Connor is so sweet. He did my industrial piercing, talked me through everything, and made sure everything was perfect before I was finished. This is the only place Ill go for piercings.

I love these guys, Conor did me a huge solid nearly a decade ago when he came in on his birthday to give me a memorial tattoo for a friend whod just passed.Tai-Li did me a huge favor in late 2016 where once again needed some work done. Awesome people, quality establishment, my go-to tattoo folks, even though I live in Monroe.

Tai-Li is everything you want in a tattoo artist. I had a dream about my tattoo and she followed through with everything and more. She was good conversation during my 4 hour session with her. Everything was clean and the tattoo was beautiful and more than I could have hoped for. Connor and I had a brief conversation in the front and he was very kind as well. Highly recommend this place. Will be returning when I can.

I have had work done by Tai-li in the past and now also from Ozzy. They are both excellent artists and are very genuine, friendly and professional people. The new shop in totem lake is very nice.

Scheduled a free tattoo from an apprentice months in advance and took time off of work just to be told the night before that she no longer has tome to do free tattoos. No advanced notice at all and didnt care to honor the appointment. The shop is good and the artists there are talented as many of my friends have had tattoos there before. Just sucks to have an appointment cancelled last min. I know tattoo artists hate when clients cancel last min. But its ok when they do it appatently. Good shop. Bad communication.

I just got my nose pierced here! My piercer was Connor he was very professional. So I walked in and I was handed paperwork after that he marked it than pierced it and it was over in like 30 sec! He detailed me after care and helped me a lot!! They were amazing!! It was quick and they did a great job obeying the covid expectations

Tried to pierce my daughter’s ears. Came with own classic golden earrings which she wanted to wear . Was told that it has to be their earrings due to health reason ( understandable) .I questioned if ours will fit after the ears heal because ours seemed to be thicker than the shop’s one . We were told no problem. Had the ears pierced with the shops earrings . After the ears healed tried to put our earring, one ear started to bleed, came back to the place snd was told that the ears had to closed completely and be repierced in a few month. With COVID 19 it took more than a few month ( almost year) . When I called the place and explains the situation, I was only offered to do piercing for the FULL price ! Also I was told that it happens frequently ! Seriously ?! Would not recommend this place where the simple piercing cannot be done nor good customer service .

This is the best place ever. Tai - Li is incredible and my tattoos turned out perfect. She pierces so well and I will never stop coming here, it’s amazing. The staff is relaxed and happy and Conner is such a kind person. When I lost my balls for my septum, he gave me free ones and I was so happy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I came here to get a couple of piercings, based on the recommendation of a friend whos gotten tattoos here before. Safety-wise did they did everything they needed to and were very clean. It was more of a problem with attitude. Its like they didnt really care that I was there. They just handed me their waiver, which I read thoroughly and signed. And after my ears were pierced they didnt really talk about follow-up care without me prompting them to do so. They were like, oh yeah right, heres some information on how to take care of your ears and if you want you can buy a piercing cleaning kit. The staff was very dismissive and aloof. I realize that I was not getting a tattoo, which they specialize in, but if your going to offer piercings at least care a little more about your customers. This is one of those types of Industries where First Impressions last a long time. You can easily lose a potential long-term customer based off a first visit. Overall I would say that they did an adequate job. Im definitely not coming back here again to get anymore piercings.

Tai-Li did my tattoo a few years ago and she was amazing! I love this place! I havent been able to go for sometime but the work they have done/do is so good that I refuse to go anywhere else.

Conor is the best!! I havent loved a tattoo as much as I love the piece he did for me. We are working on my next one later this year for my daughter. Conor is very busy but he takes a lot of pride in his work and it shows in every tattoo. Dont expect to walk in and be done right away. This is a very respectable and clean shop. I highly recommend!

Horrible experience at this place today. I got my second lobe pierced and the person didn’t even offer to let me check the position before getting my ears pierced so the distance is uneven on both sides.

Super sanitary, super awesome. Took my daughter and her friend here to get their upper ear rims pierced. Connor took extra care to explain exactly how the procedure would go, and had the kids laughing by the end of it and smiling, proud of their new earrings.I also got the same piercing here 2 years ago and I would come back again in a heartbeat.

Conor is great. I came in with an existing huge cross on my arm and had printed out something from the internet that I liked. He was able to make his own creation that fit perfectly with what I was looking for. Honestly, what Conor created absolutely blew away the idea I had printed. I couldn’t be happier.

Called about making an appointment, and the lady i talked to must have been busy af, because she seemed like she was in a hurry to get off the phone.. Definitely didnt want to answer my questions.. Great customer service.

Disclaimers Included: Connor and Tai-Li are great artists, which is evident from their portfolios. Given, I did come in at a late time in the night, and Connor was working on someone and was clearly busy. However, I wasnt quite sure where to go when I came in because I didnt see anyone at the front desk. Connor greeted me, and seemed nice, but when I just said hello and wasnt sure even how to go forward because Id never been in a tattoo shop before in my life, he just lifted his chin and looked at me blankly in a patronizing way. When I asked for Tai-Li, the experience went well at first, until I found out that its a 60 dollar downpayment (which is good pricing, but bad tact) to even have a consultation (literally to see a sketch). This is not clearly written on their website at all. i understand sketches/preparations take time and effort, but what if I dont like her style? What if I want to pursue other options? It leaves no room for anything. When I told her that I would come in another day to make the payment, she was nice about it. But then, I showed her some images from Google for MY ideas of how I wanted this tattoo on my body. Given, I didnt have the best tattoo shop etiquette and probably came off as insulting her artistry. But she just flat-out told me It wont look anything like that. That was the whole point of me bringing those pictures is so I as a customer would be assured my personal image was coming across and could be translated into her artistry. Overall, I felt extremely uncomfortable and didnt feel welcomed there. I felt as though my reassurance was inferior.

I designed my tatoo and took it to him and he added detail and redrew it. Definitely going back to him when i get another one :)

I told the piercer that the labret jewelry he used to Pierce my friend was too small. A day later, we have to go to the hospital to get it removed. Also, they moved locations the next day and I have been unable to find them since.

Yes, the eastside electric tattoo moved to a new location up the street. But, i would NOT recommend going to this place. I had a very interesting experience and now have had other professional pierces question how reliable this company is. First off, the piercer used a butterfly backing on a brand new piercing in my tragus piercing. Leaving me no space for swelling and ontop a ton of bacteria to collect on a healing wound ( yeah... smart right...) they used a earring for my tragus piercing...how professional is that? To top it off i went to a top notch shop everyone knows DEEP ROOTS and got a second tragus percing on my other ear. When i explained i had just gotten my tragus done 2 weeks before, they were floored. I told them the cleaning procedures the professional told me like use dial on the wound to clean it and wipe with warm water with a Q tip. Well first off, deep roots explained that anti bacterial soap is too harsh for a fresh piercing, itll slow down the healing process. So not only did electric tattoo give me a cheap/wrong jewerly, they informed me wrong on how to clean my fresh wound. Bottom line, i wouldnt consider them professional or informative. Too me thats majorly important....
