Took my car in for leaking transmission. Was told seals and gaskets needed to be replaced. I also asked that they replace seal on sunroof. I was quoted $4200. I asked if the rest of engine was good so I could decide if I wanted to put the money into car. I was assured it was. A new part they replaced was faulty so they took care of that. Each day I was told car would be ready tomorrow. I had to keep calling to see what was happening with my car. They had my car a week. I was assured everything was working well with no problems. I drove my car two days and today the power steering went out.

I put a deposit down on a truck that this dealership had ordered. When it finally arrived, I noticed a couple of items on the truck didnt match the specifications on the website and window sticker. They did not make any effort to resolve the issues. With trucks being so hard to find right now, I was basically told take it or leave it, there are other people that will buy it if you dont. Hearing that and paying the Market Adjustment confirms for me that this dealership is more concerned with the money than the customer service. Greg did fine, just a reflection of the dealership as a whole.

Having an appointment on one day. Waited over 6 hours with no call, we called to check the progress and was told it hadn’t even been started. We picked up and took in first thing next day and was told would be done that day. No calls again from service department, called an hour before they closed and was told they were not going to finish the car. Then had to “fight” to try and get a loaner as the car was needed to go to work next day. Wasted our two days off. When they finally agreed to rental as no loaners were available, it took nearly an hour to get through the process. Absolute nightmare. Service advisor never communicated and should be washing cars at best! Adrian was his name!

Went at Hatfield to test drive a Duramax Yukon XL. Greg greeted me and showed me the Yukon. The Yukon just came in to the lot and need to be inspected so Greg quickly sent the truck for inspection so that I can test drive it the same day. Was impressed with the truck and service of Hatfield so I bought the truck the next day. Thanks Hatfield and Greg.

This dealership is the only place I will have my truck serviced. Adrian is a great service manager.I am still waiting for details/ and estimate about the paint peeling off my truck. Im sure this will be forthcoming...and it is an issue/flaw with GM 2015 models and has nothing to do with this dealership-- who I will continue to use for all my service needs.

Id been looking for this truck in this color for weeks and finally found one in transit to Hatfield. I called the dealership and connected with Rod and we took care of most of everything else via email. The dealership is in Redlands, in Southern Cal, and I flew in from the bay area just to pick up my new truck. Rod had everything prepped an ready for me, and with all the documentation and administration, he still managed to get me out of there in about 90 minutes so that I could start the 6 hour drive home. My oil change in November 2020 was not a good experience. Unfortunately, the service tech ruined 2 of my custom rims/tires. The Service Manager took care of me and replaced everything. Although this is the second time this happened and I am a little reluctant to return, I appreciate the customer service that the Service manager, team and Parts Department provided to make me happy. I will try Hatfield again in the near future.

Went to Hatfield because they were the only dealer in the area with an Acadia AT4 and I wanted to test drive that specific model. Mickey came out and opened up the car and did an excellent job explaining all of the features and patiently answered all of my questions. Mickey made the purchase process so easy. The purchase price was with rebates was very transparent and no hidden fees. All of the staff we interacted with were all very nice.

I have visited this dealership twice when I was in the market for a new vehicle, both times I have decided to walk away and go elsewhere to purchase our vehicles, the salesman were very annoyed at the fact of me asking questions on interest rates and options, he gave me a general answer and gave remarks like “these vehicles are expensive” and was very vague with the options. Never even offered a business card or bother to ask for my info or other options, it’s like if they judge you on how difficult a sell could be?, regardless both times I have walked away and bought elsewhere where service was a lot better. In looking at the reviews it seems their service department is not at all great either, I’m glad I left elsewhere.

Laid out great for covid masks on at all times. Even handled a rude customer with grace who followed nothing about covid. A+

I contacted Rod in sales by phone and inquired about a used 2005 Yukon XL. I was given an accurate and detailed description of the vehicle and any issues. When I explained what I needed and was looking for he ensured the vehicle was equipped as I needed obtaining the room codes for me.I bought the vehicle for a fair price and had it delivered to me, half way across the country. The vehicle was very accurately described on arrival and was very fairly priced.I was very happy with the entire process and would use the dealership again.

RUNNNNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Total scam!!!! They will charge for a service that was never performed. I CAME IN FOR AN ENGINE THAT WAS OVERHEATING PAID $577 to fix it. Two days later my car reads engine overheating ac shut off. Went back to the SAME LOCATION and was told I’d have to PAY AGAIN FOR THE SAME SERVICE AND INSPECTION.. NEVER GO HERE!!!!! EVEREI felt undervalued and under appreciated. It was if I wasn’t welcomed there. My car was serviced in a timely manner, but the customer service was absent to me. I saw the friendly banter between other customers but not with me. I wasn’t updated on any vehicle recommended service, or what condition my vehicle was currently in. I felt rushed and not appreciated overall. My oil change was done, and thank you for that. But the customer service not lack there of is why I or anyone else I know won’t be back. Thank you

We purchased a 2021 GMC Truck from another dealership - they had the vehicle we wanted. Their service was very disappointing therefore when we had the same issue we took it to Hatfield and couldnt be happier.

I still havent gotten my paper work James.Also when I got my vehicle back the brake caliper mounting bracket was missing one bolt and the other bolt was about to fall off. Now I dont know if this was your mechanics doing because I still havent got the email or paper work that tells me what you did to my vehicle. Can you please send that over to me.

My appointment was at 1 pm and I was a few minutes early but the customer service rep started the service immediately. The waiting room was empty but comfortable and my stay was pleasant. They finished my car and washed it before notifying me it was ready.
