We called them to fix a problem of our alarm system, their technician came then since can not fix the problem, they propose to replace the system with the new system. They also promised that they will not charge the visit trying to fix the old system if we agreed to install new alarm system with TBM.We agreed and let TBM to install new alarm system.We paid the new alarm system and paid the monthly service always on time but several months later TBM billed us $233.75 for their first visit to our office.We tried to remind TBM about their promise that they will not charge their first visit if we install the new alarm system with them, but TBM did not deliver their promise, they charged me their first visit for $233.75, which $20 is the fine for not paying the bill the moment they bill me $$213.75
This review reflects a single individual of the company.As the son of Timothy Murone (Company Owner), I can say first hand that my father lives by the boy scout slogan Do a good turn daily. I know he wants to provide a sense of safety and security for each customer and does his best to meet with each client.
For the most part they have been very good in trying to figure out what is best for our area. It’s hard to get a strong signal so the challenge has been to our disadvantage. Not at all is it TBMs fault. We are switch service providers and we are going from there. Nothing but compliments on TBM experiences and service.
Terrible, horrible, dismal, abhorrent customer service !! Took 3 weeks to get a tech out to look at installing the alarm then when they finally made it out they said they didnt have the part on the truck and it was at the warehouse and they could come back out the next day, another 2 weeks went by without anyone showing up or calling . i got mad and called them and they said the tech must have lost the ticket . i told them i wouldnt use them now even if they paid me $ per month to alarm my business. the receptionist leaves early everyday and the owner is never there making it nearly impossible to get something scheduled . if you call after 3 pm a girl answers the phone and says the person you need to talk to already left for the day .
