I got an adorable bunch of balloons for my cousin. The girl that helped me was very sweet and helpful. I am so sorry but I don’t remember her name. Had an issue of three balloons popping. Notified Party Plus and spoke with a manager. She was also very sweet. My balloons were replaced and I am one happy customer. I would definitely recommend Party Plus 😊

Party Plus is absolutely the best to work with. I have been renting party equipment and linens for the past 20 years. They are so accommodating, doing their best to fill my requests. Their customer service is excellent, especially we have enjoyed working with Suzanne over the phone. All of the delivery drivers are polite and show up one time and willing to help. The quality of their products is fantastic. Also, the owners are a joy to have gotten to know and support. I would highly recommend them for all of your rental and event needs.

Purchased an item that said was for an adult and it was not. Came in to exchange and was met with to bad you should have tried it on. How is that COVID safe but not exchanging an item be any different. I would refrain from purchasing anything especially if people are able to try on the items beforehand! AVOID purchasing COVID safe is a lie !!

This is a great party store with a variety of great party supplies. A lot to choose from. Customer service is excellent.

What a store. A huge variety of colors and themes, for any occasion, birthdays, weddings, halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and etc. Walk in there open minded and you will find ideas and supplies. Knock off a star because it seems the prices have crept up a little from last year. And some of the products label price was different from the shelf price.

Wasted my time and energy! I called asking about outside balloons for their helium. I went in a few days before his birthday to get the balloons filled with helium. NO ONE NEVER TOLD ME OUTSIDE BALLOONS NEEDED TO BE CLOSED!I brought them opened and didn’t take them in otherwise I would have never opened the packaged!POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have so much going on with school and more! Now I have to worry how I am going to get my son’s balloons done few days before his birthday! Got the balloons from Amazon so they won’t come in on time! Ridiculous!!!!!! I relied on them and couldn’t at the end of the day!

Great selection on Halloween items, and decent pricing. Ill definitely keep them in mind for upcoming parties and special occasions (once we can have gatherings again!)

The store was really hot when I was in there. Seemed like most of the associates were sweating profusely. Id really turn down the air for those poor kids while they work.

The team at Party Plus Rentals were simply awesome. They were very helpful with emailing me quotes and making adjustments when I asked. Nice variety of costumes and items. However, some shelves were not re-stocked, like colored paper goods. They had unique holiday items but limited variety.

The online ordering process was clear and easy with prices listed for every item. Then a person called to verify the order and she made some excellent suggestions. The items were delivered when they said they would be delivered, and the items were clean and in good repair!

So I dont know how a Surplus Store its supposed to be saving you money ...I could have just went to the party supply store they had a better selection and I probably would have spent just as much for two birthday parties never again... on top of that I didnt get everything I needed.. my fault should have just left everything and took off it is what it is ...make sure you guys check out the prices from the other stores go too the party supply store before paying the little extras that you dont need...

This is a unique store that usually has whatever when I need for celebrations . Decorations and misc. party supplies, costumes, greeting cards are always well stocked. They carry items for almost every occasions. Their balloon creations are always fun and attractive.

The customer service was fantastic. Picking out the balloons from a large selection made our experience so much more pleasant. We actually bought a balloon with a defect and the manager was so accommodating and helpful with exchanging it. I definitely love this place!

I ran in to get a masquerade mask for an event. I was thrilled with the selection and found what I needed quickly. I also wanted to get either a long petticoat or Stockings to go with my dress. Several aisles were blocked off and inaccessible due to restocking. I was not able to find long stockings or a petticoat. I also wanted to check on Halloween costumes, but they were also in the inaccessible areas. My only suggestion is to leave aisles open for customers so that they can shop.

Awesome place to get stuff for a party or special get together. I was amazed at the variety of things that they have there. Sports fans costumes decorations special balloons. The staff there was very friendly very knowledgeable and helpful. even to the point if they didnt have it they would point the direction that you can get what you needed.

I had ordered some balloons here for a party. They were filled and were great for the event and a few days after, but were done soon after that. If you need balloons get them the day of the event!!

Went here looking for Halloween costumes. Thought it was a dedicated Halloween store, but it wasnt, maybe 1/3 was. They did have a decent makeup selection, and an ok selection of fake cuts, scars, etc. They seemed to be out of some of the costumes posted on the wall already. Seemed like most costumes were under $50, so not bad pricing.

If you really want to get some sports stuff this is the place to go friendly staff can help you find what you want generally it is in the store. If its a costume party you want this is the place to go. Im not all For evil genomic stuff. This place has good clean costumes. If it had anything to namik I didnt recognize it I noticed the Indian the cowgirl Cowboy Sheriff things nondenom.

I recently bought a few dollar lanyards and note books to do as give aways and the product was amazing. For teh price it was not cheap material. Shipping even came early than expected. Would order from there again.

I went to Party Plus because Party City was out of helium and had no idea when they would get any, saying there was a global shortage (Too much Big Bang Theory watching?). Party Plus, 2 miles away, had everything I needed, including helium, and the service was outstanding!

I’m so disappointed in how rudely I was treated today at your Party Plus located in Redlands. My daughter called the day before to see if they carried a certain mylar balloon for my granddaughters birthday on Sunday. The sales associate said they did carry two styles of what my daughter was looking for. No one told her to place an order ahead of time as we only needed two mylar balloons, not an arraignment. Also, my family uses this store all the time and have never had to order ahead for a few balloons at a time. I arrived just after opening around 10:30 and there were no customers in the store or parking lot. When I went to the balloon area the girl asked what I wanted and I told her two Mylar balloons. She said they could not possibly help me as they had some large orders to fill but I could wait and they could help me in about an hour. An hour wait for two balloons. There were four or more staff in the balloon area filling their orders but I felt that the hour wait comment was used just to get rid of me as telling someone four employees working for the next hour could not possibly fill up two balloons for an hour! That statement is a generic one that management uses to get rid of a customer, and I know because the public clinic I work for tells customers the wait is an hour so they won’t wait if clinic is very busy. Well they did just that because I will definitely take my business elsewhere after being treated so rudely. And the staff told me to have a nice day rudely when she saw I was unhappy. My whole transaction would have taken less than five minutes and they would not be able to dismiss me if I had other help I needed in another area of the store.

I put in a balloon order for gender reveal on twins and I specifically asked to list baby a and baby b as my daughter having twins and 1 of each. It wasnt done but the girls there made up for it they figured out which 1 was which and put cute labels on them.

So much there to see. Store is set up so nicely. Friendly staff always there to help.

This a family owned Big party buisness, so if you want to support local buisness owners be ready to pay more for licensed party favors and such! :-( but the staff is extremely helpful and seem to enjoy working there. I also found their pricing for mylar balloons and bouquets to be SIGNIFICANTLY lower than Party City and they make them look so good with all the ribbons and themed weights!!!
