I walked in looking for a pillow and got recommended some good pillows. The customer service was great! And so far having a good experience with the pillow I purchased. The employee that helped me out was Milan, I wanted to thank her for helping me what I was looking for.

My boyfriend and I decided to check out the Sleep Number store on Valentines Day, as we’re looking for a new mattress and he had heard about Sleep Number. I’m so glad we decided to check out the store. We met Sales Rep Milan, who was extremely knowledgeable about the different beds and conducted our sleep study if you will. She was professional, patient, friendly and overall very welcoming. She definitely had a big part to play in our decision to purchase the bed. She helped us with financing which ultimately sealed the deal for us to buy! Our bed will be delivered in 6 days and we both are super excited to finally have a good nights rest! First off, I researched Sleep Number beds and discovered that they are among the highest rated air mattress beds. Then I found the salesperson, Miguel, to be very knowledgeable and helpful to me to find the best for me without overpowering me, trying to push me to buy something - he never did! So I felt comfortable in making the decision that day!

We had an amazing experience with Alicia. She wants pushy at all and was very knowledgeable. We had come to check out the beds and didnt make an immediate decision. She asked if she could contact us if they had any future promotions. We agreed and she was on it. She let us know our options and then backed off. This was extremely helpful to us. We ended up purchasing a mattress with Alicias help and cant wait for it to arrive.

Everyone needs to get them a sleep number360(R) p5 this is the best bed I have ever had in my life! You sleep like a baby! Also it comes with a remote and the bed sink to your body! This is an outstanding bed if you have any type of pain in your body! You wont have anymore pain if you buy this bed!I love it and recommend this bed for everyone! Great customer service

This is the best bed weve ever owned. I recently did a 100-night trial on a different brand, and, although it helped my back pain, my neck was still killing me because it was a little too firm (even after adding a pillow top and mattress topper). Now my husband and I are both thrilled because we each have exactly what we need and were both sleeping great. My neck pain is gone! Sam at our local store was so helpful! We bought the P6.

The lady who helped us, she was very nice.I Just moved to L.A and decided to buy our first new sleep number bed. Bad mistaken! I so regret !!! I’m very disappointed, It doesn’t adjust to “my body” like they said. My back hurts, my neck hurts all my body hurts. When i waKe up I can’t get up because I’m in pain. I sleep at 45-60 and wake up at 0 or 100. (Like floor and rock)It’s just sad, So expensive and worthless. I so regret it.

I love my Sleep Number bed! We have had it now for 4 months and no regrets. Cipriano at the Sleep Number store in Redondo Beach was such a big help. He took the time to explain how the beds work and describe the different models. After a couple of hours of laying on differnt beds and finding my Sleep Number, we made our choice and LOVE our bed.
