Long wait. They seem to be understaffed. The $10 burrito was underwhelming. The salsa had a little spice but not much flavor. The matcha was all milk and the only matcha thing was the hint of green and zero taste.

Fantastic breakfast and coffee. Best French toast I’ve ever had and great brioche egg sandwich.

Friendly service and a fun trendy atmosphere. Everything tasted great and they had some good coffee options. I loved the horchata coffee. They had lots of tables outside for COVID.

Cappuccino is kinda ok. No latte art, but the flavor is decent. Price is relatively high. The location is great. Outside seating is excellent.

I’ve been here a number of times and had a great experience each time. My friend ordered The French Toast. I had The Rotisserie Chicken Salad and Latte. I have to say the food was good and I’m always surprise how good the coffee is here.Great experience in a cool neighborhood.

You can’t beat the location but the coffee is what will keep you coming back. I got a vanilla latte and it was excellent. The staff is friendly and very attentive. I could not recommend La Terraza more!

I don’t know what it is but food is rather unimpressive and coffee is mediocre. It’s alright. The outdoor seating makes up when allowed. The location compensates for lack of enthusiasm in their food or drinks.... with many other options around the neighborhood, not sure if I’d be back again. Maybe what I ordered wasn’t a their specialty, but this was my 3rd time now and now I feel confident of my three stars... sad

Food is consistently fresh and delicious! Ordering can be a little wonky and you have to know to order using Clover online and not everything they make is available on Clover but it gets the job done. Nice little outdoor patio for eating.

Awesome coffee house that also serves delicious food (breakfast & lunch items). I especially love their soy mochas, their bagel egg sandwiches and their avocado toast. Yum! Tuesdays are Tamale Tuesdays and the tamales are incredible! Staff is super friendly. There is plenty of outdoor seating. I definitely recommend checking this place out.

They use delicious coffee beans, make delicious mochas. BUT, if you come here twice, expect your drink to be wrong at least once, such as getting a latte when you asked for a mocha or getting a hot drink when you asked for an iced drink. If you visit 10 times, expect your drink to be wrong at least six times. They also charge you wrong at least 25% of the time. I want to love this place but after dozens of wrong drinks I cant do it anymore.This system doesnt allow replies so Im responding to the response from owner below. The dates we visited were: 8/22, 8/23, 8/25, 8/28, 9/06, 9/7, 9/9, 9/10, 9/11, 11/22, 11/28, 12/04. These are only half of the dates since there are two of us and we alternate paying. The total for me was near $160. Sometimes I was charged $16 for two drinks, other times I was charged $13 for the same drinks.

I only had a turkey sandwich that came with chips. No drink. $11. Kind of pricey but I guess being 2 blocks from the beach explains this? Friendly staff.

We order two Peppermint Mochas, one of them decaf. Despite being the only ones there, it took about 10 minutes for our coffee. When it was finally made we ended up with 2 plain lattes (which we didnt realize until we left because we didnt take our masks off to taste them until we were safely away from the shop), and both of which were decaf. Disappointed in the service and in the coffee.

This place exceeded all of my expectations! Everything from the food and coffee to the very attentive and personable staff. I had the egg sandwich on a brioche bun and it came with a very simple but very tasty side salad, everything was very fresh and delicious. I paired it with a latte and I have to say it was one of the best I’ve had in the South Bay. I have made this new spot part of my Saturday morning routine. I highly recommend this place to anyone!!

Went for the espresso (which was excellent) and was pleasantly suprised to find they serve legitimate breakfast as well. I tried the french toast, which was exceptional (perfect texture)! Being so close to the beach, I got my order to go and enjoyed it while watching the waves - an added bonus of this location. I do hope they end up adding some lighter snacks / pastries to their menu. In any case, I will definitely be back!

We were rooting for this place when they opened just before quarantine and finally got to give it a try. We really wanted to love it but the coffee was burnt (both of our drinks) and the cappuccino was massive at 12oz. The danish tasted rubbery like it was baked two days ago and reheated. The staff seems overwhelmed and very junior for a Saturday morning.

The friend egg sandwich on an English muffin is AMAZING! I always thought I made the best but this place definitely takes the cake. And the chai latte is out of this world and all of my friends love it here. Nice environment too and the staff is so friendly! It’s a place I frequent!

I wanted to like the coffee but just doesnt make the cut. If you are a coffee specialty house like the business sign indicates then you should not be offering 12 vs 16 ounce cappuccino sizes. Thats for lattes. I went for the 12 ounce regardless... first sip burned my tongue. Overheated milk 😖... Had to toss the entire cup after third sip. Interior aesthetics good, but not what I was there for.Sorry Terraza. Craft craft craft!

La Terraza is a great place for coffee and breakfast! The espresso here is incredible! I visited Italy a couple of months ago and La Terraza is the only comparable espresso Ive found in LA (they have the lamborghini of espresso machines). Also had the bagel egg sandwich which I was pleasantly surprised came with chipotle sauce on the sandwich and a side salad. I will certainly be working this place into my weekend routine.

Went there for coffee and ended up having both coffee and breakfast. Coffee was great and the Brioche Fried Egg Sandwich and French toast were delicious. Highly recommend this place

Tried this place for the first time. Bad idea. They got our order wrong twice. And the food they did serve was burnt.. 1 side of the French toast ordered was completely black. What a horrible experience.

I visited La Terraza over the weekend for the coffee which was excellent but what surprised me was how good the food was! PSA order the brioche fried egg sandwich, the chipotle sauce gives it some extra zing!

I visited La Terraza last week. I had the French Toast, it was huge and delicious! I took a walk down to the beach afterwards, great find!

This shop has the potential to be great if they take the time to teach their baristas to properly extract espresso. i ordered an americano for take away and watched a barista walk up behind the one making my drink and double extract the puck. this is not good barista etiquette and really just want to warn the shop if they want to keep it open.

I had the French Toast and coffee, both were great! Def our new spot!

This is a little hidden gem in Redondo Beach. Great espresso, friendly staff and cool vibe.
