We placed our order through Amazon and found the perfect mailboxes with the perfect mounting bar, post to the ground and mounting plate but when we received the order there were pieces missing. One call to the Mail Boss office (Gabriel) knew what the issue was with a few pictures sent to him and now we are getting ready to cement them in within the week. Thanks for fantastic customer service and a wonderful experience!!!

I wanted to give a big shout out to Mail Boss and to employees Chris and Gabriel. The ease of ordering the materials was amazing. Chris assisted me with advice on what to order and was very helpful in helping me decide the right materials. I ordered the mail manager street safe (x2), the surface mount package & 2 box spreader. The craftsmanship and quality were outstanding. Very easy to install with great directions. I again experience excellent customer service when I needed an additional part. Gabriel helped me select the correct stand size and ensured I received it in a timely manner. This company has wonderful employees who really care about their customers and go the extra mile for them. Overall, an outstanding company with quality products and awesome customer service.

I either misplaced the keys immediately or didnt get any to begin with. They enclose a post card for you to write your key code on. It should come with the key code on it, that should be done in production! Cannot buy expensive keys or lock anywhere but from them directly. Cost half as much for keys and lock as the mail box did. The box seems heavy duty enough but my no lock in the back to remove boxes like other brands

After some crazy driver plowed down the row of mailboxes at the end our street, most of them broke apart (including ours.) But a few were actually still in one piece, even though they were very dented. We decided we needed a stronger locking mailbox. Had a budget in mind, did the research and decided to buy a MailBoss. It was sturdier than our old box, the lock was much stronger and the opening for packages was larger. A year and half later, we are still happy with our Mailboss.. Yes, like most people we get less snail mail than before, but we do get packages, and when we do, they actually fit though the slot. I think it would take a lot to destroy this mailbox. BTW Had a question, called the company and talked to Gabriel. The customer service is incredible!

We purchased this mailbox a couple of years ago and it has worked great. Recently the lock got gummed up probably from the passing cars and glacial dust which is typical of NW Montana. I contacted the company with a question and also ordered a replacement lock on their website. Gabriel at MailBoss helped me out and even sent me the replacement lock and keys at no charge! I was amazed! Then the post office lost the box and Gabriel was kind enough to send me another replacement, again at no charge. We are very happy with their service and their response time. We highly recommend this company and their products!

Mail Boss / Epoch Customer Service this morning was exceptional. My mail boss lock had broken (a 2006 14 year old mail box) on Saturday. I ordered a new lock on their websIte. I called to find out how it was being shipped and in that conversation was told the mail boss had a lifetime warranty. So he canceled my order and shipped the warranty replacement. Wow.Great product and company. Gabriel made my day.

Let me start by saying I wasnt going to buy this mailbox. In my research for a sturdy and highly secure mailbox, Mail Boss came up routinely as one of the top ones. We were experiencing theft at our previous mailbox (which was a typical mailbox shape with no locks or security at all), so we needed to make a change. To combat the thieves, I ordered 2 mailboxes on Amazon so I could return the one that was inferior. I was looking for something large because we receive large FedEx sized envelopes regularly. So I wanted the biggest one I could get. I first ordered the Mail Boss 7206 Package Master on Amazon, then I called Mail Boss and spoke to a great sales rep there. The rep gave me SO MUCH information about mailboxes that I didnt know, it was great. Mail Boss, however, didnt have the largest mailbox I could find. So, by the end of the call, I had decided not to keep this Mail Boss mailbox that I had just ordered. I immediately ordered a mailbox from their main competitor that was 2 inches wider (14 inches VS 12 inches).Since I ordered them on the same day, both mailboxes arrived on the same day. AFTER I ordered these mailboxes, I did more research online, and I found that Mail Boss had a special system for extra security. I also saw photo-based reviews showing the competitions mailbox being opened with a simple screwdriver and such. So when the Mail Boss 7206 Package Master arrived, I was again leaning towards it as the one to install in our brick mailbox. When I lifted both delivered boxes up off the doorstep, I was SHOCKED at how heavy and sturdy the Mail Boss product was. It was easily DOUBLE the weight of the competitor. I had also read that they are VERY DIFFICULT to break into, and based on the sturdiness of the mailbox walls, etc., I completely understand why. Based on the weight of the box, I decided to open the Mail Boss one first. The lift-gate system for depositing mail is also unique. I was unable to get my own hand into the system, nor could I get my 9-year-old daughters hand in there either. We also tested it with some smaller sized packages (like things wed get through Amazon), and they were able to fit through the system easily as well. Simply put, the mailbox is safe, secure, durable, and big enough to do everything we need. In the end, I didnt even open the package with the competitions mailbox. PLUS, I later looked more closely at the competitions box, and their mailbox was actually TWELVE inches as well. NOT 14 inches. I did feel a little bit bamboozled by the competitions mailbox. Now, the Mail Boss product was a lot more expensive, but most people know the saying, You get what you pay for. The extra cost will be made up in spades with peace of mind and ACTUALLY getting my mail. Plus, if you go with the cheaper one and it breaks and you have to buy the more expensive one, then youll end up paying more. It is common knowledge that paying a little bit more and buying a good sturdy product is actually cheaper in the long run.Long-story-short, the Mail Boss mailbox is as legit as it gets. I ended up calling the company back and letting them know that I decided to stay with their mailbox despite the small size difference. I am SUPER HAPPY with Mail Boss as a company and their product is second to none. They have a lot of different mailboxes to choose from, so just call them up and they will help you pick the right one. :)Full disclosure - I AM NOT GETTING PAID OR FREE PRODUCT OR ANYTHING for writing this review. Im just a happy customer who was sold a better than expected product from a company that actually took the time to help me (even when it didnt seem to be in their favor during the original call). THANK YOU!

This company is *awesome*! I ordered a mailbox, and a giant steel locking mailbox was on my doorstep within about a day and a half. Wow. Then, I noticed I had 2 potentially extra parts (locking nuts) so I emailed customer service, and a nice feller named Gabriel replied, within literally 5 minutes of my email, it seems. Wed gone back and forth, and it turns out everything is fine, I just happened to get two extra locknuts. The speed of shipping, the friendliness and responsiveness of this company is flat out amazing, *especially* with the current COVID situation. If you need a well built locking mailbox, and you need it quickly from a company with stellar shipping and customer service, order from this business, they are AWESOME!
