It is not a real pharmacy. Always takes days/weeks to get your RX. They dont even follow up until you go and ask where is my medicine.. very short staffed. A simple flu shot takes at least 1 hour if you dont make an appointment!!! There are tons of pharmaciss nearby. Dont even bother to go here.

Brought a eye drop here. The check out price is over one dollar above the tag price, and the tag price is doubled price as the same item in the other pharmacy…

I have been using this pharmacy for almost 2 years but tonight was my last time after an extremely rude encounter with one of their employees. My prescription had been called in by my doctor and it wasn’t ready when I went in to get it about a month ago. My doctor told me she was frustrated because she spoke with a person who promised they’d enter it into the system but when I went in to pick it up it wasn’t there. Had to come back the next day for it. I ended up opting out of texts and phone calls because their automated reminders will call you over and over again and leave voicemails telling you to pick up your prescription. It got annoying after a while because I wouldn’t be able to always make it in immediately to get it. But then today I went in assuming my next prescription was ready because my doctor told me she called it in last week. The woman I spoke with at the pharmacy today was extremely condescending and downright confrontational to me. I asked to opt back into text messaging because it was getting frustrating to keep showing up for prescriptions that weren’t filled even though the 10+ texts and voicemails are also not ideal. I know I was not being rude whatsoever but I did say that I was frustrated that this happened again. She spoke to me like it was my fault that I had opted out of texts to begin with and that therefore i lost my privilege to have notifications about my prescriptions. She also spoke to me like I was an idiot, telling me in an extremely harsh voice that I had to speak to my doctor because my doctor obviously never called anything in. Her tone of voice was directed at me like I was inferior to her. I have worked in customer service for years. It’s extremely rude to speak to a customer like that and blame them without any concern in following up about the issue. The clerks there have always been friendly but I hate to say that Pharmaca has definitely lost my business because the inconvenience of showing up multiple times for prescriptions that weren’t filled and then being spoken too like that just completely turns me off from going there and trusting them with my medications.

In terms of product selections, this place is great for healthier, less toxic ingredients. However, when I went in today, the customer service was rather horrible and that experience did not match the prices that they were charging for the products. First, there wasnt anyone available to assist until about 30 min. later. When I finally received assistance, Heidi M. (the attendant), sprayed me directly in the eyes while we were trying to figure out a color match. She didnt even apologize for it and just left me rather quickly saying that shell get someone else to help me. When she returned later to help other customers and I asked if someone else was still coming to help me, she said she didnt ask for anyone else to help me. She then changed her story and said she just wanted to go check to see if the front needed her help. We were in the middle of her helping me figure out foundation color match and it wasnt like anyone else was calling for her at the time. Hello! Something just didnt quite click with how they treat their customers here. Its not like they are outrageously rude, but for the prices that they charge, they should A) dont spray clients in the eyes and B) dont leave in the middle of assistance.

Excellent variety of merchandise. Not sure how they do their price margining, seem to be quite higher. But I think its because its more of a small franchise which we understand. We will shop here for convenience and things we rarely can find in big stores.Friendly staff!

Nice to have a pharmacy with staff that knows my name and provides customer service beyond just supplying pills. I consider them part of my medical care team and they deliver neighborhood level service, rarely found in a time of the 24 hour big box drug store.

Good pharmacy, always friendly and helpful staff. Quick service. They dont act like theyre being put out by having to serve the customers like some of the big pharmacy chains.

I choosed this pharmacy because it was convenient and close to me but every time I go there I am disappointed by the unpleasant staff, discourteous comments and the very long time to get my prescriptions. My remarks are only concerning the pharmacy part, not the shop which is cool and where the employees are nice and welcoming. What a shame, I am choosing an other pharmacy...

I have been going to pharmaca integrative pharmacy for 16+ years, initially known as lakeside pharmacy, and couldnt be happier with the quality of the service I am getting, as well as medications. My kids and I have very complex medical needs that require pre-authorization and many times hard to find medications, and the staff at the pharmacy will help with all of this, in a very timely manner, with regular updates. They also have a very extensive supply of medications and unless rare, will have it ready in a 15-20! Very useful when you are sick with the flu or just coming from the Drs office with a new prescription. If not in stock it will be available the next day. I moved about 10miles away 4 years ago but still go there for the quality and personalized service. Being medically complex, they are part of my care team and family. They will also easily call the insurance and Drs offices to help. My deepest gratitude to their staff, Mary, Christine, Lori, Jessica, Harita and Tawfiq.

