What a nice shop to deal with. First I got very detailed instructions on how to get my hot tub going. When that didnt work, Kevin came out and found the problem, went back to the store for a part, came back and fixed our hot tub. He then took the time to encourage us to get to know the test strips and how to use the chemicals. Which I will only buy from KNS as he has them all. A very nice man to deal with.

The service and customer service of KNS Hottubs is outstanding. I live in Portland and had an issue with a local Portland dealer for service of our less than 1 year old Coast spa, so I reached out to the nearest Coast factory dealer (Kevin @ KNS Hottubs). Kevin and I traded several emails and calls to diagnose the problem. He ordered me the parts and had them ship to me in Portland for a very reasonable price. Hottub is working great, and even though he is over 200 miles away, I will contact him again, should I have any further issues. A consumate professional with great customer service!

Great service for our hot tub. 2-stage pump (lasted 15 yrs) was rebuilt and installed at a very fair price. Excellent communication and special thanks to both owner Kevin and spa tech, Nate. If you need service, they are the place to call.

I purchased a hot tub in Bend, OR and fell in love with it until I was having so many problems with my hot tub. The chemicals were always unbalanced, my water was murky looking, and I was frustrated with the chemistry of balancing a hot tub daily. My skin was dry and felt itchy. I decided to contact KNS hot tubs through an advertisement I found in a local coupon saver here in Redmond. I thought to myself I should have stayed local in the first place! I went into the KNS office and was greeted with warm friendly smiles and felt the positive energy as soon as I walked in. Kevin, the owner was so knowledgeable and professional. He convinced me to try a new chemical brand called SPA MARVEL and I absolutely love it! I had my hot tub drained, cleaned and filled by his team and used all SPA MARVEL product. I can honestly say my hot tub chemical balance is MARVELOUS! My skin looks great and my water is crystal blue! I absolutely love this new product! I got a used hot tub from Kevin at KNS Hot tubs and is fantastic. When I decide to upgrade to a new Coast Spa, I will be buying from KNS for sure. I also take advantage of their monthly service, because I have no clue how to balance my tub. They come over, get it looking clean and running great and all I have to do is get in it and enjoy!
