I finally feel like I have a place to get me back into the swing of dancing. Everyone here seems so kind and friendly, and so supportive. Im so excited to go back 💞

Dance 1 has moved across the street to 2228 Artesia Blvd in Redondo Beach. They have expanded to a state of the art facility which includes 5 studios with floating floors, a parent waiting area with closed circuit TV of all the studios, a student lounge, student homework room, and adult fitness classes. It is a gem of a dance studio. My daughter has been taking ballet there for a year and I just started taking the adult contemporary class. The instructors are fabulous, especially Francesca, the owner. The whole studio is very family friendly and has a great vibe, and to top it off, is the most reasonably priced studio in the South Bay. We love it there.

We love Dance 1! We used to go to Pacific Dance on Aviation but this one is a a world away-- so much warmer and friendlier!Our girls have now been attending for about 4 years. They have a wonderful variety of dance styles and instructors. The love Francesca has for dance shines through in every part of this studio.The other cool thing is the Dance Company. The studio pours a lot of heart into a young dance company that travels and competes-- as well as offering free performances in a variety of venues.We have become big fans of Dance 1!

What a great studio. Great teachers. You really get quality dance instruction. Reasonably priced. Has classes from toddler to adult at a variety of times, day and evening, throughout the week. They also have a performing company and are home to Redondo Ballet, which is an audition based ballet company that puts on several original productions in the area.

Love-love-love Dance 1!! My daughter is on her second year there and she just joined the mini performing company She is taking 4 classes and totally loves it. Francesca and Donna are absolutely fabulous instructors, and the other instructors are also great. Dance 1 its certainly home away from home, everybody is friendly and polite. Im so happy to have my daughter dancing with them.

The owners lie and play mind games with the students.They even say the kids are liars to protect themselves.THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY. If you go to another dance school they will say to the other kids she wasted her time.The worst environment for kids.The teacher teaches by fear, all her students are afraid of her. What kind of learning environment is that?Don’t believe me try it for yourself and see if anything I just said was not true!

Dance 1 is the best dance studio in the South Bay. Francesca and her team have created the perfect combination of a fun experience for the kids with a serious professional focus. This is the dance company that brings home the awards with smiles all over their faces.
