I went here while on vacation last week and purchased a pair of shoes. When we got home(Utah) I took the shoes out of the box and they were two different sizes. I called in hopes that we could find a solution. I was told I could return them to any shoe palace, however the nearest one to us is 2 hours away. When I told the girl this she said “oh well sorry about that”. Very disappointed.

Great shopping with all the major stores.an even some restaurants & hotels near bye

The staff here were so welcoming and polite. We were doing a return for a fathers day gift and Justin was so helpful. On our way out my daughter saw a pair of shoes she wanted and we bought those too. There were only to associates in the store but, they handled all of the customers very well. There are other Shoe Palaces closer to my home but, I will make the drive to this one. 😀

It was not nice at all they made it hard for me

This place is terrible. Do not waste your time shopping there. Go to a real shoe store like Foot Locker. My son and his girlfriend just tried to return their shoes that they had just bought there yesterday.The shoes did not fit properly.The shoes had been tried on but not worn. However, the staff and manager refused to refund the shoes despite the fact my son had come in with a receipt and they were within the 14 day policy for returns with a receipt. The manager Jose claimed that they looked worn and did not want to give them the refund despite the fact his clerk said the shoes did not look worn.They were very rude and very unhelpful. I am going to call their corporate office and complain. Do not have a return policy clearly printed on your receipts that you do not intend to honor. If there are conditions that your products have to be in order to receive a full refund that needs to be stated.

For being called shoe palace they dont even carry that many shoes to choose from or any nice ones. Dont waste your time, just go to a foot locker..
