They had our trailer for 3 months to fix minor damage from tire tread coming off. Tape was used to repair some of the wood, they lost our battery, didnt screw in all the trim and broke a key in the door lock. I see now they tried to pry the door open and had to remove the door trim to get in. The seal around the door was applied horribly, didnt get any around the top and door is tweaked to where it doesnt seal. Also, nothing is secure, everything they are working on is left in a parking lot with no fence. Zero communication on status. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!

Just called to check status of my moms car and a young lady that even didnt want to give her name was so rude, I wasnt done of what I needed and she hang up just because she doesnt want to work, Fix auto needs to know what kind of people they have! Dont even call they dont want to work! Worst customer service!!!! Theres a lot more nicer body shops out there! I would never recommend this Body shop!

I took my car in for two dings on the left corner panel by the driver side door. And it has a couple of noticable scratches on my door now. Was not there before not happy at all about that! But the dings are gone now that looks good

I was blown away that they have an arrangement was Enterprise Rental. You drop your car off and a shuttle take you to Enterprise. When your car is finish, you leave the keys with them and Enterprise will pick it up from there. That in itself was beautiful. The staff was wonderful, and very professional. They know how to treat their customers and the coffee is delicious. They did an excellent job with the repairs. Fix Auto Redlands, thank you for the wonderful experience .

When we lived in CA, my 17 yr old daughter was at school parking and one of her fellow classmates thought it would be funny to honk at her and scream at her while she backed into her parking space. Of course it caught her off guard and she hit her gas pedal instead of her brake pedal and hit a concrete pillar that was recently added to the parking lot to support the newly installed solar panels. She came home super upset and explained what happened. I didnt think much of it, as it was just small gouges and scratches on the bumper and a complete accident on her part. Honestly, I was thankful that she was okay.The car really didnt need the work, but I wanted to restore the car so my daughter didnt have a constant reminder of the eye sore. I had heard about a couple that lived in my neighborhood that did great work and the best part was they would come by the house for the estimate! Even better yet, if they did the work, they would come pick up the car and drop it off after the job was completed. The price was right, so we went ahead with the job in July 2020.Jennifer kept me in the loop the whole time my vehicle was in the shop and Aaron and his crew did a great job fixing my car. It was done in a few days, so we had our car back in a reasonable amount of time. I could not have been happier with their technical service/repair and their above-and-beyond customer service! I would highly recommend this company, hands down!

I have a 15 year old mini cooper that I adore. When it was time to have some damage repaired, I was very nervous about handing my baby over to just anyone. They came to my home and provided an estimate of the damage, then picked it up and drove it to their facility for repair. Fix Auto Redlands works with Mercury Insurance. Mercury decided to send my car to them. Fix Auto proceeded to start work on my vehicle without permission and I ended up switched shops. Their doing this created an issue with payment from Mercury to the new guys. The overall negative results was the fault of Mercury Insurance, but could have been avoided with a simple phone call to me the owner by Fix Auto Redland. ***Mercury doesnt direct you on my vehicle, I do. Mercury cannot tell you to move on fixing my vehicle without my okay. Ultimately, my car was not fixed properly. I do not like Mercury Insurance and would not recommend them, but I would ask that these professionals at Fix Auto please step it up... work on it. You were nice enough, but the mistake was made.

125$ a day for storage if your insurance decides not to use them. Beware. They took 1375$ from my family and Im still without a car.

Just wanted to say thank you to RV Collision Center/Fix Auto of Redlands for the excellent repair job they did on the rear cap of my Allegro Bus. I had a tow bar arm dislodge while towing my jeep. When I stopped the towbar buckled underneath the front end of my jeep causing it to slam into the rear of my coach.I called a couple of RV collision repair shops to schedule appointments for repair estimates however RV Collision Center of Redlands responded within the same hour and quickly scheduled an appointment.I dropped off my coach that sustained moderate damage to the rear cap and two weeks later, the damaged was repaired and looks brand new again! ( LIFE TIME WARRANTY INCLUDED) I appreciated their customer service, was treated like a VIP, and was kept abreast on the progress of the repairs each week my coach was there.Good work is not Cheap, and Cheap work is not Good!! I highly recommend these guys for RV Collision Repair!!!

