The prices are reasonable because I had to replace my 2013 Ford focus radio receiver assembly, but I had to explain to the worker that it would take about 10 to 15 minutes to do it but he told me that it would take over a hour to do it. I told him all he had to do is take two screws on the front plate and unplug the face plate the there is two more screws on the receiver then there will be three plugs, the he needs to take the old one and put the other one in its place. Then another worker did it and he said it took ten minutes to do it. Just like I said it would. But I am happy that it got done.

I took my Nissan maxima here to get a 12 installed I was hesitant at first because I’ve been ripped off before by other people but here they were very professional let me take my time.I did have a issue with my amp I took it in they replaced it no hassle I’ll be back when I’m ready for some more boom Thanks elite

I had a 10:00 a.m. appt. At around 11:30 I was still not seen. I asked for a refund. Which they gladly did and the apologized.I was not upset, but I could not wait I had things to do. They were very kind and understanding. I would go back for their services, but when I have plenty of time.

I got great deal, I got two kicker 15s, and kicker amp and only had to pay 60$ labor fee because of a sale they had. Also gave me great deal on a viper alarm. And they helped me finance it, I got it all for 40$ down payment. and i pay no interest if i pay it off in next four months. Definitely going back.

Great customer service here! I bought a speaker harness on Amazon and the spade connectors did not fit my speakers. The guys here put bigger connectors on my speaker harness and didnt even charge me for it. Will definitely be coming back.

I have an electric vehicle. I called several stereo shops and they all seemed unfamiliar with the process on electric vehicles. I called this place and a woman answered the phone and was very confident in their ability to take on the project for me. When I arrived I was greeted and introduced to a gentleman name JT. He was very informed on what needs to be done to properly install a sound system on an electric vehicle. I left my car for the evening and picked up later. I still had a few concerns but JT addressed them right away. I waited a few weeks before leaving this review to make sure nothing would go wrong on my car. Its been a month and I gotta say. I am 100% satisfied with the outcome. Couldnt ask for more. Thanks guys!!!!

Paid to get my alarm programmed after about 15 min i was told that it would be more to program the remote. but theres no guarantee it would work. Shouldnt charge customers if your not positive you can complete the job at hand. Should if went to a more reputable shop.

A bit pricey but enjoy the job they did to my car.

Despite being a busy shop, I was promptly assisted by one of the staff. When I started getting into details and pros/cons of the setup I was looking for, JT (owner) stepped in and answered all my questions and concerns. Heres where JT earned that 5 star. I came back the next day and spoke with JT about a clipping issue I was having with the setup. He troubleshot the issue immediately and even hooked me up with some terminal ends that I needed. Great customer service.

Highlights: Pretty good service, alright prices and stereosWent to get my get door speakers installed, costed 60 bucks . Jobs for the installation is good no damage to the panel or stereo. Im not sure when my car was done, usually they call to tell me its ready but I didnt receive a call. Overall pretty good service.

These guys have awesome prices and a massive selection. Before I found them, I already purchased a head unit off eBay, and they guy said he would have matched the price. He also offered an insanely cheap price for installing it even though I didnt buy it through them. They offer window tint as well. I will definitely be spending my money here instead.

Went here because they are listed as an authorized JL Audio dealer on the JL website. Marie gave me a deal I couldnt pass up so I placed my order. It took a minute to get my parts but I hold nothing against them for the delay. I know I went to the right place when the shop is busy all day long and the owner goes out of his way to make sure the customer is happy with their purchase. Another satisfied customer, will definitely be coming back.

This place is so great. It took a while to put my new sterio in because they had an issue with my back up camera but they were so nice there and got it done. I go back Monday just to have them thread a wire through my dash but thats it... Ill definetly come back for my other upgrades

On Monday November 19th I had a flip down tv monitor installed into my vehicle. My entire experience was great except for the time it took to install but I understand it takes time. The Customer service was great. The female sales person answered all of my questions and was patient with me. The installation was clean and professional. I will recommend them to my friends and family.

Took my sand car there to add a new head unit and install my new light up whip. They installed them but didn’t seem to care what it looked like. They scratched up the whip and the mount and it wasn’t even tight. The head unit wasn’t were I told them to put it either. Then when routing the wiring they had to take the seat out and didn’t tighten up the seat bolts and left the seat belt harnesses all undone which was another flaw in their work. Also they didn’t put one of the fuses back on either for the fans so if I didn’t catch that the motor would of seized. 0 out of 10 stars would not recommend!!!!

This place did a horrible install on a system in my car. I had to return everything, was charged restocking fees, and when I drove off, I realized they reinstalled my factory system incorrectly.The owner told me it was because the head unit in my brand new car was faulty. Even though everything was perfect before they touched it.Had to pay another shop to fix it.WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.DO NOT GO HERE

Got a great upgrade to a older Toyota pickup and Ill be back in the near future with my car in need of a upgraded sound system.

I went to Best Buy on Sunday to buy a car stereo and then went to get it installed the next week that Sunday when I went to install it they didnt have the parts. after this I had Best Buy to give me my money back .I then went to Elite Car Stereo they were nothing but friendly they told me would take 3 hours and they had it done in about an hour such good service I had to post it

The manager was cool, took care of me. Installers, unfortunately i have to say are kinda sloppy. They did their job, but rushed through it, really dont pay attention to detail. Had to return twice, 2nd time was more me expecting perfection, but why wouldnt i want my brand new car to be perfect after installation? I plan to get more work done here.

Horrible window tint service. Air bubbles/smears everywhere. They offered to fix it so I went a second time with an appointment and they literally told me to come back in 8 hours. I went back in 8 hours like they said and my car looks the same with air bubbles and smears everywhere. Im over here wasting gas driving back and forth from OC for nothing. A sack of potatoes could have done a better job than the garbage tint service they provided.
