Very clean, the sales associates are very helpful and friendly, the prices are not to bad.

Honestly I’ve gone to this store a few times and one of the girls always had an attitude. At first I was frustrated that she gave me bad service but every single tome that I say her again she had the same energy, so since she was constantly rude I didn’t take it personal or even care too much. As long as I got my products. Today I went in and was helped by a cashier (a different lady) and everything went well at first. She gave me my total that was around $34 and I paid with a 50 dollar bill. The lady looked at me and then the bill and went over to a machine in the corner that checked to see if my bill was fake or not. I was so completely offended by this. Then she hands my money back to me quickly (so I counted my change to make sure it was correct since hey my money wasn’t good enough for her.) Then she rushed me out as two people were in line behind me. I actually wanted one more thing on my way out but since she physically walked me out and locked the door behind me I will never go here again. I can admit that my appearance was not the most presentable, as I went in there with my hair prepped to be done but it’s the hair store! I get that the bigger girl that helped me was rude, judge mental, and pushy. If I was not pressed for time I would have taken my money back and gone elsewhere.

The best customer service I’ve ever received at any store they recommended a natural product for my hair and I just used it and it works so good and smells amazing thank you so much

I know We are in difficult times and we must to protect each other from this pandemia but is not nice that you are crossing the Door to enter the store and the personnel kick you out speaking Towards you so rapidly and you don’t even understand what they are saying, you may have an idea due to what we are going through and the worst, they don’t say please. They attitude is not very nice. Last time I come to this specific store

I know you guys are boarded up but when I call recording says you’re open so when I get there the door is locked so I call again and I press option 3 to speak to someone the phone just rings no one picks up!! You could at least fix the problem instead of having everyone think you’re open when I was sitting in the parking lot I’ve must have seen at least 10 people go to the door and turn away!! Now that’s pretty darn sad oh and maybe you should also change the information on line to closed because it’s says you’re open!!

Unprofessional with no manners is how I would describe the new retail clerk. Didnt see a name tag or it would be posted here. They way she was assisting a customer my first impression was that they were together, not that she was helping. I was already looking at some products and she just started blocking me, she asked if I could move. Not an excuse me... she didnt sound like she knew the products very well either. No wonder I never shop at that Sallys. 🤔
