This place is fantastic! Vernon gave us a good deal and did everything possible to receive our new mattress the next day. Very happy with the purchase and with the service received at this branch. Good price and excellent customer service. Vernon went the extra mile to ensure I got the mattress I wanted even though it was out of stock in their current location. He personally went in the morning to pick up the mattress from their other location so I wouldn’t have to drive there myself.

Deven and Vernon are amazing. They are professional, personable, and best of all not pushy. I just moved into the area that very morning (Saturday before Memorial Day), and I was in a pinch. Really bad service! I ordered a king bed mattress plus box springs from this store, while the bed framing I ordered online from a different store. I provided all the details of the bed (dimensions) to the seller in this store, and he suggested me to take the 9-inch box springs. Once the bed framing arrive and my husband assembled everything, I realized that its way too high! I called the store again to ask a replacement for the box spring (5-inch instead), and the seller said that its my problem and I cant return it and get a new one. The only option that he gave me is to buy a new one and also pay for the delivery. He is the one that told me to take the 9-inch, Im originally not from this area, so I listened to his advice, but I couldnt believe that Ill get such a response from him after I purchased the product. He wasnt kind to me on the phone and didnt try to assist me at all. They made sure to add discounts so that I got the best deal. The only this was assembly of the bed base was not included with the FREE delivery. But assembly was simple enough I completed it within an hour.

Probably good bed sheets, worst customer experience Ive had in 7 years. You need to set up an account to buy anything at all. If you dont want to setup an account, you can go away. And no protection or return policies, even for unused products. What if theres a tear? It wont.It feels like I paid $43 for a maggot and then ate it.I genuinely hope they go out of business so no one would go through the same thing I did.

Dude sold me a decent overpriced pillow that I didnt really want (shame on me for buying it but I didnt like the salesman-esque attitude) and when I brought it back without using it the following week he wouldnt take it. I was being as polite as I could but he tried to make it sound like he couldnt take returns because theyre a warehouse and sell old merchandise etc etc instead of simply telling me he wouldnt take it back, which is what I felt was actually happening. Also the atmosphere of the place is terrible! The floors are bare concrete, the ceiling is unfinished and dark, and its very unprofessional in my opinion. I would definitely spend my money elsewhere to support a business that deserves it.