After being in a minor collision, I contacted my insurance company waa referred to Fix Auto. I was able to get my car in for an estimate within the hour and work began the same day. The shop was super clean and the staff was wonderful about giving me a ride home. In less then 24 hours they had submitted the estimate to and received approval to proceed from my insurance company. They also provided me with a guaranteed date of completion. They kept me updated along the way and finished my car 3 days early. The work was completed flawlessly and they even cleaned the car inside and out before turning the keys over to me. I would HIGHLY recommend Fix Auto in Redlands! 10 stars!!

Hello my son took my wifes 2006 tahoe in on 2-23-21 for repair and was told would have some information about vehicle in 24 hours spoke to James next day he said no I have 48 hrs was very rude and said if I am not moving quick enough you can just come pick vehicle well seemed to have a just dont care attitude so thats all I needed to hear just had vehicle picked up service is number one in my book not the case at fix it auto collision and while driving into pick up truck thought I was at trash pick up this is what I saw when driving in very unprofessional run shop looks like trash dump site thank you from John

Please do not take your car there!!! I took my 2017 CLA 250 Mercedes Benz there for a minor fender bender paint job and got the car back worst than I left it. I drove off and had a low air tire light on, in my front driver side but thought nothing of it. The tires inflate as you drive so I kept driving it. I returned the car to them 2 days later and let them know its been low since I left and my bumper seemed out of place. They took about 20 min and put the bumper in place and put air in my tire. I drove off and when I was almost home 15 mins later the light came back on. I thought I needed a new tire. I called Mercedes Benz in Riverside and had them check it. They found damage to the metal that the tires sit on but not only on 1 tire but on 3 tires. Somebody in that shop took my car for a joy ride and destroyed my tires and now Im having to go through my insurance for the repairs and it looks like I did it. I asked State Farms to investigate it but they didnt and now perfect driving record is tarnished and State farms said my insurance will go up!!!

I dont know where to start, about this place it has to be the best place to take your car after an accident. They walk you through every step. Theyre always calling me to let me know the progress of the car. When I go pick up my car there was no extra surprises. And the car looks like it was brand new. you couldnt even tell it got of an accident on my car. Ive already used them twice, the two times I use them it was the same experience. I love the customer service there, they treat you like family. I took my car first to another body shop down the Street, and have the worst experience of my Life Ill never go there again.I will always go to fix Auto of Redlands from now on, for any repairs on my cars small or big.

I did not get this kind of service from another Fix Auto . . . this one is exceptionally well run and financed. They have the equipment to get the job done right. USAA approved of this Fix Auto and now I know why. I immediately took another car I need fixed to them (not under insurance claim) and they did and excellent job on it too. Cant say enough about a business that takes pride in their work. Clean and well run body shop and then some.

Because we had liability-only insurance on our older vehicle, we paid out of pocket for them to restore our vehicle to road-safe condition. Their price was fair, and the work was excellent! We could not be more pleased!

I was rear-ended at a dead stop at high speed. Fix Auto had a tow truck up to get my within 3 hours of talking to them. They always return phones calls and their service has been astronomical when compared with other businesses of the same type. Aaron, who has been dealing with my car has especially been helpful in getting my vehicle back to me asap. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have had my cars repaired at Fix Auto in Redlands more times than I wish I had, but they have by far the best customer service, and do the best work of any auto repair place I have ever been to in my over 40 years of bad driving! I also recently had my car detailed there, and they did an amazing job. They are happy to give you rides to and from your home, and they always do more than they are paid for!

This is one of the best experiences Ive had with an auto repair shop. Mike the GM kept me updated and went above and beyond to make sure my car was done properly. They called with updates and changed my pick up date once but it was because they wanted to make sure the car was 100% before it was returned and to me I am more than ok with waiting an extra day or two to be sure the job is done right. Overall it was an excellent experience.

Terrible experience. This place only works in the best interest of the insurance company and not the individuals whos cars they work on. Repeatable told that the insurance company does not want us to use correct parts I have been dealing with this place for months. My car is still not repaired. They never call back and I have even told me that I should just get it repaired somewhere else and send them the bill. Still waiting for my call back....

