This review isn’t for the location as much as it’s for the Hydro Tek brand pressure washer. I’ve had a pressure washing business now for 5 years and have used multiple systems throughout. I have never came across a more poorly designed heated electric power washer in my life. Have to remove panels just to check the oil in the pump. You have to completely remove front panel, completely remove switch panel box and take that box apart just to reset the motor as the motor itself doesn’t have its own reset. Absolute trash.Please know that I’ve never visited the location here and this review should not thwart you from doing business there. I would like to caution you on the Hydro Tek brand however. I’d seek other options.

Best pressure washer. mine its almost 20 years and still rans great.

Brand new supposedly commercial unit 3500 psi have had problems with filters, engine did not came with a choke spring so most of the time it would die off due to vibration, went thru several burst hoses on first month of use. My opinion on this equipment it looks promising but once it’s out in the work field it’s very disappointing

Absolute garbage. Had owned several machines over past 15 years. Now they skimp on everything. 7k for a hot washer with paper filter instead of nice water separator/quality filter. No easy oil drain anymore. Garbage pressure unloader on a high flow 8gpm machine. Vibrates like crazy when running. Incorrect information about which unloader is included and will do nothing to make it right. Do not care about customer in any way! I will never buy another hydrotek machine after 4 prior purchases. Stay clear of this money hungry, the customer is never right company.

I have never had mine service there so don’t know there service there but have a older one from 2012 hydro tek and it’s bullet proof with a cat pump and van gaurd start cant say anything about new ones if they making them cheaper and less Quality

JEFF in service is why I go back .the company was sold a few years ago to a buyer in England. They need to model his Jeff way of treating customers.
