To sum up the experience for this place; it was awful. Brought the cookies home and wanted to eat them as dessert. I cut into it and it was raw. The white chocolate macadamia nut cookie had a bump in the middle and wasnt even cooked except for the outer layer. The chocolate chip cookie was also disappointing. It was undercooked. I put them in or air fryer to see if either of them would cook and they did, they expanded and didnt have a darker color or squishy part to them. The shortbread cookies are dry and somehow undercooked. They put too much sugar or oil in it. Also the chocolate coating covering half of the shortbread cookie failed to stick to it, it crumbled everywhere as well. The place was run by some teenagers who looked like they didnt want to be there or talk to anybody, they look disgusted and annoyed to have people there. They were also doing their own thing. Making small talk with them isnt the brightest idea.

My first time discovering The Cookie Corner was a pretty nice experience. The name caught my attention and I was curious as to what theyd offer inside. I was greeted not just by one but all staff and was immediately drawn to their presentation of cookies they had for the week. Because I dont live out in Redlands, I couldnt choose and had to buy their box of four, which was fairly cheap. Every cookie I had didnt disappoint and I knew Id be back. The second time visiting was just like the last, A little bit more busy but they got me in and out within a couple of minutes. Today has to be by far my favorite encounter. My sister had her first ever baby boy (A New Mommy) and I thought it would be a cool idea to ask if theyd put, Its a boy on the cookies. I called as I was an hour and a half out to see if theyd agree to my idea. They only had one leftover color (mint green) but went out of their way to make it more blue to fit the gender. The price stayed the same and they congratulated and thanked me for coming in. This business went above and beyond my expectations.. I will definitely be coming back as well as encourage more people to try them out.

Cookie Corner always delivers! Weve tried Crumbl Cookies twice now and have concluded that Cookie Corner is by far the better cookie place! Their cookies are always soft and delicious and they never disappoint. We go here once a week!

Easily the best cookies I’ve ever had in my life. Kid approved also. Perfectly melt in your mouth moistness that’ll make you float. Everyone here was very nice and the store is very clean. Definitely recommend and will be back

We come pretty frequently; heres some new pics ! Yum. Fruity pebbles !!. Back again: lemon drop cookies, chocolate chip and oreo-- these were more baked and oh so tasty... I might be becoming a convert ! Back again; cinnamon crunch and brooky which is half chocolate chip, half brownie-- yum but bake cinnamon crunch longer. Have come twice in past couple of weeks. 1st time had chocolate chip, and carrot cake. My hubby thought the carrot cake could not be more perfect. It was cake like and the frosting was really good. This last time we got snicker doodles and key lime. Both were tasty with the key lime being surprisingly yummy. The chocolate chip are not as good as Martha Greens but they arent bad. Just not my favorite and chocolate chip are my favorite cookie. It is $14.00 for 4 cookies and they are a generous size. They do get busy with people running in to pick up cookies. They said they change up the menu. It is clean. The service is ok. This last time we were there at the end of the day and they had a bunch of cookies on trays. I said I wanted a warm one and one of the bakers said they were too hot and that all the cookies are baked fresh daily. Hard to believe that since they were closing in 2 minutes and they had at least 100 cookies on trays. I told her I worked in a cookie shop and used to get cookies to eat as they were coming out of the oven but she was firm. So, no warm cookies but I guess we will be back in half of the time because my hubby likes them...

If you are looking for a uniquely flavored dessert, cookie co is a great spot to go to. The cookies are large enough to share but itll be too difficult to want to.They change up their flavors weekly so check out their Instagram before heading over. They always seem to carry chocolate chip if you want a safe flavor.This week I ordered the drumstick and fruity pebbles. The Drumstick I give a 5/5 on flavor. The Fruity Pebbles I give a 3/5 (far too sweet and the flavor doesnt resemble fruity pebbles enough)

Update...we appreciate local businesses and have tried to give this place a chance. I really really wanted this to be my favorite cookie place but realized we havent been back for a while. The last time we visited, our cookies were under baked. But I think the thing that really has kept me from returning was the service. I was helped by a very young boy who was flat out rude and dismissive. I am happy to pay a premium for exceptional quality and service but my recent experiences have shown neither.

Good cookies!!! These cookies are thicccc! I really enjoyed the mint brownie cookie. It had the right amount of mint to not overpower the rest of the flavors. The peanut butter cookie was made with real peanut butter and had good texture, not overdone. The chocolate chip cookie is a classic, but one of them I got was slightly undercooked. I think they will get better with more customer feedback. Overall a good experience, will go back to try a snickerdoodle.

