Maria helped with everything- from choosing our new floor, to getting over the smallest details and getting the measurement and quote done very fast! Communication between the moment we agreed to the quote and the installation date was exceptional. But all of this was superseded by the installation process. We couldnt be happier with the level of detail, professionalism and the communication from our installer- Matt. Throughout the process he kept providing us with information and showing us the layout of the floor to make sure we like it. This is the first time I am having a laminate floor installed, but I can tell you- it was done right! We cant wait to use their services again once the new kitchen is in!

Best buy flooring are the best. It was really hard to find the flooring that we liked and one that was available with the shortage due to Covid. We visited many flooring companies and was not successful. Alex helped us pick engineered wood and made sure that the flooring was installed on the day promised as we wanted to put our house in the market. Matt the installer was amazing. Very professional and knowledgeable.Miguel and Alex helped us with our new house too. We changed the floorings carpet, engineered wood and linoleum. When Alex told me that Matt was not available to install our flooring I was worried but the installer (cant remember his name) who came was amazing too. He made sure the molding matched what was already upstairs! They also helped us with counter top. We changed it to quartz which we love. they also have a painter on their team which made it very convenient to coordinate all the stages of the project. Again with the shortages and backorders they stuck to their promised timeline. we were able to move into our new home a week after closing with everything done! All their team are very hardworking and great people. Thank you!

After 5 months I’m still absolutely in love with my floors from Best Buy Floors! I live in a 1200sq ft townhouse, and replaced all my flooring with luxury vinyl hard wood planks and new textured carpet. Alex made the whole process so easy and quick. The cost estimates were fair and upfront. No surprises. Their team of installers are have a really great eye for detail as well. All the carpet was done in a day and the vinyl planks in 2 days. Really happy with their work and will definitely come back again!

Our experience with the entire Best Buy team was outstanding! We visited their showroom and after listening to our requirements for our home, (we have kids and pets) Alex discussed various types of carpets and pads, the benefits of each brand of carpet, and type to address our needs. We left their showroom with carpet samples and within 48 hours, they measured our home, and provided us a detailed line item quote. Earlier in our carpet shopping we had visited the big box stores. Best Buy Floors, was better on price, time to measure, deliver, and install. (from the visiting the showroom to install it took 2 weeks) The install team showed up on time, they removed the old carpet, and had a flawless install. From beginning to end my experience with manager Priscila Yanez of Best Buy Floors was cordial, thoughtful, and informative. Our floor choice had to be coordinated with our cabinet and countertop choices simultaneously. Priscila continued to be patient and understanding throughout our decision process including us having to change all three elements of our remodel due to countertop and cabinet decisions requiring to be changed due to factors beyond our control. In fact, we had to restart the entire process and through it all Priscila was most graciously accepting of that fact which happens sometimes. We eventually got through the design and development process with all of our sub-contractors and began our project on 23rd November just past. On January 6, 2021 our total remodel project was completed, with the flooring being done over five days once the existing cabinets were removed. The gentleman installer, Matias, from Best Buy Flooring, was very professional, personable, and helpful with recommendations regarding flooring configuration and layout. He is also an extremely skilled technician that practices his trade with care and concern for his work product and Best Buy Flooring customers satisfaction. This young man knows what he is doing! My wife and I are very satisfied with the team that we put together for our remodel project and can wholeheartedly recommend Best Buy Flooring for those customers seeking their expertise and desire in helping their customers. Our general contractor suggested we work with Maria to pick out hardwood flooring. She was awesome in helping us pick out an engineered product that looks great and has performed well in the first 6 months. When our contractor went MIA and we needed a small repair the owner, Miguel, set us up with one of his installers. Matt came out right away and replaced a board we damaged like a true pro in one hour. I am not going to go anywhere else for flooring, carpet or anything else they carry. It’s hard for me to believe that this flooring company drawn so many positive reviews. Although my experience is only limited to getting the project estimate, the exchanges throughout the process was bit distressful. In short, the estimate I received was 20%~30% higher than other estimates and appointments and follow ups were delayed regularly. Whoever is looking to do the floors, my advice to you is make sure to get quotes from multiple places - at least 3 and you will be surprised. I have left the details, if you care to read more.When we walked in to their showroom, the experience was great. Alex assisted me promptly, was attentive, and scheduled for floor measurement on the next day. Until here, I was thinking this business would hold up to all these good reviews. Then it slowly went sideways. Alex has first postponed the appointment on the day of measurement. Not a great start, but understandable, because notice was given in the morning for 1pm appointment. He suggested 9 am the next day, so I said yes, but no reply back - confirmation came only after I asked for it and the reply came back well after 10pm. On the day of measurement, he showed up 25 minutes late for it, and it kept getting worse. He promised estimates by EOD, but later postponed twice and ended up providing the estimates 2 days later after the measurement. Installation cost estimate 20~30% higher than other vendors. At first I thought this was just a car’s MSRP thing that they do for the business that no one really pay for. He did mention that their estimates may be higher, since they offer quality work with no hidden or surprise fee, but it still couldn’t justify the price difference. With all these positive reviews for this business with some praising their competent price, I was hoping to give them another try by negotiating the price. I kept convincing myself that this was just a hiccup and the project will be fine after all. I was dead wrong. I have asked if they could provide me with a better estimate with a discount. I even said that I will be willing to pay little extra for the quality work. Alex replied saying that he will work on giving me the best number he can. Later he came back with $150 discount from the original quote. When I asked for what discount I am getting, he mentioned that the price is cheaper by $1500. This was because I asked for some stairs to be in carpet instead of hardwood flooring, but the actual discount was not even a 1% of the total project estimate. I finally gave up. When you ask for a quote or get a discount with updated quote, make sure you read and pay attention to what has changed. Otherwise, it would bite you back.

We requested the floor be prepped, screw down or leveled, and let the crew in a day early to do this. Instead they laid the flooring. When I invite them back to remedy the squeeks in obvious places, the lead said we could remove the ceiling below the floor and screw it in ourselves. There was no further follow up or remedy or Best Buys part.
