Im sure this is a great place... But I couldnt get in! Posted hours state the store opens at 10:00 on Saturdays, I arrived at 10:45 and the store was still closed. Im only here in the Bellevue/Redmond area for a few more days, so I have to pass. Sorry, Lovers. You had one shot and you blew it.

Absolutely amazing staff and customer service! I occasionally cross-dress and I was very nervous to shop dressed as a woman.... but the staff was very friendly and nonjudgmental towards me and helped me pick out some fun items and gave me multiple compliments. I highly recommend this store! I would love to come back sometime soon.

It was my first visit there and the ladies working that evening were amazing! I was a little uncomfortable going in and not knowing what to expect. But they were so helpful and knowledgeable. It was a great experience. They have tried some of the product and can tell you exactly what to expect. I have never felt more comfortable asking questions. The manager there was great. She gave me a tour and picked up on my interests and explained products in depth. I highly recommend.

I live with a immediately when I entered the store I was greeted by a very friendly gal and she helped me with everything and all of my shopping needs and was very informative on the product that I was interested in getting!!

Best customer service! The store is well organized, well lit, and the staff is extraordinarily friendly without being pushy, which is a big thing for me.

This store is my new favorite store to go to for intimate needs.The store itself is very neat and clean and the staff are so helpful and respectful. They answer your questions when you have them and give you space when you want to browse. The manager in particular was wonderful as she saved me from purchasing the wrong item and showed me better options.10/10 would come here again.

Went in and was immediately welcomed and helped out by two knowledgeable women. I felt very comfortable telling them what I was looking for. They gave me great suggestions and tips that I never even considered. I appreciated that they werent just trying to push products, and that they genuinely want people to have the best experience that they can.

They SAY LGBTQ friendly, but the two women in the store made me feel so uncomfortable and were practically laughing at me as I made my purchases. The cashier even stared at me after I made my purchase and got my receipt and wouldnt bag my items, as if to make me walk out the door holding my purchases without being in a bag for the rest of the parking lot to see. When I asked for a bag she literally searched harder until she found a tiny paper sack that barely covered or held my purchases. Well, I have more pride in myself to feel uncomfortable, I turned and walked proudly out. But wont ever come back to this store again.

The cashier is great! She is very polite and asks people if they need help or not. The store is big enough and has a very big choice of everything that you might want or need. Great!

Being in a long term relationship (13 years and going strong!) we like to visit adult novelty stores when we travel, and find items that we can use to keep our love life going strong. Lovers has many items that couples can explore together, or even seperately. The shop employee was very knowledgeable! The store even has some items labeled Staff Picks for quick searches.With that said, be advised that the store is your basic adult store, with the same items youll find at the majority of them. Dont expect to find anything extraordinarily unique or unusual.

This place is by my work, so I come here every now and then. Its always awkward talking to the staff. They have strong opinions, few suggestions, and not enough information.This place is still close to my work. Honestly, Ill probably come here again. My advice is, if theres somewhere closer, go there.

Lovers Redmond is the worst place for customer service. They are underhanded and will try to sell you broken/defected products. I bought a harness with defective clips, making it totally useless. I called the store immediately after discovering this. 2 hrs after I had left the store and was promised by Sara, the associate who sold it to me, that I could exchange it for one that works. I proceed to go in to do the exchange I was promised. And the store manager who waited 10 minutes to even acknowledge me at the counter tells me they will not give me a working product. I had the receipt. I just wanted the product I paid for. They stole my money and did not give me the product I purchased. They are only concerned with taking your money. I’m never going to Lovers again. People are better off keeping to the shops like Castle who value their customers.

Went in asking for a specific product. Was told they didnt have it, but sold the exact same device in a combo package. Purchased it, went out to the car, just to discover that it was not in fact the same product but a cheaper version with less features. Immediately went into the store for a refund, but was told they couldnt do anything. Would expect better customer service for a $200 purchase.

The salesperson made unnecessary comments about my appearance, and acted like I was going to steal something, by taking my backpack. You can get this stuff much cheaper on Amazon anyway, so there really is no reason to visit this shop.

Yepnthis place is great I got to try anything out I wanted. So I tried out everything there. Right there in the store and everything .. So convenient and you really feel at home when trying things out. No pressure. A couple people stared but only for a second. Some gathered around and thought it was a seminar while other seemed to be scared off and quickly walked away as if they had a broomstick stuck up their ads suddenly unexpected. One person thought enough to make a mind suggestionby saying inshould get a hotel room..I felt that was an excellent idea but only if I found myself trying out all the sex toys in public. Which clearly I was not, I was in a privately owmed business open for whoever wanted to come in and purchase what ever they felt like with our feeling awkward. Some people made wierd.. Thats my take...or is it a give.... Go..

Manager told me to chill after saying my service dog wasnt allowed on floor. While I respect the store rules, she couldnt have been ruder or more ignorant in her delivery towards a disabled woman. Disgraceful!
