I called to get a pair of Ballroom shoes that I needed for a day of event. Melissa said she had a pair in my size and she would text me a picture of what they look like before I pick them up. 30 minutes later I had to call back due to no picture. She said she was at an event and I would have to wait 3 hours for the picture. I reminded her that I needed them today and she said she forgot. Horrible customer service and very scatter brained. Didnt listen to anything I said besides I needed a size 9.
