Called them and got a very blunt we wont bill your insurance for an upright 4 wheel walker, you can only purchase them with independently.I cant find anyone in my area to assist me with getting my mobility aid and based on the reviews I was excited to see. Unfortunately its just another company that wants money instead of helping patients.This is the only company that has responded/answered their phone that even has what i need in my area.Im really disappointed based on all the reviews. I was hopeful to get help since I cant find any assistance getting my walker.

I would very much like to extoll the customer service I received at Bellevue Health Care (BHC) in Bellevue. My 92 year old mother in California has become very concerned about possible electrical outages and requested that I help her with a backup portable oxygen concentrator. Found myself here often when my dads health took a sharp declinep. The people are very helpful and have good suggestions for things that you may not think of when youre navigating this new territory. Even though they do work with insurance I liked that I could walk in get what I needed for my dad that day instead of waiting around for approvals.

Avoid this place. They will make no effort to reach you and after giving you an initial invoice that you settle they will send you another whopping bill for more money claiming insurance adjustment. And they will report you to collections for an amount as small 13$. These shady collections sites have unsafe mechanisms for payment where you cannot trust with your credit card. Please avoid and do business where payment is secure and you know what you will be paying upfront.

I took over my mothers care a few years ago. She has a heart condition and has been hospitalized a few times. Bellevue Healthcare is fantastic. They helped with wheelchair rental after the hospital stays during rehab. Their assistance every time her insurance makes a mistake with her oxygen has been invaluable. Theyve rented us back-up tanks, travel oxygen systems and theyre great about tubing supplies. I am grateful for their support.

My husbands wheelchair was on its last legs when my husband was in lockdown in his facility earlier this year. BHC worked with the rehab staff to determine what he needed and sizing and got him a new chair very quickly. I have used BHC many times in the last 15 years or so and have always been very pleased with their knowledge, pricing and stellar service. Great people!

I am incredibly impressed and so grateful for Bellevue Healthcare. Our family member had an emergency and needed a bed delivered in a very short period of time. I found out about her situation after store business hours and ordered online. Not only was the process very easy, the follow-up care we received was kind and efficient. The bed was delivered the next day! They did not have an item we ordered, and immediately upgraded at no additional cost AND after discovering that a piece of her bed was not permitted at her facility, they returned it and refunded the cost. Bellevue Healthcare understands that the items they sell are for people in pain. They are exactly who you go to when your family is in crisis.

Terrible customer service. Rented an ice machine, it broke after a week, and the best that they could do was offer to send me replacement sometime the next day. (Which they only offered to do after I pitched a fit about it breaking.)

Bought a medical device using Indian prescription. Staff were prompt and helpful. I strongly suggest calling in ahead and discussing before dropping in. Price point is a on the higher side; I needed the device urgently and ended up paying.

Sometimes a lifetime customer is made when you go above and beyond to fix a problem. We rented a wheelchair and it was accidentally given to us without footrests but, unlike so many companies today, they were quick to admit the mistake and make it right. We will definitely give Bellevue Healthcare a second chance the next time my MIL is in town and needs to rent a wheelchair again. Thank you for working with me to remedy the issue!

I needed to rent a bed while I recuperated from knee replacement surgery. Setting up an account and arranging for delivery was very easy and the person on the phone was very helpful. When the bed was delivered, they set it up for me and showed me how to raise/lower the head and feet. When I was through with the bed, I called for pickup, which they did promptly. The rental price for an entire month was very affordable, too!

The female customer service representative was extremely rude. Talked too fast and over me as I tried to explain my needs. Will find what I need on Amazon or another Bellevue Healthcare

Great if you can spend an hour there. Went to buy crutches for family. Staff all over but i am quickly told none are working the floor. Finally after 30 minutes i have paid but am told need to wait and sign a form. Finally i walk out with what i paid for and staff comes running outside..same ones who wouldnt help saying i cant leave without the form.Needless to say after 40 minutes i drove away!

