trade because I expected to take a huge loss. I got a great value for my trade and I was able to avoid the whole private party sale experience. Every employee is professional and friendly from sales, parts, accessories, to service. The only experience I have with their service is when they prepped my new bike for the road.

Went in today just to look and a bike and new helmet. The staff was fantastic!!! Skyler helped me look at the new Indian scout bobber, I told him I was doing my homework on the bike. He was more than helpful on everything I asked. I will be coming in soon to get this bike from him. He always introduced me to Marco in the parts department. He was super helpful. We went over new helmets and all the options I had in my size. Its been a long time since I needed a helmet and bike. I told him act like Im brand new to this and it was a great experience. Great to have not pushy salesman and very knowledgable in there fields. I cant wait to go back and get this bike and new gear.

I have had my bike serviced here and they did an awesome job. My girl got me gloves pants and boots here and there were a couple issues so I took some stuff back and guess what these guys did?... Replaced everything, helped me pick out better stuff and were totally helpful from start to finish. They really spoke highly of the Tourmaster Boots I bought and I have had them for about a month. I was involved in an accident last week and the only thing that saved my foot from being totally crushed and maybe ripped off were the boots that they suggested. Thank you guys so much!!!
