While I cant share details of a purchase because I was unable to complete one, I can share details of my experience with Redlands Paint.The Redlands Paint website indicates their store hours on Saturdays are 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. My husband arrived to their locked front door at 11:50 a.m. A sign taped to the front door indicates the store is open from 7:00 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturdays. Someone actually opened the door to tell my husband the store was closed but that he (the employee) would be there at 5:30 a.m. Monday morning.Its almost comical, had we not taken the time to drive down from upper Yucaipa to purchase paint.It has been my experience that a businesss customer service in one instance is reflective of their service across the board. I probably will not patronize this business in the future based on todays experience.My suggestion to Redlands paint:Update your business hours online and correct your door sign to indicate, Hours: at our leisure.

So came in to look at paint samples. Nobody said one word to me. No hello. Can I help you find something? And I was the only one in the store. Just heard two employees taking about some phone order. This is not how you treat customers. I wont be back.
Glen and his crew are the best!
They will mix it up for you, paint that is. Ask for thier small sample if you just want to see what the color will look like. Dont put it on the walk till you are happy; once its on the wall you will have to paint the whole room. Maybe on a cardboard box....I did wite cloud for the ceilings. And Swiss coffee on the wall. They will look up colors from a book and mix it just the way you like...Do it yourself...why not...you can!
Knowledgeable staff and fair prices
As a paint contractor I can tell you this has become one of my goto paint supplier. The staff are very helpful and informative. Their service only compliments the high quality of the Benjamin Moore product line they sell. They always have plenty in stock for my needs.

They had alot of great stuff here. If you are a regular there it seems like you get great, polite service. If youre a funny dressed tattoo faced dude in flip flops, be prepared to get treated like you should go back to home depot. The guy did answer a question or two but when I told him I was just getting into commercial painting and had purchased a large gas powered rig and had some questions, he just dismissed me as soon as possible, when I wanted to see a spray gun he just pointed in some direction saying he keeps them locked up. SO YOU LOSE MY BUSINESS FOREVER. I WILL LET EVERYONE I CAN KNOW HOW YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BIASED AND SECOND RATE. THERE ARE PLENTY OF PAINT SUPPLY STORE IN THE AREA. DONT THINK YOURE SECURE AND CAN TREAT POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS LIKE DIRT. YOU GUYS SUCK REDLANDS PAINT!!!
