Excellent company for pure water. I love the taste of the water I get, did I mention that its tap water😏. Of course filtered. COMPANY NOW RUNNING THROUGH WATER LOGIC. Still good water.

Weve been trying to get a tech out to our office for a couple weeks now just to do a routine filter change but apparently they cant even handle that - tech was a NO Show without any word from them to another ETA. Then, nobody answers the phone in the customer service department, just goes to a voicemail AND Nobody returns your call. I finally pressed 2 for the Sales team and got a live person there. Nice guy, was able to answer my question, but absolute WORST customer service at this place!!

We had this service for some time and never had issues until over a month ago when I asked for service. The Tech came out and told our employees he was going to return and never did. I have been calling leaving messages and no return calls. Tried an extension and still no call back. Next step is to change service. Like the product, but if it does not work then why have it.

I was being charged after I cancelled and I finally was able to get a hold of someone and they cancelled. Their water cooler is still here. I have called them so many times and I cant get a hold of someone to pick up.

They are definitely a scammer. Please please please Never ever use their service.

Their service department is TERRIBLE! Ive been waiting for over two months to get a machine swapped out!

Pure water technology ditch the bottle I am not even sure what their company name is. It has been two weeks since I placed a service request. No cold water coming out from the dispenser this water is for the warehouse employees it is freakin hot and they wont get someone out here. They also lie about when theyre coming they tell you one day and they dont show up.

I went for interview, which I think or thought went well. But I didnt receive call back. Gosh darn it

Ive canceled my service 3 months ago and I am still being charged!!!!!!I also had a tech out here to remove their equipment and they are still billing me. This company is a joke.
