Generally this store is stocked well. .. sometimes depending on holiday or season it will be lacking some essentials : like Camping, sports for kids etc. Store is well kept . Very nice overall

Well I went there to buy shoes, was feeling the covid blues. I bought a new pair and there it is there and then I went home for a snooze. I find these to be very attractive shoes presented by Denali and at a price with the one-day discount of $21 what the f? I couldnt say no. Should seriously look at this place because they have a lot of stuff thats right on top of it and the store has three people in it every time I go there so you dont have to run into somebody you do or do not know

They have a huge selection everything was marked down at special clearances and shoe savings and they were home until about 10. If you ever in the represent ria come check them out big 5 sporting goods. Face it promotions approved

Well I have been looking for a straw type sun hat but have had no luck, nothing I liked. Drove by a Big 5 and figured I would give them a shot. Glad I did, a great selection of them in various styles and was surprised to see them very reasonably priced!!!

Great customer service has been my experience with just about every Big 5 Ive been to, and this one is definitely not excluded from that list. While they didnt have everything I was looking for, the friendliness of the informative staff made up for it.

I was recently complimented on a pair of trusty boots that I purchased from this space, also the lady-staff are good looking and get my humor, so thats fun, ha.

I went for the shoes New Balance. The price was 20 dollar cheaper than competitors. Always satisfied. They have Denali hiking shoes for $23. Quality shoes at bargain prices.

Wow. Unless you want tennis shoes or yoga pants, you probably should shop elsewhere. I went shopping for a beanie and some anchor clips for tent ropes. They had blown out their inventory of beanies with the rest of the winter gear. All they had left were a few camo patterns and florescent orange. No worries Ill order them online for two day delivery.

The employees maintain a pleasant attitude which is a sign of good management.

It was a clean and stocked store. The only thing they didnt have was some propane in any size. They had the summer stuff out like water shoes and water toys.

The big five of Redlands has an excellent assortment of camping gear and hunting accessories. I have bought a plethora different items from the store and the staff is always helpful and informative. The best days to go on Wednesdays when they have freshly stocked their shelves. Theres always a good deal on something that I need or want from here.

Very small store, so its a bit crowded. Some prices are reasonable but some not like $40 for a pair of gloves is pretty steep.

Great customer service provided by Young man today dressed all in black, sorry for got his name Asian, very helpful he asked me if I needed help I was looking for a a Carhartt vest he showed me where Carhartt products are and u dont carry these is what management told him. A few minutes later I heard him ask my husband if he needed help.

The store was clean and neat. The employees who worked in the front of the store, very kind and helpful. The guy who came from the back to help with our fishing needs, he seemed as if we were taking up his time. We were allowed to ask just so many questions, and then it was time to be on our own. I still rated 4 stars because of the employees in front of the store.

Love their 1 day only sales. Best prices for some really nice items. I got a $130 queen air mattress that holds 600 lbs for $40. Love it!

Good store just bummed they didnt have hardly any traditional skates for adults only had a size 7 and 12 left. Hope they restock. I will check next week again.

This is my favorite sporting goods store in the IE. They have everything you could possibly imagine! I love the little knick knacks they carry. The survival section is neat! Good selection on tactical backpacks, sleeping bags, camping and fishing gear, workout clothes and supplies, shoes and much more!

We went For Little League supplies. For what we were shopping for the selection was adequate. Prices were good. Customer service so so. There was a sales associate on the floor and he was the best out of the three we encountered. No greeting as we entered. The associate that checked us out appeared in training but that really wasnt a problem because we all have to learn. It was the lack of friendliness, I mean really. I was more friendly than anyone who worked there.

So nice to me. They helped me find just what I needed.

I always find great deals at big 5. I had been shopping the internet for a pair of black Adidis Rockadia trail shoes. The cheapest pair was $70. While they did not have Rockadia in my size, I found a pair of,Adidis Kanadia in my size for $40. I am going back and getting the other other two pair!

Big 5 is a life saver we needed to get long johns or thermal underwear. And Big 5 was the only place to have them after looking at three other stores. We called ahead and they checked for us. So we hurried over there. The assisted was helpful and they were able to find the item. We were able to get in and out in no time!!

Called in to ask about a tent, A gentlemen named Ryan went to check on a price and even helped me in the store to weigh out my options.Very helpful staff, very friendly as well.Great representation of Big 5.

The ONE place where we can always find walking tennis shoes for my husband (affordable ones, of course)..and I used to find my size there too but theyre not carrying 10 1/2 on womens anymore so.. I still go there to just look around.

The people there were helpful. I have a fellow Vet (Army) a ride there since he was in need of shoes. His experience was good, and the prices were reasonable. Just didnt offer military Discount which is fine but would of been great, but it is what it is.

Very good Staffing. They are always positive and helpful. Store itself is small and cramped. They stuff a lot of equipment into a small space. The shopping center its in anything special and I wouldnt stop by for anything other than needing to get equipment at Big 5.

Purchased a few items over the last 2 years, I always found help when needed and the staff are very nice. Good selection of knives, outdoor equipment and hiking gear.Parking lot is shared with other stores but otherwise accessible and good. Right next to road, so easy to find.
