Maria at the Redmond Washington location was AMAZING. I would recommend her services to anyone and everyone. I had an important glossy image I needed laminated. I had to print out multiple copies. 2 other employees 2 different staples locations tired to laminate my image. The lamination turned out bubbly. Maria laminated my third copy and the image came out perfectly smooth bubble free. I almost cried because this image means a lot to me. I needed it to be perfect.

Came in on a Sunday just before close to pick up an important project I needed for work Monday morning. The designers had made some small mistakes and I was worried about getting it collated and stapled in time. Luckily, Amber in printing was there to save me. Despite only having a few minutes to perform her closing procedures, she kindly (and without hesitation), offered to do the collating and stapling for me. Because of the competitive pricing and fantastic customer service, I will continue to drive over to this location rather than going to another Staples,Kinkos etc. closer to home.

Overpriced garbage for the most part. Sometimes you can find a few good things on clearance, but I would not do back to school shopping here. Just buy what you need online or at the dollar store for cheaper.

Theres a guy who works at the ups part, Ibar, who is AMAZING. twice now dude has gone out of his way to custom make boxes for me, without me asking. Hes so good at his job its crazy. Hes also super nice and generally seems like a good person. Thanks, Ibar!

One of the few Staples left. Good store. Clean. But behind in inventory and tech as compared to best buy. More of a local haunt in supporting the local population rather than a destination for office or tech needs.

Very friendly helpful people. Jade in particular stood out among those I talked to. I do have to say though that being asked if I wanted to sign up for a rewards thingie was the last thing on my mind. I just wanted to get my stuff and get OUT. I know they probably HAVE to ask; its more the manager vs the employees at this point. But why on earth would I sign up for something when I dont know whats going to happen the rest of the week let alone for the next month or year. May want to suspend making your employees ask that question til things settle down.

Worse customer service in America!!! So rude and racist. The guy that said hello and welcome to Staples was nice. The guy that makes copies is not very good at interacting with other humans. My wife and I will never go to this location again. What is happening to this world? Whatever happened to common sense.

I work here and they treat their staff very well. The GM is a kind that listens to multiple sides of a story if conflict arises and puts trust in his staff. The other members here are friendly too.So for anyone looking to work here, its actually a good environment. If it is ever anything else, I will either delete or change my review. Though I doubt that will ever happen as I have been at Staples for four months and yet have to find anything negative in the work environment.

Spectacular printing service by Max and Spencer!! They were so sweet and helpful and when Max noticed a tiny little dent in the photo, he reprinted the whole thing at no extra cost! Will definitely be using them again! Friendly, fast, and fabulous!! 😁

Decent store. Friendly help. Employee turnover rate is so high that there is a new trainee every time I visit. Not a huge deal, but things do take longer to process.

One item I was buying rang up as $25. When I informed the cashier that the shelf had it at $12, he adjusted the price to $12 with no questions asked. I was very impressed by that.

The employees are great, here, and the store is nice, its just that every time I go to Staples I am looking for basic office supplies like dot grid paper or 1/2 inch binders and what I find instead is 3 aisles full of yearly planners and Keurig machines. I have literally never found exactly what Ive been looking for at a Staples.

Ibar in the print center is the best. If there were six stars I’d give it to him. We use him all the time to help with marketing materials and he always gets it done on time with a smile!

Completely average, overpriced. I guess the customer focus is school kids, college art, and offices from the late 1990s. Cables are less expensive at Home Depot or Freddies. Costco has a better computer and wifi selection. Fine selection of useless software

Customer service is very poor. Sales floor is desolate of associates, and the ones already there do not bother to ask if you need help.One particular fellow, heavy set man wearing one of the darker shirts (not red) displayed the utmost unwelcoming, rude tone towards me. I presented a credit card that belongs to my father in order to pay. When he compared my ID and found that the first names were different, he firmly - as opposed to politely - shoved into my face the fact that, in his own words, I cannot take this card. No polite request to present another form of payment, no polite way of phrasing his contention, and no apparent desire for my business.When I returned the same day to file a complaint, my experience was no better. The customer service representative made me wait on the side for a good ten minutes for a manager - who never showed up - even though I had already waited in the checkout line. He then took it upon himself to simply jot down my email address, and did not tell me the mans name against whom I was complaining, even though he knew who it was. No formal report was filed, and the associate did not bother to come out from hiding to apologize. The customer service rep did not try to find him. Shortly thereafter, I receive an email from the customer service rep apologizing on behalf of the associate, explaining that the associate wished to personally apologize, while carrying the obvious oxymoron of being an impersonal email not sent from the associate himself.In short, I felt unwelcome, incriminated and disrespected. In accordance with my ethics, and as I strongly encourage others, do not shop at this branch where the narcissistic staff believes they are secure enough not to extend a shred of common courtesy to their customers.

I had an experience that was a bit frustrating, trying to return an unopened product after the two week policy (for tech items). My reaction, (to the poor young manager who was having to deal with me), was, no doubt, frustrating to him as well. Another manager who had sold the product to me, it turned out, stepped in. She was immediately sympathetic which went a long way to calm me down. She gave me the number for the head office, which led to a call that resolved the issue. It was not the stores fault, as I suspected, but a policy snag, making it difficult, yet not impossible to resolve this particular situation. My huge thanks to Madi!!

Ive been to this Staples many times in the past but the one time I go to get my laptop fixed is what prompted me to write this review. The man named Huan N or Raphael who was in charge of fixing my laptop offered below average customer service and left me feeling unsatisfied with my experience. So when youre getting your laptop fixed I highly recommend you ask for someone else. Very disappointing.

Neat, clean, and organized store. Well lit and ample parking. Staff was very friendly.

If you need something very mainstream and dont mind paying a good deal extra then they can probably help you. If you need something more specific like a serial to USB adapter or internal Bluetooth card then you wont be so lucky. Their prices are incredibly high, I got a USB Bluetooth adapter from a good brand using Prime Now and even after the delivery fee and tip it was 10 less then Staples cheap brand.

Printing service is excellent. Ibar was very courteous and was very helpful. He shall make sure and educate little about the printing and provides very good suggestions. Also, i once forgot my jump drive while taking some printouts. After two days when i visited store he(Ibar) was able to identify me and gave my jump drive. (i completely forgot that i left my jumpdrive which had some important documents.)
