Superb technical support on a 30+ year old Baldor Drive that someone had swapped components on and caused the original labelling to be incorrect. Got a correct replacement in 2 days. Brandon was very helpful and patient and after some struggles on my end got the Drive up and running. Our customer was very grateful to get their museum-worthy piece of equipment up and running!

I was trying to find a manual for a 21 year old Baldor drive and was directed to them from Baldor. I was on the phone with Brandon for 2 minutes. He got me exactly what I needed, and directed me to the right section of the manual for my issue. Exemplary customer service.

I needed a repair or replacement for a whole house fan motor. After failing to find a reasonable replacement at both Home Depot and eBay, I tried a local store, Pratec LLC. While my needs did not fall within the scope of their typical applications, they were more than happy to try and help. First, they attempted a repair (a long shot, but worth a try – low cost). After that failed, they tracked down a suitable replacement (new) and obtained it for me. Furthermore, the new motor required some modifications to accommodate my house wiring. They completed these modifications, free of charge.