This is the kindest, most compassionate group of people I have ever encountered in a pharmacy. They have always gone above and beyond what is expected. They are professionals with hearts of gold. I would never hesitate to recommend this pharmac. You will never find better service anywhere. Five stars dont even seem adequate enough for truly they deserve at least 10 stars.

Its so convenient for me and the store is spacious with almost all that I need.Most of the staff is wonderful. Awesome having a neighborhood pharmacy/natural spot :)

Rude Staff. Short staffed always. Wanted a regular prescription to be filled and they said they will need a weeks notice. I am going to change the pharmacy. Will never recommend this pharmacy to others.

I went into store today, September 18, in search of some glasses because I broke my pair. Instead of going where I usually go, I noticed when I walked by the store they carried ICU brand glasses, which is what I wear. I went in the store with my husband(who is black) and my son who is autistic. We had not been in store 30 seconds, when clerk came up and started filling the glass stand. Now I was in the store a few days earlier not looking for glasses but another product, I did not get approached once, more than likely because I am white. But today, because I brought my husband who is black into the store now there was an issue. My husband walked in first with my son, I took one look at the clerk and saw she was eyeing my husband like he was up to no good. At first I gave her the benefit of the doubt that she was just acknowledging those who came into the store, but after she quickly came from behind the counter she quickly came up and was all up in our business. She did not ask if we needed help, she did not say hello, she just acted like she was doing something normal stocking the glasses. But I noticed she was putting the wrong glasses up, dead giveaway she thought we were going to steal. My husband is a professional and works for the state, I work for a local school district. We have lived in Redmond for four years. And sadly this is yet another business we will not patronize because of their service or lack there of and there blatant rude treatment of black people. i had to give a star to post, but truthfully they deserve NONE!!!!!!

The pharmacist who did my flu shot was amazing. Didn’t even notice she did it and then she was done. They sell my favorite supplements (Magnesium, B12, turmeric etc), my favorite beauty brands (Well People, Acure, Dermae etc) AND candles and essential oils. All my favorite things in one place.

I was troubling over my symptoms as I looked over the products on sleep. Diana came at an opportune moment and asked if she could help me. I showed her what I was taking and told her of the complicated problems associated with it and many others I have tried. She immediately knew the problems and began to teach me about them. Her patience, compassion, and expertise soothed me into hope, and sold me the products to correct the problem.I have been greatly helped with the products she recommended and will pursue her help in the future.

Was looking for a certain med to jelp keep blood sugar low. They have a naturopathic doctor on hand for a free consultation at Pharmaca on some days. Anastasia was the visiting Nurtrapathic doctor on hand. She was so helpful in directing me to a similar product.I strongly recommend if you need assistance with health needs, go to Pharmaca! They want to help and they will! So thankful they are here!!(One place took me to high shelves with a step stool and said you can find something up there!?)I walk with a cane so I went next door to Pharmaca!! So glad I did!

Both the pharmacy staff at Pharmaca, and the store staff are kind and willing to listen and help you with what ever you need. Pharmaca in Redmond is quite simply wonderful!

The customer service isnt great. If you know what you need and youre in and out, it wont really affect you, but if you actually want to talk to someone or need help, I dont think Id recommend it.

This is my new pharmacy, since I live across the street. Its stocked to the brim with hippie herbal remedies and overpriced extracts that I just grin and shake my head at. Getting scripts filled takes a little longer than a Walgreens, and theyve made mistakes a couple of times.The first time I filled my script for Adderall, they actually told me they were out of stock and could give me a 3 day supply to get me to Monday while they ordered more, or give me a 10 day supply, but they wouldnt be able to fill the rest of the script... I took the former option, since I needed my meds. Turns out they called my doctor over the weekend to confirm the prescription, since its a controlled substance. They were testing me to see if Id take the 10 day supply and run off to snort it or something...My doctor was just confused by all their questions since the script was for 30 days of a common drug (controlled substance or no) and didnt look weird or tampered with (they faxed a copy back to her for her to confirm, even after she confirmed my name, description and the dose over the phone).I guess kudos to them for being thorough, though I wonder what about me made them assume Im an addict, jonesing for 30 hits of the *lowest possible dose* of Adderall a doctor can proscribe.My doctor now writes them a special note on the script anytime she adjusts the dosage, and we havent had any more problems. And to be fair, the place is well staffed with friendly people. If youre looking for an insanely specific Chinese herbal extract, they probably have 3 different versions of it. And at least their waiting area is comfortable...

Im very disappointed; I purchased a vaporizer for my sick 4year old only two days prior. I had bank record of this purchase but unfortunately threw the receipt out with the medication pick up bag. The vaporizer worked for two hours. On return the store manager refused to refund my purchase even with proof of purchase with the same card & bank statement.
