Superior customer service at this location. Joe was extremely helpful in selecting what we needed for my granddaughters wedding. They are also delivering everything to the venue. One less thing we have to do on her wedding day. Yeah!!!!

Selection has gone down. We were carded for Vanilla syrup. He said we had to be carded for anything on the left side of the store. Although it was on the right. For both of us to be carded was a bit overkill.

It has been a few years since I have been in this store. It is more like a convenience store now than a beverage store. No more exotic colas and drinks. Now you can buy snacks and unhealthy frozen junk food.Very expensive.

Literally EVERY Worker in the front when you walk in had a attitude and horrible customer service no one greeted us and asked if we need help expect for ONLY one worker when I walked to the back had Great energy his name was NICK GREAT Welcoming attitude nick is the only reason I will still be attending this store he should be a manager SHOUTOUT to NICK doing a great job making customers feel welcomed to shop once again shoutout to NICK make him a manager give him a raise !!!!

They have a lot of really good stuff, some of the employees are nice and 2 have attitude issues that need to be worked on. So thats where the 3 comes in at. As a customer that comes in all of the time, I dont need anyone getting smart with me and getting upset because I ask you a simple question. I will be going over to Total Wine & More where its more friendly, the store is way bigger and its cheaper. I would rather spend my hard earned working money with people who appreciate my business and that arent going to be nasty. Being a nurse I have my days where we have a lot on our plate, so I definitely dont need to come to the store to feel like Im in the wrong about asking when will an item be in stock. If you dont know ...just say Im sorry maam but Im not sure. But not, Im not a manager and I cant give out that kind of information. Im good on it

Redlands local liquor superstore. Ive found that this branch will actually have somewhat rarer beers that other IE Bevmos wont get. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

This place has many brands of wine,beer or liquor you need or just want to try out for the first time. Its also nice if you want to buy a friend or family a gift. I would recommend this place to a family or friend.

Bad service my husband was getting a bottle, I don’t even drink but he asked me to go with him, at the cashier the lady asked for both of our IDs . I wasn’t driving and didn’t bring my purse and wallet with my ID. That’s ridiculous! Why I have to show mu ID if I’m not making a purchase ? My husband told the manager to put a sign on the door about the new policy and the manager said it was on the door but she lied 🤥 it wasn’t .

They have rearrange the place and it takes a little bit of looking around to find what you want now, but they have a lot more as well. As usual, awesome selection.

Went back today for more of the 21 Seeds Valencia orange tequila. It goes great with clementine oranges instead of lemon or lime. It was out of stock so came home with 21 Seeds grapefruit and hibiscus tequila to try along with our usual Blueberry Stoli and some Butterscotch beer soda.

Juliana Alas gave the WORST customer service i will NOT be going back there. Id rather drive 20 miles out to palm springs bevmo.

Found what I was looking fo right away. Peanut butter whiskey banana liqueur and beer. Cashier was very friendly and saved me 14 dollars.

If I could give it zero stars I would, came with my brother and tried to purchase some cigars but wouldn’t complete the purchase because he doesn’t carry ID. I had bought alcohol multiple occasions with him and he was never asked for ID.

Went to Bev MO with my husband and kids. My kids wanted Pringles...my husband forgets his ID and the most RUDE cashier ever tells us we cannot complete the purchase because he has no ID. I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND THE POLICY, mind you, she says I cannot purchase the PRINGLES as well. All while my 2 year old is throwing a tantrum. Lol. This just blew my mind, her attitude was horrible.

There was a line to get in. I waited maybe 15 minutes. The gentleman at the door (Im sorry i didnt get his name) was friendly and helpful. The store was clean, well stocked and the cashiers were pleasant. Great job BevMo!

I do instacart and was a bit overwhelmed on my first visit. Not much of a wine drinker. Had to find 2 types. They have a huge inventory. Its probably easier if you know what youre looking for. Help was there, so i asked for it! Ive gotten a bit more acquainted with the store since. Expect a line to get in, again because of the pandemic. Not too bad a wait. HAPPY NEW YEAR!

