Ive been studying guitar with Austin for over a year now. Hes been great and I can see the improvement Ive made from these lessons! Hes patient and able to help set goals that will help you progress. I would recommend to anyone considering lessons!

We are very happy with 4/4 music. Our piano lessons with Jordan and Nicole have been very good and inspiring. I am very happy with both teachers’ ability to communicate with kids at different ages and how they get my kids excited about music. 4/4 school of music has also been very accommodating with covid schedule changes and reserving time slots. They are also very responsive.

Our granddaughter has been taking lessons in person before CoVid and via Zoom ever since from Katya at Redmond and Kirkland locations. She absolutely loves her lessons as Katya is always positive, patient, energetic and encouraging! We have watched our granddaughter grow in her love of music and that is directly due to Katya’s teaching. She can’t wait to be back in person soon!!

We started online piano with Katelyn at 4/4 Music Redmond during COVID. Both have been AMAZING teachers for our two girls (aged 5 and 8). Katelyn was especially patient and engaging in the remote setting. She inspired a passion for piano in both girls despite the meetings taking place over zoom. I highly recommend her.

Both my kids (12 & 7) have taken lessons from Riley at 4/4 for quite some time. My 12 year old has fallen in love with guitar mainly because Riley prioritizes songs and music my son likes. Hes in his 2nd year with guitar and never complained about practicing or lessons.When my 7 year old expressed an interest in piano we reached out to 4/4 and found Riley also taught that instrument so it was a no-brainer. She has excelled so quickly!We were unsure about how teaching an instrument over zoom would go however we have been pleasantly surprised. Riley excels in building confidence in our kids abilities while also honoring their music tastes. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to learn.

Ive been taking guitar classes with this school for the last year - and I love them! They have nice and convenient locations, so Ive never had problems to get to them after work. 30-minute classes work great too. A teacher can teach you a lot during that time - just dont forget to schedule time for practicing :) They also provide an option of participating in student concerts, its a great opportunity to play in front of people. And the last, but not least - my teacher Mike Kohary is absolutely great! He shows different techniques to make it easier to study guitar and also provides songs (if youre interested) that you like so you can learn faster and have even more fun!

We have had such a great experience at 4/4! My son has been taking guitar lessons with Joey for a year, and he loves it. Joey began by asking my son what kind of music he likes and wants to play, and then started teaching him to play it. I love that he doesnt start with boring guitar books, but actually teaches the kids to play music they love. My son looks forward to each lesson. The office staff has always been very friendly, and is super accommodating whenever I need to change or cancel lessons. I highly recommend 4/4 School of Music.

My 8 year old daughter has been attending lessons with Nina at the Redmond location for almost 8 months now and we have been extremely pleased. At this age we know interests tend to come and go but Nina really does an excellent job engaging our daughter and keeping it fun. Lesson days are usually met with an “oh yay” which makes it much easier on us and makes us feel good about this investment. Thank you Nina and Redmond 4/4 school of music!

My 10-year old grade daughter has been taking violin lessons here for a year and it has been a GREAT experience. Very convenient location and scheduling, and our teacher Bridget is excellent--very patient, knowledgeable, and accommodating of what kind of music my daughter liked to play best. The school also has an optional recital that is a very good (and low pressure) performance experience. Highly recommended!

The best guitar teacher ever! I picked up guitar to play as a means to destress from my very busy life. I am extremely lucky to have found Mike Kohary as my teacher as he teaches me with great patience and encourages me to keep trying. He is very sincere in his lessons and would give me 200% attention in class trying to push me just enough so that I learn and enjoy my lessons. Most days I am in awe of how well he can play and he inspires me to do better at lessons. I would recommend Mike anytime to anyone who is looking to learn from a great teacher!

Ive been taking voice classes at 4/4 School of Music for almost 2 years and I am really happy with my experience. My teacher Katya is great and makes each class both educational and fun. The classes can be easily rescheduled based on my schedule needs, and the location is very convenient as well!

My 10-year old has been taking lessons here for about 2 1/2 years now. Teacher turnover is about once every 10 - 12 months, but all 3 teachers hes had have been the kindest, patient teachers. Recitals twice a year in a relaxed setting have been nice as well.

My son has been going to 4/4 for 3+ years, we love the teachers and their connection to make it comfortable and interesting for kids. My 13year old has been speaking highly of Ms Dolan. She is a great teacher!

Wow the new Redmond location is spiffy! I’ve been taking adult piano lessons with Nadine, she is great! And if your lucky you might get to here her hum or sing for you; she reminds me of Mary Poppins 😁

My kids take lessons at 4/4 school of music for more than a year at the Redmond location. They take drums and guitar lessons with Jonathan Preece and vocal lessons with Dora Barnes. Both Jonathan and Dora are professional, extremely talented and super nice. My kids learn a lot and at the same time have fun. They very motivated to practice and progress. The Redmond location is very nice. You hear music from every room and feel the creativity in the air.Also - a good word about the office and administration - they are very responsive and helpful with everything. Rescheduling lessons is very easy and the show case events they organized are always a great fun. I highly recommend this place for both kids and adults who love music and want it to be part of their life!

My 8 year old daughter has been going to 4/4 music for the past 6 months. Her teacher Alina Stephenson is such a positive and kind person. She has brought out my daughter’s voice with vocal/strengthening excercises and encourages my daughter by keeping the session engaging/challenging and fun. Bonnie and Becka from 4/4 respond very quickly to all my questions and are very friendly and kind to work with. We love you 4/4 and Ms Alina!!!😍

4/4 School of Music is a fantastic place to get your kids started on music. Zach is a great instructor - our children have been taking Piano lessons with him and they look forward to going for lessons every week. You can see them grow in confidence each week and Zach makes sure that they are comfortable with their lessons before getting to the next level. The school is extremely flexible with our schedule and always accommodates our needs when we need to re-schedule - we love sending our kids there!

