Had a great experience at this location. I came in to look around and the manager made sure I found everything I was looking for. The prices were super awesome, and I found a vertical waterfall fountain for 500 when they are usually 1200 online. 3 gentleman helped putting it in my car so customer service was great. Went in today to pick out some fixtures. They had tons to choose from. I found that one chandelier that stood out to me. After deciding which coordinating fixtures to get, (at this point Ive been there for over 2 hours), my sales associate Molly was starting to prepare my order for purchase... just then a different associate was preparing my chandelier for someone else. Just as molly was getting it ready.Sales associate did nothing about it, they claimed to have spoken with management about it. I left empty handed pleading with the other associate. I WASTED my time and effort shopping thereIt will be my last. OVERALL POOR SERVICE. And after all that the other associate said, Oh just come back we always get those in. Really!!!??? I stood calm and completely cool the entire time. Molly should have put a hold tag, shes said that I should have told her sooner. I DID, like 2 hours before! After shopping there severaltimesbefore, I never new until my last visit that this store actually has sales associates. I hear people say welcome but never really had an associate ask what I needed or anything like that. Until today and that was a disaster. If I had a question I had to hunt someone down. OVERALL bad customer service experience. Associate Product knowledge zero. I should have stayed home and shop online 🙄

Love shopping at this store mainly due to customer service. Mariah and Mike are amazing to work with. Mariah seems very knowledgeable about recommending different fixtures for our remodeling project and My wife and I love her recommendations. Store always looks very neat and clean, open box items are nicely organized for viewing.

This was an unexpected find. It is an outlet store and not a regular retail store. Google did not distinguish when we asked for this brand near us. However, there are lots of deals to be found here and we left with far more than we were looking for.

If you know what you want its a good place to find it. Try to be flexible if you find a good deal. Get it if the price is right, lots of lamps and some furniture.

I’m writing this review for my father. He went to the store on Thursday and had such a horrible experience. There were about 3-4 workers there and nobody was care much to help. He went in and was looking for an LED lamp. The woman worker there was showing him lamp like she didn’t even wanna help. She also used her foot to point out stuff for him...very rude!

I was initially told they had someone that could help me with a home delivery....But---After calling back and telling them that the contact person did NOT respond, I was lucky to speak to Monica Lopez...who was extremely sympathetic and helpful. Monica single highhandedly spent 2 days getting me another person to deliver chair, contacting me numerous times, arranging and confirming the delivery. Thank goodness Lamps Plus has Monica! She was an excellent communicator, and was very concerned with customer satisfaction! Thank you Monica!

Helpful staff!

The first impression I got was they were desperate for a sale. A saleswoman asked us what we wanted and showed us directly to their returns section. She didnt leave us alone after that. She ended up pulling up their website to look at photos of their stock. I didnt leave with the ceiling fan I was looking for, but I did get a decor item. Surprisingly, the had better decor and furniture than lamps or ceiling fans!

I take all my clients refer my clients and friends for any exterior interior lighting, Home accessories etc. Amazing, amazing service and prices and they are very helpful. Just share with them what your project is ...sometimes its even helpful to have pictures of the rooms that youre working with theyll do their best to share ideas. .Joseph is the manager there he prides himself on excellent customer service and he holds his teams to it each and every time . Go on in....youll fall in love I love the place!

Shop the website first to view and sort all your options so you know what you want BEFORE you get here. They will retrieve any item from warehouse or order at Good discounts. Many store items discounted 50%, if you walk in and buy it rather than order in website.

Love this store, if you need any fixtures for your home, this is the place to go. Very cheap prices. The only bad thing about this store is there are NO restrooms in the store.

Monica is the manager at this store and she is amazing. She is so knowledgeable. I never buy anything without talking to her first. There have been numerous times when I almost bought the wrong fan or light if it wasnt for her. She knows her product very well and will always guide you if you ask. The prices are amazing and Monica will grab a ladder in a minute to bring down an item or go in the warehouse herself to look for an item. I love this place.

Prices are out of control. Maybe it was just holiday temps, but the staff were not very knowledgeable on both visits a couple weeks apart. The lady who helped us did not even know how to use the browser kiosk effectively.I felt like I was really getting ripped off.

This place is much better than shopping at the store. The selection may not be as extensive bit the prices are much better and if youre a contractor talk to the manager for even better deals.

Okay so I went here to buy multiple pieces for a few different projects. I found 3 different lights all matching, 2 large lights and a small matching light. Each light was $50! Then I found another light for kitchen island. It was $170. So my total around $330. I had an email cupon claiming an EXTRA 10% OF SALE PRICES. But the lady refused to accept it. She was saying that was not valid at there location. BUT! right on the cupon it said had this address on it. She still refused. I still bought the lights, but they have a problem with acknowledging there own discounts.

I love Lamps Plus the only bad thing is they are a little pricey and you have to go online pick out what you want. Go to the store and get the product, or have it shipped to you. You cant just go to the store and shop you need to know what you want.

If your contractor orders from the website, be sure they read all the details. My remodeling contractor put a fan and light over my bed. You cant turn the light off and leave the fan on without buying the remote control. They say the website tells us that but apparently my contractor missed it. Now I have to buy a remote control. I dont want a remote control, I want the pull chain like the picture that comes in the owners manual. They say it cant be done. Im stuck.
