The staff was super friendly and very helpful. I been looking for the Jack Daniels Punch drinks and Nina directed to right to them. At the moment we where looking around the store and my wife was look for liquor bottle but she couldnt remember the name. Ron approached us and ask if we needed help. My wife started describing the bottle and the flavor. Without hesitation Ron took us right over to the bottle.Justin the cashier was super friend and invited us to become members since there are rewards and special discounts.which we did. He was was very cautious to put the bottles in the box in a way they wouldnt move around.The store is a bit further than the competitor but the knowledge and the wide selection makes it worth the drive.For you that havent been here they have a wine tasting bar !!!Thank you everyone for being attentive and helpful. Love this store! I always end up buying too much but what can you do! The staff are so nice and knowledgeable. Im always happy with my purchases. I came in for a bottle of Bloody Gerry Bloody Mary Mix and Michael recommended the most delicious vodka by Summun Piment Pepper Vodka! OMG a match made in Bloody Mary heaven! Will be back soon.

Update: they really went out of their way to make this right, not only did the set a case of wine aside for me, when one of the cases of champagne was out of stock their expert helped me find a suitable replacement! Very impressed by their dedication to service!----wanted to buy a case of one of my favorite wines for a wedding. Online it said it was a good price and in stock.Unfortunately they were out of stock... well not completely they had only five bottles. Thinking I could buy partially now and partially later I asked if I could order a case and know rough estimate when it would arrive, I got a one word answer :No...or at least I could get the bulk discount for the remaining bottles on the shelf, if I ordered more today?NoI can understand having business practices that are strict, But the rude attitude is not excusable.I hope Payton was just having a rough day! This is a very friendly store with some awesome people that worked there I think the first thing with my experience was when I was greeted I started the friendship process by the time I got to the end of the store I have made two or three friends. They do have everything there very organized floors are clean beverages are clean. Fully stocked with everything if you can’t find it all you Gotta to do is ask And they will bring it right to you or let you know when they’ll have it for you. What I like about it it’s not just beverage they have a combination of gifts and unique items for your home their prices of course are great stop in and take a look you might find something you like for yourself or for somebody else as a present. The reason I mention this is because I get supplies from total wine‘s and more for cooking gifts and of course beverages. Best place to find specific spirits and beers. They have a huge selection and the employees are very helpful.

This place has an impressive selection of wine and liquor! It is nondescript from the outside but the interior ambiance is a nice surprise and there is plenty of parking. I personally dont drink but this is a great place to go for gifts. They also have a nice selection of beer, drinkware, accessories, snacks, wine gift bags & boxes, and single-serving liquor bottles. They even have Don Q, a Puerto Rican rum that is impossible to find locally.

Everytime I go in there, its a bitter/sweet experience. I merely patronize the store because of the low prices. However, the manager stares at me as though Im going to steal a bottle. Its quite annoying.

I went looking for 2 unusual and hard-to-find spirits - soju (a Korean distilled spirit) and port (a fortified wine). It is huge inside, much larger than a Bevmo. I found both beverages at this store. Ill talk about the beverages themselves, adding to the story about this store.I asked a staff member as I walked into the store about the soju. More soju is sold worldwide than vodka but soju is not well-known in the US. I tried it because I like Kdramas. I easily found the soju on a 3 wide shelf in a stack at the back of the store. The shelf was right at eye Level in a stack at least 4 shelves high. There was only one brand, Jinro. Jinro has perhaps 80% of the world market in soju. Several flavored varieties and the original flavor were all on the shelf.Walking around the end of the row,, I came across 2 employees. I asked about the port. The port wine was on the other side of the store - a long walk away. The employee led me there. I like to try port wine occasionally because of an outstanding Oporto example that I got at a very reasonable price from Trader Joes in the 80s. That example had been aged in barrels and was not too sweet and was sweet, slightly acidic, thick and tasty. The flavor lasted and lasted in my mouth. Even 5 minutes later I was smacking my tongue to pull out new bursts of the chewy port flavor. Every port I have tried since then has been a disappointment - thin and usually too sweet. Maybe I am not willing to spend enough for good port since then. I will be returning to Total Wine & More as I go up in price trying to find an equivalent port.

A store with employees that knows what theyre talking about.I wanted to bring something new to a party I was on my way to. My friend who was hosting it is a Honey Jack Daniels guy. So I ask one of the floor associates and they recommended me the Honey Black Eagle. At first I was skeptical since it was much cheaper than the JD but I bought it anyway. All I say is that the party loved it and so did the next 3 gatherings afterwards.

They got coffee Jameson. They have coffee Jager. They got Peanutbutter whiskey. They have whiskey that will put hair on your chest and burn a hole through soul to your stomach! They have shoe polish whiskey. They got Polish whiskey. Ask if they have grass flavored!Point is, they got it all. A one stop shop for all your boozing needs.

Everytime I go here all the employees are eager to help and offer assistance in finding what you are looking for. They have some knowledgeable staff and they have a very large selection to choose from. They have wine, spirits, beer and cigars. They also have a great selection accessories and glassware. I really like the weekend tastings for a dime. Usually two whites and two reds. Ive found quite a few wines I like this way.

The great thing about Total Wine is its a one stop for all things alcohol. Nobody leaves TW without something in their hag or cart. This round I found the 19 Crimes/ Snoop Dog collaboration red blend wine. Actually a pretty fo-shizzie red wine. Also picked up bottles of wine from local wineries in Los Olivos. Fess Parker Frontier Red is a nice red blend for under $11.

Very well stocked and very friendly and helpful staff. Everytime I walk in I seem to be offered help very easily when needed and they have excellent champagne recommendations (these are usually local or inexpensive options which further solidify my trust since every recommendation so far has been on point) ex Jacqueline Leonne. The prices tend to be average but if you have a need for at least 6 bottles, the discount is great, especially if you need higher end bottles you buy once in awhile.

The staff is always helpful in making decisions or suggestions, answering questions. They are very knowledgeable about their stock.
