This store has a lot of beautiful merchandise. Mostly adult sizes. I found out about it online because my 10 year old niece loves BTS merchandise. Most of the items I wanted to get for her birthday, I have to order online. So, I messed up. I waited till the last minute and thought I would find the backpack in store. WRONG!

The shirts and other stuff are at a good price,if you can go out and support business dont let the mall die.

I went in looking for the new Seinfeld pops for my little brother and I must say this establishment was very thorough and they followed the covid-19 guidelines very well. I’ve never had such a great deal of customer service before and their selection is off the charts. Not to mention that Esvin worker is very cute. I had a wet dream of him later that night. Overall highly satisfied and highly recommend!

Came in for a quick visit to get my son a pop figure. The sales associate working the floor was very helpful. I think his name was Ervin.

This was one of my best visits to Hot Topic with my daughter and her friend. The salesman working the floor was named Nick and let me tell you he was awesome. He showed us all the deals and got us a dressing room right away. I wish the world had more people like Nick. The cashier Im assuming was the manager on duty was also very nice and helpful. I wasnt sure if I would get a better deal with my coupon or the buy one get one free. He rang it both ways so I could get the best possible savings. Thank you Hot Topic staff.

Theyre open and for the most part they have what youre going to need from any general visit to hot topic some things theyre limited in right now but mostly stores have been closed because of covid-19 so one of two things happens... Either they just have a ton of stuff because its been in stock since the closure, or theyre completely out of certain things because since the reopening people have rushed in and just bought up everything so be weary that people are hoarding merchandise upon the reopening of stores as we know it.

My son likes this store.

When they have a sale they have a SALE! Last time I left there with like 4 shirts for 25 bucks. They also have a lot of stuff to look at and sell a good variety of band shirts.

Very friendly staff and awesome merchandise at a fair price. Make sure to register for their free rewards program it is very rewarding(no pun intended) great experience

I like coming here to distract my kids, but we never leave empty handed. They have SO MUCH STUFF!! Plethora is not enough of a word to describe. Most of the employees are incredibly nice and courteous, no issues there🤗! My only thing is all the merch in the middle of the store, when its busy its hard to get through, but thats it. Thanks again guys🌈🐸!

The store is not that bad the people are nice and very helpful but as for their customer service thats another story. I called twice to their customer service to ask about the status of my in store return and the guy who helped me first rudely hanged up on me because I told him to give me a minute so I can find the return number on my receipt and then I called back and the lady who helped me afterwards rudely rushed me off and hanged up on me just like the first guy. This is uncalled for and Im in process to reach out to corporate and I hope they can find these two rude employees and fired them because they cant be customer service people with their rudeness. I love hot topic but this just gave me a second thought about them.

How the hell does a fitting room even go out of service? I don’t understand that. However, thanks for that because I went to buy at the del amo mall hot topic, AND I got to try on the pants before I bought them to ensure I wouldn’t make a double trip.Come on. I had just spent $60 at Spencer’s next door to you and I was about to spend another $60 at your place. No wonder this location was so foot traffic dead compared to the other location.By the way. Yes that was just this past Sunday 7/28/2019 at about 2:15pm.

Love the workers here. They are super helpful and always nice to my son. For sure are stop and go every time we are there.

They have trending clothing, jewelry, stickers, toys and other items. Posters and the like. Store is pretty cramped and hard to navigate when its busy. Staff is helpful when thay can be due to busy times. Every now and then they have something really great.

I really, really do not like the merchandise. Besides the regular rock band t-shirts they do have a lot of depressing messages targeting the already increasing number of adolescents suffering from depression. Employees are courteous and respectful.

Bought some super cute bt21 clothes. They have bt21 keychains, hoodies, shirts, skirts and even a sports bra! Also backpacks, hats and headbands. The guy who was at the register was super nice as well. 💜

The whole store says buy one get one 50 percent off. The cashier rings me up, and I ask about the promotion. And she tells me its not for shirts. Like really? Why would it be posted everywhere? Super false advertisement.

Point of sales clerk was really slow and it took forever to get out. Might want to consider having another one of the many on the floor open up to speed things along
