Employees are helpful and friendly. Pharmacy staff friendly and helpful too. When using the pharmacy, it can get a bit busy at peak hours, so I visit at off times and their service is always fast and with a smile. Love my Walgreens store!
The pharmacist at this location stated that I dont need the medication my doctor prescribed and that she is not required to fill my prescription.She had a smile on her face that made it clear she was enjoying herself.
Me and my mother went to this location on yesterday and we both were standing together on a alley bye ourselves and this young girl with Green hair🤢 walked right in front of us as we were looking at products to buy from the store this girl was extremely rude she didnt even say excuse me she just kept walking like she owned the place, lol..so l went up to the first of the store and I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager ..lol come to find out the young lady with the green hair🤢 was the store manager l told the guy thats your store manager she was extremely rude..l had needed to speak to another manager at this time to make a complaint statement bad leadership..She needs better training in the lines of management and business perfection ...
I’ve been to a lot of pharmacies and this is by far the worst I’ve ever been to! The pharmacist would not fill my wife’s entire prescription of pain meds after her surgery. He said we were only allowed to have seven days worth at a time. So we had a partial refill that was even stated on the side of the bottle and we called in to have it filled… The automated system said it would be filled today. When we tried to call and check if it’s ready the pharmacy said they would not fill it because we did a partial fill the first time. The reason this happened was because we were told we weren’t allowed to pick up the whole thing!! Then the pharmacist who was the one responsible for the partial refill proceeded to try to tell me that the only reason we weren’t allowed to pick up the whole thing was because our insurance wouldn’t cover the whole thing and we were never given the option to just pay out of pocket for the 12 pills that were left! He says they always make it clearAnd nothing could be further from the truth! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this pharmacy until they get a new pharmacist!!

John was great!I submitted a Canvas 11x14 Friday wanted the Canvas by Tuesday. On email stated it’ll be ready Tuesday.Tuesday comes, I got a text messages stating my print is ready. Came in. Lady was saying that it was just submitted Monday. I showed her my email so she could see when I submitted the order. There wasn’t any 11x14. I asked for a manager just because my wedding anniversary was that Tuesday. The canvas picture was a picture of my mother in law who passed away a year ago. There wasn’t any Canvas supplies to make what they needed to complete it. Shipment haven’t came in yet. I explained to her that I needed the canvas Tuesday it is important. It was last minute getting my husband anything else due to COVID. So John took over and handled the situation. He was kind and truly cared how important that canvas is to our family.Thank you John for going over and beyond to make sure I at least had something for my husband on our anniversary day.
There‘s a sign by the shopping carts to use desinfecting wipes, but there are no wipes. I asked twice and they just said „uh-huh“. A pharmacy should have wipes for the shopping carts. So, I had to walk with the purchase in my arms, set it down by the cash register, do some more shopping and come back arms full. Inconvenient.
They are always so kind and helpful, even though I often have 6+ prescriptions that I need filled at one time. They remember to contact doctors etc when I ask, highly recommended. Especially the refilling prescriptions online, its super convenient! no more annoying phone calls

I walked in to get a professional photo done, and I needed an electronic copy of the photo, but they were unable to provide an electronic photo in any format, including on a flash drive, CD, or even sent via email. The ONLY option was a print copy. I asked the associate multiple times if there was any option for taking any type of photo that could be saved as a file, and he said there wasnt. I find it hard to understand that this option isnt available in the 21st century at a Photo Center. Last time I got a photo done, it was from CVS, which provided prints in addition to an image file on a CD.
The store and pharmacy staffeta have always been professional and courteous. Have bee coming here for years and plan to continue

