I have owned a MasterCraft boat for over 25 years, and owned three boats before that. I am a big fan of MasterCraft, and have interacted with MasterCraft HQ and many of their dealerships. MasterCraft is an outstanding manufacturer, and the Seattle MasterCraft dealership is the absolute best I have worked with...especially when it comes down to Customer Service and pricing for MasterCraft products. I had to get a new trailer for my boat, shipped to Hawaii...and the people at Seattle MasterCraft including Crystal, Adam, and Randy were professional, knowledgeable, attentive, responsive, and always willing to help in any way with my difficult order. And I received a great price on top of all that! I would absolutely recommend Seattle MasterCraft for anyone looking into any MasterCraft product, the best boat in the business.....for everyone on the West Coast and Hawaii.

I can’t express my appreciation enough for Randy, Dom, and Brian in service. We had a nightmare of an experience with Union Marine in Tacoma. Brian jumped on our issues, was quick to fix, and made extra effort to ensure we got our boat back in time to head on vacation. Super tight timeline but he got it done. Fast forward to October, we drop the boat off to get winterized and end up walking away putting a deposit down for a new boat. Randy and Dom were fantastic during this process. Dom took us out on 2 test rides, answered all of our questions and Randy has provided such an amazing white glove sale service thus far. It’s a family we love being apart of and cannot recommend the team at Mastercraft of Seattle enough!

I bought a boat from MasterCraft Seattle, which they had taken in on trade. It was a bit of a project boat, and I bought it long-distance without seeing it in person. Adam walked me through the boat by video. He was easy to work with and they prepared the paperwork expeditiously and enabled me to sign it electronically. I picked the boat up the following day with no hassle. They followed through with registration for the boat, license for the trailer, and a refund for a bit extra that I paid - all with little follow-up from me. After a month polishing the boat, Im quite happy with the purchase. They represented it well, and at no time did I feel uncomfortable with the potential of being taken advantage of by buying a boat remotely. Thank you!

This is a top notch company. Very informative, friendly and professional. Adam and his team have a great quality product in Mastercraft and Crest Pontoon boats. Searched for a year doing research and reading reviews. Spent another few months touching and inspecting each brand in person. The Crest brand was superior in quality, style and layouts offered. Everyone was trying to push me into a Bennington. Went to Oregon to the highly recommended owner/shop. While they were very professional and knowledgable with a great warranty, the Crest still stood out fairly drastically over a Bennington and Veranda. The quality fit and finish, powder coated rails, ample seat storage (well made!) and shear options of layout made Crest shine. Add to that a great local dealer and staff and Crest is hands down the easy choice. If you are in the market for a Pontoon or Tri-Toon you need to see Adam at Mastercraft Seattle. Sails man Dom told me in a text that we had a deal on a boat. Next day when I’m coming in I’m told oh sorry we sold it to someone else. I’ve been looking for 2 months and found a boat that fit my needs they jacked up and dropped me like a rock. I would never recommend them to anyone. Horrible business. I’m so disappointed it really hurts.

I really want to express how much I was impressed by this dealership. The sales staff was very knowledgeable about the product. Friendly and eager to answer any questions without the high pressure sales. They seemed to enjoy the interactions and are confident in there product. Also had some warranty work completed there as well. Customer service in the service dept. was exceptional. No problem to big or to small. All I kept hearing was no problem well take care of it and they did. I also had them winterize and service the boat. Very professional. Everything was put back correctly with no grease smears on the interior. If your a boat owner you will know what I am talking about. I am very happy with the purchase of my new boat and will be enjoying it for years. I will definitely be taking it back to have the service and maintenance done on the boat. Thanks!

Everything was great with the sales side of things, but It is pretty disappointing that they sold me a used Mastercraft that had a safety recall that wasnt resolved. I discovered it because of how violently the wake board tower shook while in rough water. There response was to give me a website where I can purchase that part myself for $900.00.

Theyre a busy shop but I had some custom work done and it came out spectacular. Customer service was above and beyond. I had some troubleshooting that needed to be done on the lake, yup they came out assessed the problem and we had a solution before we got back to the dock. Plus he did some quick adjustments out on the water. Ill be taking my boat back for routine service a well.

Joan is the best of the best! I bought a 2018 NXT from her, and she went above and beyond to take care of me. The entire process was so easy. When I had an unexpected time crunch for getting my paperwork done, she made it happen the same day so I could secure my boat slip. Joan delivered my boat to me, spent the afternoon teaching my friends and me all the bells and whistles, and practiced docking with me until I got it right. Any question Ive had she answers promptly and thoroughly. I seriously cant think of a person I would have rather worked with. She has treated me like family. I think she was just as excited for me to get my boat as I was! I cant recommend working with Joan highly enough! Id send everyone to her.

I purchased a boat from MasterCraft NW last fall, and couldnt be happier. Wade was extremely knowledgeable and very low key - no pressure at all. He knows the boats are really well designed and well built, and they will eventually sell themselves. We got a great deal and are very happy with our purchase.On top of that, when I went to pick the boat up from storage this spring, I brought a different tow vehicle and it didnt have the right pigtail for the electrical connection. Knowing that I was jonesing to get the boat onto the water, General Manager Kevin Grant offered to tow the boat to the launch for me. not only did he offer to take time out of his day to help me out, but he did so on a Friday afternoon, which meant wading through some pretty hefty traffic getting down to the boat launch at Lake Washington.It was a great move and much appreciated by me and my 15 ear old son, who got an early jump on the season with his first wakesurfing session of the year.