Horrible Horrible place that takes full advantage of individuals in need. This company has sold my parents a total of 2 faulty lift chairs for my disabled elderly father. Both of these chairs are well over $2,500.00 and they refuse to provide any sort of warranty or repair work after 3 months. And due to my father needing them to his disability were at a total loss. I would advise anyone to steer clear of this company. Were now looking to other companies... Id offer zero stars if there was an option to.

I experienced very poor customer service with this company. I am in a skilled nursing facility recovering from fractures in both of my legs. On Tuesday, the social worker and I called and placed an order for a wheelchair and commode to be delivered to the facility where I am a patient, so I would have both to take with me upon discharge tomorrow. These careless jerks tried to deliver it to my home address 2 times. I am not even returning to my apartment because I cant access the building in a wheelchair. When we placed the order, it was very clear that the delivery was to be to the facility where I am staying. All I can say is that the employees are careless and/or lack the cognitive skills to do their jobs. I would advise any one who asks to stay away from this so called business.

With visiting relatives from Minneapolis, we were returning home and found a parked Bellevue Healthcare truck completing blocking the road that led to two condo association buildings. We all had to leave our car on the side of the road and walk to our condo. On returning to our 7 passenger van, the Bellevue Healthcare truck suddenly backed up and almost hit my wife and very nearly smashed our van. The irresponsible and reckless driver of the Bellevue Healthcare truck sped away without even stopping to see if my wife was injured or if our van was scratched. Our senior citizen complex of condo associations will be on the alert for this dangerous Bellevue Healthcare truck driver.

Was visiting over The Christmas weekend...Had a CPAP problem. Michael was very helpful in getting the part I needed. Slept like a baby the rest of the trip.

These guys are completely innebt. My wife is recovering from hip surgery, and we have been waiting two weeks for them to take care of the wheel chair, a pad, and a Kane... They keep losing it, saying it will be delivered and what a mess.

I am very disappointed in Bellevue Healthcares return policy. I purchased a grab bar from here that wasnt going to fit where it was intended. When I went to return it, I was told that there is a 10 day return policy and that my name, for some reason, wasnt in their system and there was nothing they could do. The grab bar was in its original box exactly as I had purchased it, interior wrapping and all. My wife had a 3rd stroke, requiring me to purchase more equipment, which I was going to do today. My response to the two young ladies that refused to allow me to exchange the grab bar for more equipment was, fine, Ill make my purchase in another supply store and wont return to this store again in the future. The return policy, in this day and age is totally archaic.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I needed a CPAP mask. I had to switch insurance companies and my old CPAP supplier was not in the the new insurance company network. Bellevue Healthcare was in the new insurance company network. The person I spoke with at Bellevue Healthcare decided on her own that because I did not purchase my CPAP machine from Bellevue Healthcare she would not cover my mask. She could have covered my mask and supplies. But she chose not to because she would not make enough money. She would however sell me one for cash.

I love Bellevue Healthcare!! Ive been working with them for well over a year now and they continue to impress me with their genuine care and willingness to help! As a SNF social worker, Ive worked with many other DME companies and BHC has proven to me to be the most knowledgeable (about both equipment and insurances) and transparent when helping me through the process of ordering equipment. Sam in particular is amazing!! No matter how many times in a day I call, he is always more than willing to help and goes above and beyond to make sure that my residents are well taken care of, that they have exactly what they need, and that they get their equipment in time for discharge! On an almost daily basis, he goes out of his way to help me (even when I tend to ask for some big favors!). I truly appreciate BHC and all that they do!

For three days now I’ve been trying to get my equipment! I’m told their “fax people are not in the office” and when they receive a fax from my doctor (whom sent it twice) they will (“fax people”) upload it to them and start the process. They don’t return your call on updates or provide you any assistance. If you can go somewhere else do it!!
