One year ago I bought a pen and I bought a tank for it too& below the on and off switch got loose so I stopped using it and 2 weeks ago I bought the same exact colored pen and I have never dropped it its still very clean I only used it for a short amount of time and then the same section around the band got loose but it completely had disassembled itself I brought it back to see what they can do about it considering it had only been used for a week. And had never been dropped I never damaged it in any way of myself considering I told him I had this problem with their merchandise before he told me it was just a random defective problem. So i bought the 2nd one.when my wires became exposed i just took it back and i was told theres nothing he can do about it I had spent like $60 I believe my item came up to $55 because I got a bundle package and he said maybe you can just super glue it I said I dont feel safe because the wires are completely exposed I wouldnt trust it to be just super glued can you at least replacement item he said nope sorry we dont have any type of guarantees on our merchandise so I will definitely never be shopping here again which sucks because its the only CBD shop in the area it was the same exact guy that sold it to me the first time and everything so I thought he would be more than accommodating considered I showed him I didnt damage it anyway it was very clean there was no scratch marks or anything like that there was no wrongdoing in my part and literally all I got was Im sorry we dont have a guarantee of any sort and I cant replace it at all maybe just super glue it that is the worst answer I have ever gotten from somebody especially after just spending that amount of money and it being a waste I highly wouldnt recommend coming here both pens I bought one year apart had the same defect and that is completely ridiculous!!!!!!!!smh

So I got CBD for my flight to Salt Lake City.. wasn’t sure if it was gonna work. Absolutely did help with my anxiety because I didn’t have any when I had to take the flight back and my flight anxiety was horrible. Definitely going back for another bottle.

I come here to buy my mom some CBD oil so she can take after chemo and she loves it but 2nd bottle she got really didn’t help her maybe was a bad batch I still I did get a 3rd one well that one did made a difference. Over all I do love this store and like is few miles from Loma Linda hospital makes it easy to grab one. (:

I visited this place on Saturday. I was looking for a pain relief roll on with CBD for my shoulder pain. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. When I applied the roll on stick, it didnt take much time for me to feel the results. Now my shoulder is feeling so much better and the pain is gone. Had a fantastic experience in this store! Their CBD helps with my anxiety, and my panic attacks. I dont like taking prescription drugs because they come with too many side-effects, but the CBD gives me a level headed clearness as well as taking away that unwanted adrenaline rush of panic.

Worst experience ever! Had me try 3 different flavors...They didn’t check to see if the atomizers were good...all 3..totally burnt..So, I purchased the Chronus Baby And wasn’t told that the box holds a code to unlock the vape.(Which needs to be entered every time you change out the atomizer). My fault writing was on the wall from the get go.....Beware!!!!! I’ve never given a 1star “ever”. So here you go....you totally deserve it and you know it!

Not impressed. Poor quality balm. In addition, I felt service (only visited once) was below average. Representative didn’t seem very interested in assisting me with picking out the right product for my needs. Shocked at how low quality the Buzz Balm was, given the generally high reviews. Disappointed, as this place is close to home. Guess I’ll continue ordering my much higher quality product online.

I went to check out this place to look at the CBD products they have. I walked in and was approached and shown where the CBD stuff is located. The reason I give them a one star review is that, I assume I would be allowed to look without any issues. However the lady that approached me stayed a foot away from me, watching me. After I realize this I wanted to leave. I did not feel welcome and like she thought I was a thief. I am unsure if this happen to anyone else or if this is happening specifically to P.O.C. I will not come back to this store and a tip for anyone reading this, there are a lot of CBD websites that sell the same products and sometimes with a slightly cheaper price. This will help people who had a uncomfortable experience at this store.Update: I am unsure who they are talking about because I did not touch anything. Therefore they have these odd practices for someone who touches nothing and everything. Lastly, if age is an issue why not i.d someone when they walk in. I been to many places that do that and that is not an issue. Something fishy is happening here. Lastly, I left an honest review and look at how petty they were which says everything about how they run their store. I check out other CBD stores in the I.E and had better experiences plus more variety. Anyone reading should go check some out or like I said online.One more thing, they suggested a website of products you cannot buy online, that was a lie. Check it out for yourself.

Honestly, just too expensive. Even twice a day use on my rig still costs me 6$-15$ just in replacement parts every 6 days or so. You can only buy big bottles of a limited selection of juices @22$ a bottle. I need variety or atleast to be able to buy smaller bottles. Either way I will not be returning because every time Ive gone in I just get a weird vibe from everyone who works there and just do not want to be there any more than 30 seconds. Nice family, but just a little too nice. Not for me.

This place has a very large selection of premium juices and literally EVERYONE that works there is super friendly and helpful!Im new to vaping (40+ days) and they have always taken the time to answer my questions with no hesitation or making me feel like Im wasting their time. They have a LOT of ejuice which you can sample (they even use fresh, packaged disposable tips for tasting samples. Super clean! BIG+)I have found my local vape shop and will not consider going anywhere else. Do yourself a favor and try them, you wont be disappointed.
