We love our Redmond BBB. It has been our COVID go-to for home organization. We just moved cross country and needed a great deal of kitchen and closet help. We joined Beyond+ and enjoy the 20% discount on every purchase.

I had an horrible experience with bed bath and beyond in Redmond. I bought and as is hook, which didn’t have anything written why it’s as is. After going home I found out that its missing basic attachment stick and without that its unusable. I went to counter to give feedback, write on the as is if it’s missing basic stuff.The person at counter refused to see what I am saying and said that we can’t return it it’s as it.Then I called manager Lorrie, told her the same thing, even she said let’s rerun it it’s $2.50 only. Again she didn’t take any action and I am pretty sure this thing will go back without any feedback.Also the attitude of Lorrie was as if she is doing me a favor for $2.50. Very bad attitude and worst customer service.This is just a feedback for me the persons I have meet today, but last week I meet a guy manager and he was really nice in service.Someone give a break to Lorrie and her staff.

Its pretty good and have a lot of varieties of multiple products.

We went to buy the Croux coffee maker. Sales rep helped to find the product and pricing was right on. It wasnt until later we found we bought last years model. We should have been more alert. Macys had the latest model for $5 more.

I find this place to be great for obscure kitchen tools like a mandoline or citrus zester

As far as BB&B locations go, this wouldnt be the highest on my list. Some parts of the store are a little understocked/laid out strange and the entrance/exit situation is super confusing. However, BB&B is a really great store overall and its obviously got all the good stuff you expect from these stores.

Store was very clean and the shelves were for the most part organised. Everyone who helped me in the store was very friendly.

Its a Bed, Bath, and Beyond. They have a diverse range of household needs. Decent selection, but they either have what you need or they dont. Better on bedding and utensils than things like furniture and appliances. Staff here are kind and helpful.

Horrible customer service and wait time. Rude management. Funny how offline blames Amazon. Its really simple. Start with customer service and you wont gave to worry about online commerce. (By the way, store manager yelled at me for just being in the wrong line. They could have simply said that I need to go to a different line for the transaction. )

I absolutely adore this place because of the selections and because I can touch and feel stuff before I buy it. I avoid buying online because I cannot touch and feel stuff. The only reason I give it 4 stars rather than five stars is because they still dont know the toxicity of stainless steel with Nickel in it, nor the toxicity of aluminum. Having ovens with aluminum in them is extremely dangerous for the brain.

Perfect spot to browse several options when it comes to bathroom, kitchen or home essentials. They are not the most competitive in pricing but if you sign up for their Promotions youll get several 20% coupons which just dont expire :)

I dont want to go on about soulless box stores, but good lord--BB&B feels lost in time. Like some strange capitalist anachronism and we were post post modern LARPers. Just being in there made me feel bad about ordering from Amazon too, because its the sight unseen box store. Im having a crisis here people. The towels arent even absorbent.

A great place for home supplies, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. They have a loyalty club you have to pay to join which usually makes my eyes roll, but its seriously worth it because the you get 20% off almost everything for the whole year.

So my mother-in-law bought us a vacuum at this location we had the vacuum for about a month and 19 days the vacuum had a defect when we first got it but I was always busy so I was never able to take it back to get a new one I called the store spoke to a manager she confirmed that if I didnt have a receipt she couldnt return it I told her I didnt need a return I just wanted to exchange and she was okay with that after I went to the store to do the exchange another manager younger guy did not want to help at all he was explaining that he had to follow the policy from his manager hes got to go by his words that he cannot do returns or exchanges without a receipt so Ive been shopping at Bed Bath & Beyond for about 12 years myself and my family has been shopping at Bed Bath & Beyond since I can remember that really ticks me off that he couldnt help after I spoke to another manager and she was willing to help this place is not the place I would want to do business no longer I will never ever shop at Bed Bath & Beyond I did also call the 1-800 customer service phone number they were helpful to an extent I think that policy is really stupid because a lot of people would have just bought the same vacuum and exchanged their old vacuum in that box and returned it but Im not that type of person I would never do that so I try to go by the way that I was taught but I am very disappointed at the store their customer service really stinks and theyre pathological Liars thank you so much for reading

Terrible selection, store is closing anyway

I found bed bath and beyond to be expensive for certain items. But apart from that the store is really nice. They have a nice broad selection of items. The customer service is simply amazing. I had returns, discount coupons and purchases all done at different times and they were gracious to honor them everytime.

This store is laid out like any other bed bath, but the staff is very helpful. Youll always find someone nearby if you need help finding something. This is my go to store for anything kitchen, bath, or bedding. Dont forget your mail coupons! You can use as many as youd like.

This is a chain store so you would expect it to be the same as all the others. I can tell you this location was super clean, well organized, stocked and had great, friendly and accommodating staff that put service first. I order a ton of stuff from this specific store via phone. The folks are very prompt, courteous and fast. Theyve never made an error with my orders, theyve always been gracious about applying 20% coupons to my order. I really recommend this store.

Ive been able to find some cool/quarky items here. It can be a fun place to drop by. I called though looking for storage containers and was disappointed that they didnt have what they told me about when I went to the store. I found more practical items in general and exactly what I needed as far as containers at Fred Meyer down the street.

Lots of merchandise but very little that I want to own. Unable to find specific items easily, many displays either empty or stoched with mismatched items.

The small sized skillet that I wanted was part of a set, so Steve went to his desk, found that he could order just the skillet for me and have it shipped to my home address, free shipping. It is what it is. You need sheets, towels, etc its fine. There will be a huge selection, but not always the best quality.

Bought a Dyson this morning, and when I opened it this evening I found a very used and very broken version. Assumed its no big deal, BB&B has a good reputation for customer service... Then came Scott. Scott called me as much as a liar, cheat, and thief because he refused to believe that they had sold me a box with a used and broken vacuum in it.Got it semi-sorted with corporate, but I dont think will be doing as much shopping at BB&B from now on, and certainly not in Redmond.

I dont like the clutter, I dont like the narrow aisles, I dont like the coupon based pricing model. In fact the place is awful.The is nothing enjoyable about shopping there.They have also rerouted the exits to force customers through their checkouts.I am left wondering if they even meet fire codes..

My family and I have shopped at this store for decades and today my mother came home extremely upset after an employee acted in an extremely unprofessional manner. Today my mother went to the store to return a shelf that hangs in a shower (it kept falling). Upon getting up to the counter she presented the shelf (with the bar code tag), but she had thrown the receipt away already. Note that BB&B will accept returns without a receipt for a store credit and a 20% deduction in value from cost of item. Instead this employee accused her of likely stealing the item, when she legitimately just walked in their front door a minute before. He refused to help her and told her to leave. My mother got the shelf and left upset and crying. How is this acceptable of an employee to act, by refusing to honor their own policies and by falsely accusing a customer.

This should be more like kitchen and bath. You will kitchen items for cooking and storage and plenty of new items that make you lunch easier.

Had a return and went smooth with no hassle.

When I drove near the store, my Google app reminded me I needed an item or two so I searched for the items and was told they were in stock currently. I went into the store, went directly to the items, paid for them and was out of there in a matter of a few minutes. I am extremely pleased with the whole process.

Its ok, fairly standard American store and the products are of decent quality. Both times we visited they appeared to have staffing issues as the cashiers were not able to complete routine transactions without manager assistance.
