Ridiculously delicious chocolates and excellent customer service by the owner! Chocolates are pricey but well worth it. We bought a couple of small sets of truffles as gifts and the shop owner was nice enough to put cute little ribbon bows on the bags. Will definitely return next time Im in the area!

My friend was overheating and I pulled next to her parking spot. The owner came out to yell at me for being parked too close to her spot when the car next to me was mis parked. Instead of taking care of my friend I had to move so this lady would stop complaining. I will absolutely never buy or shop here.

I would give this shop a zero if that was an option. Today I was going to grab lunch and then some chocolates as a gift for tonight. I wanted to eat first and then shop. I parked in the spot marked for Brugge Chocolates since that was my last stop and a very rude lady came out and scolded me for parking in her spot. I explained that I was eating and then coming in for a gift (my friends favorite). She yelled you arent coming in my store. You are right, I am not coming in your store now or ever. I will have to run to Bellevue to get some Frans for my friend. #treatotherslikeyouwanttobetreated

Love that place! The chocolage is amazing! There are many different flavors for the little chocolate squares. Also, there are other sweets - try their oranges covered in dark chocolate. We go there almost every weekend to get sweets. Susan and Carla are very nice and great to talk to.

Brugge Chocolates is my go-to when I want the very best chocolate and dont mind paying for it. Susan, the owner, takes a great professional pride in her work and makes everything she sells in the room in back of the shop. Shes very friendly and always has a great selection of truffles and other goodies.

Amazing chocolate with selections you really cant find elsewhere. I went here for pairings for a coffee tasting seminar and everyone was impressed. Customer service is amazing as well!

The chocolates are ok. They are different but in some ways not in a good way. The girl was standoffish and rude and she seemed annoyed to help you. I will not be going back there. The chocolates were not good enough to make up for the bad service.