Where do I start? 1. Customer service is always on point, you can tell their employees actually love their jobs. 2. The cookies are phenomenal! They are quality and the size is equally impressive. 3. It’s fun to see the different cookie rotations, you get to try different flavors and it’s so much fun to mix and share with your family. My toddler absolutely adores trying each cookie flavor. 4. Presentation and cleanliness is everything! Clean, open and spacious inside. You don’t have to worry about bumping into displays or people! I love it here and cannot wait for next week’s cookie line-up!!

Finally decided to stop at this local spot on my way to the grocery store. So glad I did! This is the best place to get cookies in town, and I’ve tried both Crumbl Cookie and Cookie Plug (both just average). Cookie corner blows them out of the water, and I have no need for another cookie store in town. Thanks for doing things right!!First off, when you walk in the store the staff are very inviting and friendly. They seem to genuinely enjoy their work. And they have their cookies of the week on display so you can see them, which is great for me since I’m naturally curious. I just tried their chocolate chip, and it was so good! Perfectly chewy, and the chocolate chips are delicious. And their cookies are gigantic, so that’s a blessing and a curse. I would come back here again and try another flavor! Perfect treat to bring if you’re heading to a party.

Decent price for unique and pretty large cookies! However, for me they were to to sweet and I ate on half of a cookie at each time because it was def sugar overload. That is just my personal preference and that is not to say they werent good. Everyone has different pallet preferences and that is okay :). They do provide quick service, And I love the variety of flavors they offer and that their menu changes each week. The texture and flavors of their cookies are delicate and beautiful.Thanks for the experience!

Cookies are good, it’s a fun local place. I’m deducting one star for safety — when I went in today, none of the employees were wearing a mask. Where COVID cases are very high right now, it was odd to see all the customers masked but none of the employees.

Freaking love this place. My family and I make the drive from Joshua Tree almost every week to try the cookies of the week. These cookies are big and are almost under baked which is perfect. The only thing I would hope for is once covid is in the past they offer samples of the weekly cookies because sometimes I would get more of one then another and regret not getting two of one and none of another. Regardless I would highly recommend this family owned establishment.

You know Ive gone a few times and each and every time I was met with not so friendly places, my first time we didnt know what we were doing and the lady rudely was like do you know what you want, no friendly demeanor, like ready to close shop.. The second time I was hesitant especially since I was about 8 months pregnant and not in the mood to deal with rude service, still rude, all I wanted was a soda and oreo cookies, the lady working had just had a pleasant conversation with the lady before me. I figured woo finally some good customer service. Wrong, just to the lady in front of me. I still am very hesitant to go back. I have gone to two other places where the service was above my expectations and the cookies at one place were awful but I would still go back because I was treated great! I am all for local, and small business, but I also value myself and would like to be treated like my business is welcomed.. not expected and demanded

First time here. My son took us to try his favorite treat. We had the Parent Trap and Birthday Cake, and the Turtle. They were absolutely amazing. Totally recommend. Teas and merch available.

From the second you open the door the wonderful smell fills you with joy. Loved seeing all the workers making the cookies. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We ended up buying a 4 pack because we couldnt decide which ones to leave out.

I absolutely loved this place and everything about it was so quick and easy. They have 3 cookies to chose from and every week those 3 change. I tried all 3 which were so delicious and the drink I had was recommended by the owner and i can tell you that I will go back just for the drink because it was one of the best soft drinks ive ever had no lie. This place is a definite stop for everyone who has a sweet tooth! Keep giving them all the business you can as they deserve it!

Id been wondering why I kept seeing a line outside this place and finally got around to trying it, mostly to our satisfaction. Granted, COVID restrictions requiring people to queue up outside (spaced out to look like a much longer line than it is) and wait surely contributed to an illusion of demand, but in this case I can definitely see why so many people were eager to get their hands on these cookies. The price is pretty high, but the cookies are equally pretty huge and heavy. Theyre very soft, but in order for them to stay that way they appear to be under-baked and doughy. This is actually something we dont mind, but be aware of that because if you like a crunch or arent willing to eat a slightly raw baked good, this wouldnt be for you.

Sorry to say the cookies are not worth it. I was looking forward to this spot since its local. Chocolate chip is decent but the most of the other cookies all taste similar.

