We rented 2 instruments from them. We returned them with a balance on both. My credit card number changed, so I called and let them know. A few weeks later I received a call saying I had owed them money, when I called back (no one answered) I left a message saying I had already paid that balance. I received a voicemail a week after that with the lady saying both my accounts were closed and in good standing. Today, I was sent a collections notice from a debt collector saying I owed Harmony $62.I have had NO communication with them for months, and they sent me to collections?? For what?I will not be doing business with them again.
If I could give them zero stars, I would. I tried calling them last week and asked for a call back to make a payment on my account and still nothing. I called every extension and nothing so far. Im really tempted to switch music stores and go with someone who returns my calls. If I have to pay $30.00 per month for a two year ordeal for my kid to play the clarinet, Id rather do it with a company that cares.
