Ive been going here for years. Theyve helped me care for my indoor plants, select the best topsoil for my yard, and even just today I showed up looking for a fairly random plant. Their employee, Fitzy I think was her name, went above and beyond looking the plant up in their office, and helping me find it amongst the thousands of plants they have. A gorgeous sage for the mothers in my life. Thanks again for all the help over the years and for the years to come.

Got 15 cubic yards of garden mix and the delivery was great. However the quality of the soil not so much. Very clay heavy, found a lots of broken glass pieces in it and need to supplement it with other organic matter to get a better mix.

Expensive house plants that come with leaf fungus and when you bring them back, you get helped by a worker that is not empowered to make decisions but who is definitely sure it WASNT their plant and that you were better off burning the $80. Go to Home Depot- healthier plants and they understand customer service.

We called to buy some garden mix, the gentleman on the phone was helpful and set up a delivery the very next day. The driver was super awesome and friendly! Our driveway is on a slope with narrow opening so it took her a couple tries, but she managed to get as close to the dumping spot as possible.

Loaders usually dont load you full amount that you pay for. Expect to buy an extra yard. I ask for 4yds now only because if you pay for 5 youll still get 4. They dont want to do a second scoop

I bought soil for our new 8 large raise beds from Pacific Topsoils and my plants were all damaged. After a few weeks all my plants stopped growing and started getting yellow, even after putting fertilizer. We thought that it was because of the wet weather, or the type of fertilizer we were using. However, we compared our plants with other gardeners and their plants were much larger and healthier. We were wondering why this was happening to us and the answer came after talking to a fellow experienced gardener, who happened to have the same exact problem (plants that stopped growing and turned yellow). She told us that she had bought her soil from Pacific Topsoil for some of her raised beds. The raised beds that didnt have soil from Pacific Topsoils were totally fine.. Now, we have to get all that soil out and replace it before the season ends (several truckloads... it is a lot of soil). This most likely ruined our 2020 planting season, and has already costed us hundreds of dollars 😒

I just had a delivery done today. I had a very specific place that the rock had to be dumped. The friendly driver checked in with me, and dumped it exactly where I needed it. It was amazing. Thank you!

I just called to get a quote on something and the woman on the phone was SO rude and condescending and ended up hanging up on me. I asked her a couple of questions and was about to ask a third when she yelled into the phone if that was all.She was very sarcastic and did not make me comfortable at all when I was just seeking clarification on their services and pricing. If youre looking for great customer service, this place is not it. I did not even get to ask that third question because the woman I spoke to on the phone hung up on me.

Super helpful - super nice! One of the only places in town to buy plastic nursery pots. They even threw in some 1 gallon pots for my seedlings for free. Thanks! Will absolutely be back.

Like the company. Got some topsoil (special garden mix) for project what my company did. Just in few minutes setup account thru phone with main office. And they gave me better prices for stuff. Also I did some dump dirt (mix of soil and gravel, make sure there more soil then gravel, because if it’s not - they will not accept it). Also did some trees and roots dump there.Oh yes, they do a bid load! For sure 1 yard is a full 1 yard. Others places sometimes don’t make real 1 yard, just doing less...Good prices for this area.

BEWARE! I would not recommend bringing small children or dogs into this place. HOSTILE ENVIRONMENT!My wife and I had heard about this place and decided to check it out based on recommendations from friends. We were browsing inside the store part of the nursery when a cat jumped down from the counter out of the blue and attacked our dog. Our dog was terrified and recoiled away as she didnt understand what was happening. She was left bleeding from the nose and lip due to the resulting injury. There was blood all over their floor and the other customers were horrified.Apparently the cat has known issues because its named Psycho and there is a sign on one of only three entry doors stating that small dogs are subject to attack. I guess they need to update their sign as there are three entry doors and our dog is a gentle 110 pounds. The staffs response to this was to tell us Sorry, its their home and, despite fully admitting to having an aggressive animal that has a history of attacking, proceeded to berate us yet offered nothing but a business card to talk to the owners. Pathetic.Needless to say we will not be returning to this establishment anytime soon and I recommend nobody else does.

Person I called to talk to laughed at my question. I was trying to be polite in what I needed to be possibly be delivered. Response was do you have a truck? Maybe you could go to a smaller nursery and pick it up yourself? I get that they couldnt deliver the small amount I asked for but the Pacific Topsoil person I talked to clearly felt I was beneath her or her company. Dont bother calling or asking questions.

Wide variety and great prices. Staff is helpful and friendly.Edit: Lowering my review to 2 stars. Beware of their garden mix topsoil. It has too much bark in it and they did not give it enough time to break down. My entire garden, everything that was planted in that soil has died. Six separate bins, two rounds of vegetables. The only plants left in my garden now are ones that were planted in other soil.

Been dumping yard waste here since they opened. My average dump fee was always in the low $20’s and this year it’s gone up nearly 50%. I’ve asked the attendant if they had a price increase and he doesn’t give a straight answer. He’s the only thing that’s changed in the past year, I used to get a variety of people that always charged about the same but for some reason this guy is charging me over 30 per load. My trailer hasn’t gotten any bigger and my loads are always similar size. Very frustrating.