I had my car in there on two separate occasions from a Mercury insurance claim. Mark helped me both times and was very good. The car came out looking perfect without any issues, Also, they have an Enterprise Car Rental office there so it is very convenient to obtain a rental when dropping off your car for repair.

Glad all the employees think this place is great and are writing great reviews on here for it. Took my car here because my car had chipmunks die in my heater unit. I took it back several times and they were never able to fix it. Also be careful not to leave anything in your car that you might miss. They took out my floor mats for cleaning and forgot to put them back and when I said something, they said they werent there when I dropped it off. Glad the pictures geico took showed they were there when I dropped it off.

Disappointing and lack of attention to detail. The work was incomplete and the vehicle needed to be returned to the shop on multiple occasions. Not acceptable that an auto body shop would return a vehicle with trim hanging off. The rental car experience however was fine and Geico provided us with a nice car.

Absolutely fantastic service and quality of repairs! Thanks to a string of bad luck, we had two cars here within a month. Between the staff (Mike Mastro), the on-site Geico adjuster, and the on-site car rental staff, we were able to take care of absolutely everything right here at this one location. The repairs were done so quickly and efficiently that I have even taken my sons car back for some minor trim repairs. I cant recommend this location highly enough. They take care of their customers right!

Thank God for Fix Auto Redlands. These folks are all about communication and great workmanship. My Mustang looks brand new after the stellar job repairing the front bumper and mirror. The Redfire pearl paint is an EXACT match. From start to finish these folks delivered on service, coordinating scheduling and paperwork, working everything out with GEICO including the rental car. Horrible shop, first tried giving us the car with blimishes in the paint now three months later the paint is peeling. Never finished the job, there was a cracked exhaust mount that was never repleaced even with repeated reminding.

Very Bad ServiceThey said its done ... but when we came to pick up the car and they decided to say to pick it up tomorrow. Even tomorrow we have to wait for more than 1 hour.And the quality is horrible ... when they painted (fix) my car did not become better. They offered me that they want to fix it, but I refused the offer and chose to go somewhere else. I think they should learn how to treat people and raise the standard/ quality of their service.

I dropped my truck off thursday morning. Needed a small dent repaired and some paint fixed. Mike personally called me after staying late and got my truck back to me friday at 630pm. Looks brand new. Paint is perfect. You cant ask for better service! Big shout out to geico auto insurance. 1.5 day turnaround is unreal.

This place is great I got everything done in 15 minutes. Geico was there, Enterprise was there and Mike the manager of Fix auto was there. I drove off in a rental that was fancier then my car. I was updated through text and calls every other day on how my car was going through the process if getting back to normal or new.They also had coffee, doughnuts and bagals!! Mike is awsome he even added more to my car at his expense. He added in a plastic covering under my hood. He called it a shield but who knows... it looked great. Car was clean inside and out. Everybody was friendly all in all if I ever get in an accident again which I hope I dont but if I do Ill be returning here.*update*Took my car for an oil change at my dealership they informed me my front tow bar was upside down. You could see a bright metal bar through my grill.( My front bumper and tow bar was replaced at fix auto) They freaking replaced it upside down!!! Who does that Im really dissapointed in them before they saw the darn thing for themselves they were already making excuses as to why I think its upside down. They didnt believe me at all but of course when they saw it with their own eyes they got quiet real quick. Of corse they said sorry but what kind of people do they have working there obviously not professional or properly trained.Never again will I go here.

Brought in my car for a repair covered by geico and when I got it back the new clear coat that was put on was a cheep one that turned it from blue to purple. Also had additional charges to the bill for badges and other such things without it even being replaced

This place is the WORST please please please think twice before coming to this establishment I had an accord worked on here and a older gentleman took me to the back room and told me he would not order replacement parts that was caused from the accident because quote “I gave him a one star on google” also got a call car was finish only to run my hand across the bumper and it still waw bumpy had to buff myself I have no idea how these people are even in business just know shady stuff goes on over here I recommend you driving rite by this place!!!!!!!
