Best gun shop in the Redlands area. Good selection of accessories and things as well as friendly service, plus they dont price gouge like other shops in town. Today was my first time there and the guy and I were talking like we had known each other for years lol. My new go to shop for when I need stuff. I look forward to doing business with them again.

If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. They are the best in the business. So beyond knowledgeable. I have purchased 3 guns from them. 2 of them were custom builds that they did. I am beyond satisfied by how well my 2 rifles perform. I will not be buying anywhere else as long as these guys are around. I am also planning on taking some of their courses that they offer in the near future.

This is a great little shop, the business is family owned and operated. I did my first firearms related purchase here though a PTT back in august. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Since then I have purchased several items from them one of which was a build that they helped me with every step of the way. I also purchased a gun safe though them as well. every visit has been great experience and would recommend it anyone that hasnt been there already.

I have been buying guns, optics and reloading supplies from Ask for about the last three years now.It’s so nice to be able to talk through all the options with a staff that really knows what they are talking about and are not just trying to sell what they have in stock.I would recommend them to anyone wether they are getting their first gun or have been shooting for many years.. Sometimes the store is busy but be patient it will be worth it.They also offer outstanding training on all kinds of topics ...

I am so disappointed to share my experience, I went in today looking to simply buy ammunition. I got there at 11:30 and noticed a line, and no one directing people where to go. I saw they had their closed signs and assumed they went out to lunch. I came but an hour later 12:25pm and still the same result. After asking some people in line they directed me where to stand. (A pick up line and a buy line.) I ended up waiting until 4:30pm until finally I saw that everyone who was once in the pick up line had already gone and 5 more new pick up people had gone in. Defeated I finally gave up and called another shop that did not have any restrictions in buying ammunition and no wait time. Needless to say the unprofessionalism they place showed in a time of crisis is simply inexcusable, they had no communication and explicitly showed great preference towards other customers. I know they won’t contact me to make this right, and I will never see 5 hours of my life back.

Good amount of supplies parts and accessories. Very friendly people like talking with family. They do there best to find what you want or what will fit your needs.

We went to Turners in San Berdo and received TERRIBLE service! So we went to Ask Defensive Training and were treated as friends! So we purchased our firearms from Ask! GREAT people that provide GREAT service! They have our business!

I have to say that my Basic Pistol Shooting Course was outstanding, the material I have received along with thorough presentation of our Instructor Richard and the final written test was worth every penny. I also had same day shooting - now, that was fun! In the end, I learned so much and feel much more comfortable and confident with my new revolver.Shotguns next ;o)Thank you ASK Defensive Training Co. for making me unafraid, at ease and very responsible with my guns. Walked in just to check the place out and kill some time before a doctors appointment and ended up having a really good conversation about reloading, hunting and just guns in general. Spoke with Shawn, very knowledgeable and you can tell he just wants to help people out and get them what they need. If he dosent have it, he will find it for you. Im looking forward to him getting more reloading supplies.