So many bad reviews; I thought I should write something positive about them because Ive been going there for 9 years and I have never had any negative experience with them... 1. Photo: They often have sales on dealsea or other websites and we use them every chance we get. Maybe 10 cents for 8x10 photos. Quick printing and no wait. 2. Over the counter meds: They almost always have something on sale and prices for generic arent too bad. 3. Location is great as I usually go to the Mexican store first to get fruits and veggies and then I stop at the Walgreens to get some snacks on sale. Used to get chocolates, nuts and almonds very cheap, but havent done this for a while. 4. Cashiers are always nice and helpful, never had a problem with them... No problem recommending this Walgreens.
If I could give 0 stars I would. The parking lot was filthy and covered in broken glass. I brought in an express prescription and still had to wait behind 2 very slow people and even after that the pharmacy staff took a few minutes to get to me (it was not busy). I have tried to call about a delayed prescription 4x and every time I get put on hold for hours and/or someone picks up and hangs up immediately. I even tried calling other departments in the store and no one picked up. The pharmacy is too far from my house for me to just drive there and ask about the prescription in person. On top of all that, when I did pick up a prescription, the pharmacist said my conditions OUT LOUD in front of other patients. Usually at Walgreens they just say the name of the drug and ask if I have any questions. SO RUDE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. FILL YOUR SCRIPTS SOMEWHERE ELSE.
The new employee are as rude as the old ones whats wrong with walgreens rude employees.Some of the worst employees and very bad service.

Good location, where I don’t have to drive too far for any pharmacy stuff,,, but always under staff, where I have to wait lot longer than I should..
My wife and I have been giving our bussiness to this Walgreens for almost 2 years now. I even get my flu shot there. They mess up a little sometimes as no one is perfect. Today they did not verify my wifes pain pills during bussiness hours so would not issue them when we were told to pick up after hours at 6pm. It is Friday and the snooty pharmacist said it will be Monday. My wife got out of surgery at 3:30 pm. Had her gut cut open. I hope I dont have to call her an ambulance. I absolutely and completely hate this store now......
I’ve been coming to Walgreens Redlands for 14 years now. I don’t know his name, but he has a ponytail and a beard. He is always very friendly all these years and he remembers my husband and my daughter’s name. When I pick up prescriptions for any of us, I was shocked he remembered. I appreciate the text messagestelling me my meds are ready. For those who say it’s a long drive thru wait try to get there early in the am if you can, I’ve never waited long. Please thank the young man mentioned in this review.
Don’t bother with photo here. Stood waiting for help for 10 minutes. Cashier made eye contact multiple times but didn’t call anyone. I searched the store and found one clerk finally. She had to go look for someone who didn’t come for another 10 mins. Store is severely undermanned. If you can’t have someone work at photo, don’t bother having a photo center Walgreens. The pharmacy is a complete joke every time I go there. Have turned in a prescription and waited 5+ days and finally I am told they do not carry that medicine and never will yet other walgreens do. Ended up transferring my medicine to a different pharmacy even though this one is down the street from my house. Now I get a message saying I have something ready for pick up that I needed immediately. I go down there and they have some how been closed for 40 mins. How does that work? The employees are also a joke. Just a complete waste of time. Your hours are also incorrect... says pharmacy was open till 9 today yet its closed. Get your stuff straight and act like a real business.
Store is fine, Pharmacy is slow, Manager is rude, they have to constantly be reminded to check insurance coverage for customers who have been coming for years. Had problems with my mothers Rx and witnessed two more have issues with manager arguing the difference between service and courtesy!
This pharmacy is ridiculous. They have one person working drive-thru and inside. At least 10 minutes minimum wait outside and it doesn’t matter what day or time, you’re going to wait.
Sooo Slow at the Pharmacy... They are not even acting like they are busy... Just so slow to do everything... even when you get to the counter they tell you they will be with you shortly... They dont get to you quickly, But the drive tru is even worse!
Very poor pharmacy!! I highly recommend you dont go to this pharmacy unless you have plenty of free time. Every time i go to pick up from the pharmacy theres a wait for about 30 minutes to an hour even if your prescription is ready the day before. The drive thru is terrible also, it takes forever. Dont go!!! I switched over to a different pharmacy that is a lot faster and more helpful.
