KD 16044PK self drilling wood screws with plastic caps for melamine. The heads are pure trash, not deep enough for standard phillips bit to safely screw into wood. They wobble around and you end up stabbing yourself with your drill because the heads are too shallow.. I blame the injury in this photo on your shotty products...

If I could give 0stars I would, placed order for 700$ in screen door kits to be made into sliding screens doors, I am assured by two different associates that my packages will ship for sure on May 24th I wait the 9 days they told me they would take to arrive, never showed up I called the office and the products never shipped, so now i have multiple angry customers whos end product are more than a month out, They told me something didnt ship because some products were discontinued, the sales associate told me if I did not call my stuff would surely have just sat in the warehouse, they have decent products but the communication between office and warehouse is seriously lacking

This is the worst company I have ever worked for! The warehouse is so messy/unsafe. I would not recommend anyone to work here. Please save yourself.

I purchased their Square Cut Screen Frame Kit. Absolute JUNK! I wasted time cutting the frame to make a small 12 x 18 screen to find that the plastic corners had to be forced into place - and naturally - one broke.I would never buy any of their products again!

Worst company to ever work for. Unprofessional and unorganized, lack of communication with employees, some supervisors/managers always have an attitude with employees. Favoritism like crazy.

I was let go of this place without a good reason and thank god this company was hell to work for.
