My experience with this store. 04.13.21. I entered the store and saw an accordion, and decided to buy it. The sellers were trying to convince me that half of the accordion doesn’t work properly, and their specialist checked the accordion, and told me that there was just a buildup of dust inside and in order to “fix” this issue and clean it out it costed only ten dollars and it can be done in any instrument store. I believed them and wasted a lot of time on this. I went back into the store with the same concern and they gave me a list of musical stores in the area, but all of them are located far from where I live.I chose a day that works for me and drove to Seattle to a store. And there they told me that everything that has been told to me about my accordion was not true and that there was a different issue and that there’s only one store that could help me and this store is located in Lynnwood. Wasted another day, and went there. There, they recognized my accordion immediately. He was the person who donated it at the original store where I bought it. For a while, he tried to sell the accordion to them but they refused to buy it because half of the inside of the accordion was unfixable and non existent. They told me that I had been lied to. They took apart the accordion in order for me to take a picture of it and concluded that half of the accordion was missing and therefore could not be fixed.It returned to the original store and showed them the pictures and documents that proved that I had bought a broken accordion. As they refused to return my money, they told me to contact the general manager. I called them, and was told that they would call me back. Over a week had passed by, and no one called me back. Then I returned to the store and requested to talk to the seller who was convincing me that the accordion was in perfect condition at the start. Then and there, they refused to fulfill my request to talk to him. When I asked to talk to the manager, they refused, and when I asked for the manager’s name, they refused once again. I noticed that on the employees’ uniforms there was a name tag, I tried to take a picture of it, and they scolded me for taking pictures in the store.This store is located near my house, and every time I drive by the store, it gives me an unpleasant memory that makes me sick.Store Address: 15226 Bel-Red RdRedmond,WA 98052

My friend Alexandra bought a broken accordion from this store thinking the instrument is in good working condition. She was convinced by a sales person that the instrument is in working condition and just has some dust buildup. She brought it back but they refused to refund. She was advised to talk to the manager but the manager never returned her calls. Please refund and save your reputation!

Ive purchased merchandise from this location before. Ive never had any problems before. My last visit I was told by a European-American female and male employee that I needed ID to purchase with a Debit Card. Not a Credit Card, a Debit Card. And was even told by them, it was Washington state law. So I looked up Washington state laws for pawn shops, and I dont see that law language. I ended up not being able to purchase anything because by the time I can from the ATM, the store was closed. So I just went and purchased the items brand new.

Stay away... If you enjoy being lied to, negotiate price and have the management undercut the already agreed upon price because he “has to make sure he gets his.” By all means use this shop.Was told my item was worth only $40 on eBay so he could only flip me a $20 bill. I checked pricing on eBay right there because I knew it was a lie and the least inexpensive used version (mine was new which is worth $200 on eBay) of my item was $110.We all have the internet bro, no reason to be sleezy. Just say I don’t think I can move this. You just make yourself and your company look bad.Won’t be returning.

Place is empty cause they wont buy anything under a 99% profit margin they dont know how to run a business i can tell this store isnt doing well only reason its there is cause its a franchise need more knowledgeable employees hope you guys realize theres a certain level of greed where you end up losing money.

I have been buying stuff from Cash America for the past 6 years. Ive been at least two for different store. Spend thousands of dollars. However, the management are so bad except this one. Their assistant manager. Alex is amazing. He take care of his customer. So good.

Not worth your time - go to a different Cash America - Bad customer service.2016 - good customer service, meet the needs, and quick.2017 - okay customer service, meet the needs, and slower attentive customer service.2018 - bad customer service, older white man doesnt want to do business with customers, short change customers, and no direction for a line when it forms.2019 - went in today to pawn, not sell, and the older white lady (Barbara) - offered me $30 for a Samsung Galaxy Tab E, version 7.1.1 and I needed $200, Im pawning this item not selling it. She told me, everyone says that. First of all, you dont need to compare me to other customers, customer service no-no. Secondly, I dont need your $30 dollars, that doesnt help me, it was an insult and I will not be doing business with you again.

Double and triple charging us for items pawned... then telling my wife items are past due. Yet our pawn tickets are up till the 18th of this month. Take YOUR business else where. Unless you want to get ripped off.

Pretty dishonest. I brought in a 22k ring that I have pawned before at a different place and they tried to tell me it was only 14k when they tested it right in front of me. Take your business somewhere else .

In December 2014 I went it to this store with my ex-fiancé and purchased an engagement ring for $1,400. We unfortunately broke up, but I kept the ring. I saw that this company had a trade up deal going on (you can trade in something you bought from them for a newer/more expensive piece of jewelry), well I went in to trade up, and they said they couldnt find any records for that sale - even though they supposedly keep PAPER records for a year. They couldnt find me in their system and they conveniently lost the paper records I signed as well.So then I ask how much they would give me for the ring, and they said $300, haha, what a joke, I know jewelry is thee most marked up product to buy, but what a scam.Bad business practices - they will lose records of sale to convenience them. I will NEVER buy/sell anything with this company again!
