Love this location. Service always good. They have different flavor and they also have cheese icecream. Yes, cheese icecream, I know sounds gross but please try it before judging. 10/10 for having cheese icecream!

In town on business and this is by far one of the best home made ice cream shops I have ever been too. They have traditional ice creamFlavors plus unique ones. I recommend anyone in the area stop by. Also the pricing is extremely reasonable

I came to visit my family in San Bernardino and we came here for some dessert, and I have to say, this is my new FAVORITE ice cream place! I really enjoyed their watermelon ice cream and the Cookie Monster ice cream was really good and creamy. It has a nice family/friend environment, really clean and the lady at the register was kind and friendly. I would definitely come back!

Decent service and price. Product quality was alright at best and its hot inside. If you ask for a refund, theyll try to offer an exchange for something else.

My favorite ice cream place because they also have tasty Mexican treats and desserts like fruit in sweet cream, Mexican waters with flavors like watermelon, cucumber etc, Mexican corn mixed mayo, cheese, lime, chili, tostilocos. Very yummy when craving Mexican treats

When craving ice cream or something big to snack, this is the place. They have corn on a cup with mayo cheese and butter. Or maybe if you are feeling like tostilocos they can use valentina or tapatio sauce. I recomend bionics or strawberries with cream and cereal. Delicious. And if you try ice cream ask for dragon fruit one. Is amazing.

Outstanding ice cream! You can tell that they carefully handcraft their product, while staying true to their culture. They have vegan Ice Cream, regular dairy ice creams, and classic Michoacana ice cream (which is what my husband LOVES, and he is from Mexico). Redlands needed a more diverse food scene, and Nichols La Michoacana has brought State Street a delicious taste of Mexican sweetness. Im eager to try more selections, Ive only had about 8... Ok, maybe I DONT need to get any more! But its hard to not be addicted! Haha

WOW! I have already been to this store but with the new manager the store was fantastic. The service was great and much more variety of paletas and the most important thing is that their flavor is great. You wont regret visiting.

Have been to several Michoacana and this one is by far my favorite. They have a variety of ice cream flavors. The mangoneadas were delicious and there service was excellent . Will be coming back soon.

Love this place. Come here often for all kinds of snacks. So far, the strawberry cheesecake ice cream is my favorite thing and my partner enjoys the cheese ice cream. We also order a lot of paletas and elote in a cup. Have only ordered two things I didnt like and one is just cause they gave me the wrong thing but oh well. Just wont order it again most likely. I also tried an agua fresca once but it tasted horrible. We mostly go for the snacks which are always amazing and because of that, the prices, and excellent customer service I give it 5 stars.

Been in there twice now. Had banana ice cream months ago the first time I went with the kids. Asked why they didn’t have banana, and instead of actually using customer service they decided to argue with me in front of other customers and call me a liar in front of my kids. Won’t ever go back. There are a handful of ways to deal with that. That was by far the dumbest way to go about it

AMAZING!! SO the paletas from the ding-ding man that walks by the house are $2.00 buxks!! THESE are twice as big AND THEYRE ONLY$2.50!! AND THEY HAVE every flavor under the sun!! Leche AND agua!!! AND flavor combinations to die for!! O highly reccommend the srrawberry kiwi mago!! And the mango dipped in strawberry!! DELICIOSO!!!

All I can say is that my ice cream was not worth the price they charged me, I think they should change their prices. Other than that, the place was clean and they had some pretty cool stuff in there to try.

Strong variety of flavors from basic fruits to Ferraro Choccolate. They also offer fruit cups, other foods, and popsicles. Very nice service

This place used to be my favorite ice cream shop in the Inland Empire. My girlfriend and I had been going here regularly for about eight months and loved it. We got to the point where we no longer bought ice cream at the store but just came here and bought three scopes, some for now and later.Now the store has been bought by a chain of stores, the same one in Riverside on Chicago. The new ice cream is awful. It is no longer creamy but now tastes like it has been in a fridge for a long while. It no longer has the trappings of custom homemade ice cream, with all the toppings and mixings, but instead is like blank square boxes of store ice cream. The new ice cream may be the same flavors as the old but they taste nothing alike. All of the ice cream is no longer unique, you may as well goto the grocers and buy bulk ice cream, that is what these new recipes taste like.It really was a depressing experience to goto our favorite ice cream joint only to find it gone and this new one with the same name in its place. I only wish I could contact the old owners and ask about their recipes. They were so good Id be willing to buy the items necessary to make them in my own home. Good luck to the stores employees and old managment, but I have no such good will towards the new owner.

Never coming back! Weird dark guy owner i’m guessing is a creep he looked at my daughter up and down yet winked ! HOW OLD ARE YOU 50??! and grabbed her hand in a sexual awkward way while giving her the change. I love rocky road but this has been the worst i’ve tasted owner seems very cheap doesn’t add much marshmallows and almonds. Infested with cockroaches seen babies walking on the floor and counter top I will be contacting the health department!- I will be uploading the pics of baby cockroaches and yes we may check the cameras my daughter is only 17 !! He can get into trouble I did ask for his name I believe it was Arnold or Arnoldo. Also NO I DO NOT GOT THE WRONG LOCATION. I work at Walmart this ice cream shop is next to the eyebrow place and smoke shop.

Great place to go get ice cream everything thing is natural and handmade, they have a great variety of flavors, they also have a lot of fruit variety, the Sandia or piña loca being my favorite, you get half a watermelon and other fruits with chamoy chili lemon and chilli powder nothing better during a hot day