They have good quality spirits, if you drink quality not quantity you will not kill your liver. Bevmo has a lot of good quality liquor, a good place to shop.

Ordered and paid for 13 gal keg for pick up, but they sold it to someone who walked in. Had to drive to Moreno Valley to get it. I went to pickup at 3:00 got home at 5:30. I am not happy with BevMo. On the bright side they were very sorry and nice.

I love Bevmo. This particular location I havent found the employees to be very friendly or helpful. They wouldnt let me exchange my keg because I didnt bring the receipt and it was clearly a Bevmo Keg. I also went in to pick up a keg for my sister but since it wasnt my credit card they made me pay for it, even when I called my sister and she offered to give her card again! I love Bevmo but I wont get anymore kegs here at this location which is too bad.

Excellent selection of spirits and craft beer. The only reason Im not giving it a 5 stars rating is because they keep most of their craft beer on shelves instead of fridges. Ive been to smaller places that ensure that the beer remains cold. Anyone who drinks beer knows that you kill the flavor by keeping it at room temperature.

I enjoy shopping here. Though, this store did not carry the specific wine brand I was seeking, I still found many other brands that were displayed in an appealing manner. I had an unexpected bonus upon checkout - an additional bottle of wine (same brand I purchased full price) for 50 cents. Nice!

My experience was good they had a very long line but they were getting people out quick so that was a good thing very clean and the workers were very helpful

On numerous account I have had terrible customer service. Given false information on products, special orders not coming in and workers not doing anything to help with situations. Very disappointing. I will drive 45 minutes to go to Total Wine and More as it is well worth my time to not have to deal with Bevmo and their workers.

There was a line but it went quick. Staff was helpful in helping me find champagne because I dont know anything about it & it was for family. Great prices, especially if you sign up for ClubBev. It was La Marca Prosecco from Italy. Originally $22.99 but with ClubBev, I got it for $14.99

First time going there and it was big, clean, organized and they had soooo many choices. This will be my go to for alcohol brevages. The prices are also reasonable and ppl are friendly.

Absolutely horrible... First time there and the manager and one of the associates said they couldnt help me because they had to fill their online orders first! I couldnt believe it especially since none of your online customers were visable. Took me 20 min to find one liquor they they could of showed me in 2 min. And he was the store manager. Said that upper management told him to do it

I have mixed reviews for this store. First off I needed a couple items from the case so I asked the nearest employee for assistance. The employee turned out to be the store manager. After getting me the first item, I asked for the my next item which was also in the case, that was when the manager made a comment that he doesnt get paid to shop for people. Well unless theyre gonna hand me the keys to the cases how am I supposed to get the items? There was another item that was missing from stock but I didnt want to ask the manager for help. Luckily the assistant manager replenished the items from over stock for me. The assistant Manager was very helpful.

I cant always find everything I like, usually for the reason of not carrying it in their assortment but I can certainly find most of it or something similar to act as a temporary replacement. Cashiers are cheery and talkative. The place is clean and usually little to no wait in line; prices are reasonable but nothing to write home about.

First time going to this Store and we loved it! We will keep going back for sure. Amanda G has great customer service! She helped us save lots of $$$ by letting us know about ClubVeb. It was super easy to sign up and the savings are great! We spent a while looking around. BevMo! Sure does have variety of alcoholic beverages.

Friendly & helpful staff, but it doesnt seem to be the store it once was. Italian wines are just half an aisle & other selections seem bargain priced. However, its close & more selections than a grocery store.

I stopped the drinking, but some things were a little overpriced. FYI I hear they have a happy hour in the back for 25 cents you get to sample beers a shot glass at a time. So as fast as you can toss that back it gets filled up.

Excellent selection! I only say that because they had my boyfriends favorite beer that has been really hard to find. One of the guys even gave me some suggestions on some other good tripels when his favorite isnt in. Great service and selection.
