Redlands Glass is a small but very capable glass supplier for windows, showers doors and other glass products. There service on our recent visit was excellent and their prices were very competitive. I can highly recommend this company.

This place was extremely helpful. I went in for a piece of glass. The man working the counter took my measurements and got to it right away. Went next door to Huichos and came back a few minutes later and the glass was cut to size and his price was reasonable. Would definitely use again thanks

They have good selection of products but poor customer service

Redlands Glass is the one stop shop for all glass related issues. Its managed by a personable duo who do their best to find exceptional value out of your needs. They wont sell you on some needlessly expensive product that you dont need. We had 2 windows retrofitted, amazing workmanship, fast, and great value. Will be doing the rest of my windows! Best window shop in the IE hands down.

Customer Services is the worst. They handle my office desks tops and I had to call them back twice to request a quote and give the measurements, the old man called me asking once for the measurements again and then the younger woman called me AGAIN to get the measurements, so 4 times! Fast forward to the day of delivery, the guy was 3 hours late. The glass did not work out and I was willing to pay for that piece and order another, they had contacted me letting me know everything was okay and that the money I had put down as a deposit would cover a new piece of glass. I order the new piece of glass I had to call 3 separate days and times with promises of call backs or sometimes they just didnt answer just to get a delivery date and time so I can plan for my assistant to clear the desk. I finally call again today for the 4th time for the young lady to tell me that they were going to charge me for the other piece of glass (which was fine) but when I told her that thats not what she originally told me she said I wouldnt say anything like that Basically calling me a liar. We will no longer be using their services. If you would like to go threw contacting them and them not returning calls, rude customer service and being late to appointments then this is the place for you!

I used redlands glass to replace a large awkward sized tempered glass window in our living room. their price was competitive and their service was outstanding . they were on time for measuring, ordering and installing. they caulked the window inside and out and made sure the fit and finish were perfect. a very professional, friendly, high quality company.

This place is great! The staff is so friendly and will go above and beyond for you. I originally had appointment for two weeks out and I called in and asked if they happened to have anything a week sooner .They got back to me very fast and came out that day and got the glass for my window replaced. If you have anything glass related this is the place to go.

Aside from RUDE AF, I don’t know what else to say about this place, but the last thing I expect is to be yelled at by an employee or even the owner of a business I’m trying to hire because he can’t hear. I’ll stick with The Glass Guru and have him upgrade the 48 windows and 19 skylights in my home.

I called them on Thursday morning, giving the measurement of my bath room mirror. Nest day at 10 am, they sent two gentle men and replaced it in less 30 min. Excellent work. Thanks.

If your looking for honest and reliable people who take pride in there work and know what there doing this is the place! Brought a small kitchen window in and they replaced the glass in less than 30 min. Very good pricing. They do all different types of glass.

We had Redlands glass make all of our glass desk tops and they are fabulous. Even complex curves were no problem. I recently had them make screens for some of our rentals and they were much better than the originals.

I had done business there before and was very nicely served by a lady close to my own age. This morning I waited past posted opening time until a young girl showed up. She glanced at me standing there and threw a hi at me, but when I spoke up and suggested she take a look at the mirror I had brought, not 5 feet away in my truck, she pointedly ignored me, opened the shop and got busy inside. When I followed her in, I got another hi, no apology for the wait, no how may I help you? and when I suggested again she come and look at my mirror, she replied, what are we going to do, look at it?, guess what I did? I left. I got the work done at a competitor who treated me courteously and like a customer the first time.

The old man there is so incompetent he could not cut a square glass let alone install screws in the frame when I drove away from his property 10 minutes later discovered the screws were gone and he stated the screws were in there when I put it he so in other words he indicated that I remove the screws. Then stated he will not fix the problem after I of course got mad after he accused me of removing the screws on his un square cut piece of glass. Worse customer service .worst place ever. the attitude Of the senile old man that cannot even create a square framed glass blamed the material after he charged me after I gave it to me after all 4 corners were not even attached. Im left with a hole in my window. After make an attempt to fix the problem myself because he stated he will not fix the glass is now broke. absolute the worst place Ive ever been to

I called them about 10:00 am. I was told they would be out between 2-4pm. No show. So if you need a window do not call redlands glass.

My one and only experience with them was a bad one. I would suggest any other glass place than them. First, the owner was kinda rude, he wanted all the money up front and what was suppose to be done in one day, took 2 weeks! And no call to inform me it would take this long. I called them a week into it and he claimed it was a harder job than he thought. Which even if it was, at least have the decency to call and let me know. I had these windows installed before from another glass shop and got them back right away, so it wasnt a difficult job. I finally got them back and it looked like a child caulked the windows! Not professional in any way!

Hopeless, couldnt get a quote in 4 days. I called another company and they called me the next day with a quote, ready to start work. On the other hand, Redlands glass cant even keep someone to answer the phone on time.