Great school with great teachers. Had all 3 kids take lessons from different teachers (Guitar/Voice/Piano) all teachers did a great job with all 3 kids. The kids loved to attend the sessions and the recitals!

Ive been taking singing lessons with Alina Stephenson and shes a fantastic teacher. Over the last few months shes helped my voice strengthen, my vocal range widen and my voice grow tired less quickly. Best of all, she lets me choose the songs I want to sing and works with me to improve the areas I want to most!

My daughter has taken piano lessons with Nicole for about 2 years. Nicole is a great teacher who shows enthusiasm for her job and a genuine love of music. I highly recommend Nicole and 4/4 school of music.

4/4 is great and the teachers are so a big part of that greatness. I am an adult student who has taken lessons from both the Bellevue and Redmond locations. Currently I am studying voice with Aaron Norman and loving it. He is awesome! How often would one get a chance to learn from such a pro? He is both patient and encouraging in teaching me the basics but pushing me just enough outside my comfort zone to improve my progress week to week. I would (and do) highly recommend 4/4 for any age and any instrument.

Beaux was a great teacher who helped to direct me to meet my goals with the guitar - 4/4 school of music was always great to communicate with and over the past few months Ive been able to make leaps and bounds that I would never have been able to make without lessons. Highly recommend!

My daughter and I took lessons in 4/4 school. My daughter takes Piano lesson and I am taking Guitar lesson. Its been great experience with 4/4 School of Music. My daughters piano teacher changed 3 times and every teacher she learned from was amazing. I highly recommend this school for your kids and also for adult lessons.

4/4 is a really well-run music school. Ive learned a lot during the past year and a half taking violin lessons as an adult with my teacher Erin. The teachers are high quality and the new location is really nice.

Awesome experience with great and friendly teachers. I enrolled my 6 year old daughter for piano lessons in 2016 till date, and she is loving it.

My daughter learnt so much during her piano lessons over the last one year. We are very happy with all the teachers especially Sarah Wenger. My daughter gained in confidence and was able to perform during one of the events. I would highly recommend Sarah and the school for anyone who wants to learn music.

Nina is our instructor and my student enjoyed learning with her very much! She is not only well-versed in teaching the basic technique, she teaches how to read the music.

We have been ever so happy with 44schoold of music! The service we get from appointing/schedulers has been amazing and the teachers fabulous! We started our son with drums and then both my husband and I started taking Ukulele classes! We have never had more fun!!!Thank you!SS

My daughters take lessons from Jansen and Emi for Drums and Voice and I cant emphasize enough, the improvement! Jansen is very patient with my 7 year old! He adjusts his technique to bring out the best in her. Emi has been phenomenal in improving my 13 year olds singing! The admin team has also been very professional and responsive. Thank you!

AMY Brown is an EXCELLENT teacher. We have been going to her for youth piano lessons for almost three years. Amy Brown is creative in how she relates to kids, both flexible and firm concerning individual kids. My impression is that she is also an excellent teacher for adults. Amy is a hugely talented musician and teacher. She has truly enriched my sons life. For us, we definitely practice every day, but seek the broad lessons that music provide, and Amy is a great fit. Im so happy that AMY Brown lives in this region and is at 4/4!ISSAC Chirino is also an EXCELLENT drum and guitar teacher. My other son has been working with Issac for less than a year on drums, and Issac makes it so fun! We plan on graduating up to guitar and continuing with Issac. Issac is very patient and great with working with an individual’s strengths and weaknesses. My impression is that Issac is also great working with adults. I highly recommend ISSAC.

Review Update.I have received the appology email about the above issue. After that i had noce experience with my front desk. Teacher was awesome.They are very rude and not respect their customers. There policy is like wont work for normal peoplenlike me. I have only experience with redmond center.

My daughter is 6 months taking piano lessons in Redmond 4/4 school of music and we are very pleased with the results that my daughter has been under the instruction of teacher Riley,she had no idea how to play piano and now after 6 months has learned to play a few notes. She really enjoys the class and she also admires her teacher.as a parent I recommend 4/4 music of school is a school where you really get what you want for your children and for you too, are very accecibles in schedules and customer service is excellent.

My son has been taking lessons with Erin at 4/4 School of Music in Redmond for about six months now and it has been great! She teaches good technique, has helped him learn how to hit notes that he struggled with, and she motivates him to learn and practice.

My daughter has taken voice lessons for the past year at 4/4 School of Music. Shes taken classes at the Bothell location with Kristin H. and later at the Redmond location with Riley S. My daughter has learned a lot and has improved her singing and confidence levels. The staff at 4/4 School of Music has always been friendly and accommodating when we had to occasionally re-schedule a meeting time. We enjoy taking classes at 4/4!

Talked to someone at customer service regarding my son’s piano lesson. She was not very cooperative at all. I said my son doesn’t have interest about music or anything else, but i wanna try. I didn’t get any enthusiastic answer from her.

I took violin lessons with them for over a year. I had the pleasure of working with two different instructors and both were excellent. Definitely recommended!

My son loves the guitar classes with Joey Lyon, his classes are tailored based on the student style of learning and preferred music style.Also, 44 Music Customer Service is always quick to reply and assist with my requests to adjust my son schedule.