Wonderful! I was very impressed :) My kids love their cookies. And they were very accommodating of a large order I needed to make one week. I was able to arrange the day before and pickup was simple.

A little on the pricey side for sure, 4 cookies for $14.Cookies are big and have good flavor but I felt like I got some old/stale cookies? They were not moist. I had to microwave them in order for them to be nice and soft. They also only have 3-4 choices to choose from but do change their flavors every week.

Not sure why my wife likes this place. the cookies are big but under cooked. My least favorite is their salted caramel cookie...yuck! Very small parking lot that you can get stuck in if there is traffic. Parking is scarce especially with all the constriction going on. In my opinion not worth the time for raw cookies.

Went there for the first time yesterday. Loved it! I will be going back for 2 reasons. #1. The owners are great people. I was able to meet them and hear about their business. They make everything from scratch every day and support other local businesses in the area. Love that! #2. Everything is made from scratch every day. The cookies were fresh. The Orange Blossom is insane! One of the best cookies I have ever had.Overall I was very impressed and can’t wait to go back.

I make better cookies at home. All 3 of my chocolate chip cookies were undercooked at that. Still raw dough on the inside. Definitely not worth their prices. Even if they werent undercooked, these cookies wouldnt be worth their price.

Some of my faves so far are orange blossom, pb lovers, and mint brownie but they’re all so good. The staff is very friendly as well. I have been going every week because they’re just that good. I also recommend “The Boulevard” with Diet Coke!

I’m obsessed with these cookies. During the pandemic before they opened a brick and mortar, I ordered these cookies all the way in Portland, OR because #pandemic. They were perfection. I had to pace myself and my family from gobbling them up in one day. I’ve been begging for more delivered but they are busy right now (GREAT for them!). Can’t wait to get my hands on another box.

We recently bought a box full of assorted cookies at Cookie Corner. I am sorry to say that they seemed pretty under baked. The huge (in size and price) cookies were like raw cookie dough. They were very rich, and gave us all stomach aches.

I love how big they are and think it’s ridiculous that people complain about their large size, bake your own cookies if you want them to be smaller. Quite honestly, they are OK cookies, not the greatest, but not the worst. The flavor of some cookies are good, however they are not fully cooked all the way through, almost raw in the middle. I would prefer that they be fully cooked.

Cookies are above par.. so very delicious. But I judge a company on service as well.At 10:49 am they were not open although all the stores and business around them were. No Hours Posted which becomes frustrating when you’re there ready to get this great tasting cookies!5 people besides myself all walked up to the front at the same time only to be met with a locked door. Disappointing because I was in a mission and had zero time to spare.I tugged on the door a couple of times and wallah! A lady unlocked the door! Yes... but No! She said “we are closed and won’t open for another 10 minutes”! Apparently having 5 people standing in the sun with money ready to burn didn’t connect with her at least inviting us in to wait or something encouraging other than the 10 minutes.I said I will be 20 miles away in 10 minutes and turned to leave. At this point she asked me “do you know what you want”?How would I’ve never been there. If you’re going to open the door, then open it. Don’t tell people they have to wait because you’re still doing something other than selling me cookies. So she ran down the menu and I chose. Then when she brought them out to me with 3 minutes before opening she still didn’t seem to get it. I gave her my card in the hot parking lot. The other ladies asked to see my cookies so they could also decide despite the covid 19 6 ft rules which clearly didn’t matter. Then a lady with two kids walks up and is also told “were closed” and upon asking if her kids could still use the restroom, she opens the door and lets people in.Cookies were great. But there’s a disconnect that no amount of explaining will change the impression of “we’re not ready to open”, and you’re going to wait in that parking lot until we do, that an hours of operation sign would’ve made easier to work with.Even upon selling me the cookies and answering my questions regarding additional flavors, there was a curt, snappy, dismissal to the response.Sorry for liking your cookies enough to deal with your frustration. There were 5 of us having the same exact conversation while waiting for you to put it together with the door still closed in our faces.

Excellent customer service, fast and efficent. Enough with the business talk the cookies were phenomenal, we had the salted caramel (which is always hard to impress me) and the smores cookies.The smores cookie was good, the chocolate cookie as the base was great but the concept of the smore fell a little flat, still an excellent cookie! The salted caramel however was probably why I thought the smores needed more, it was incredible the balance, techture, and over all taste are unparalleled to anything Ive had in the past. I will definitely go back its a crowd favorite at my in-laws house and now at my house too!
