I got my bowling ball here and the guy was super helpful, knowledgeable and knows what hes talking about. He even came in on a Sunday to drill my ball. I will definitely return for all my future bowling needs and most definitely recommend him.

Already closed when I arrived, no answer to phone and inside Empire Bowl. Total waste of time.

Zack was super friendly and knowledgeable...great customer service. He helped a guy in front of me get some new shoes and explained the differences between the cheaper vs. not so cheap ones. I went to get my ball drilled and it was done in about 20 mins...just long enough to have a beer in the lounge. He made sure there was a good fit and had no problems making a minor adjustment (I prefer extra room for my thumb). Highly recommend this place.
